PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I must concur that all of the tenets of the AE911truth.org arguments for a controlled demolition of the WTC buildings 1, 2 and 7, if truthful, are all valid reasons for a more comprehensive investigation as to what actually caused the collapse of the WTC buildings 1, 2, and 7 on September 11th, 2001. I would further state that simply one of these tenets would be enough for a reinvestigation of the destruction, and that, combined, they make an overwhelming case for a reinvestigation. The implications of these allegations are far reaching and disturbing. I feel it is our duty as public servants to seek truth and in this case to expose a conspiracy that threatens not only liberty and freedom but all of the lives of the inhabitants of this planet. If this is in fact the case, I am surprised you are even allowed to speak or be heard.

I am an architect who retired in 2010 from the State of California Department of Transportation, Division of Engineering Services, after having worked a combined 29 years in Transportation Architecture and Project Management. Buildings I designed include numerous maintenance stations, an equipment shop, roadside rest areas, a tunnel ventilation building, and light rail transit stations. Many of these buildings were steel frame, all were in California. Before coming to Caltrans, I worked for Liske, Lionakis, Beaumont, & Engberg Architects and Engineers, where I designed the Pacific Telephone Administrative Complex in Rohnert Park, CA, which is also a steel frame building.

It was 47 stories high (571 feet), steel frame, more than 300 feet from the nearest tower (WTC 1), was not hit by an airplane, had no significant fire, and yet it too was completely destroyed coming straight down, symmetrically, at freefall speed as if by controlled demolition. - - ' What materials in the WTC provided the fuel to generate enough heat (2,500 degrees F) to create the pools of molten steel reported by firefighters and cleanup crews, when jet fuel has an open air burning temperature of 600 degrees F and a maximum burning temperature of 1,800 degrees F? - - ' Why did the US Government spend only $600,000 to investigate the collapse of all three WTC skyscrapers, when it spent $40 million to investigate Clinton's sex life?

I was a volunteer fireman for 4 years in Houston Texas, with the Cy-Fair Volunteer Fire Department. I, as a Product Field Engineer for automated tape libraries at the time, was involved, along with my colleagues, in shutting down multiple VTS's (virtual tape subsystems) remotely in nearby buildings in proximity to the WTC immediately after this attack. Based on what little evidence is left, it appears that there is a major coverup of this event. Consider the sources involved, the actual cause of the WTC's collapse, the disappearance of billions of trade records and billions of $, the near immediate destruction of the evidence of the collapses, and the people who had interests in the buildings. No airliner evidence for the destruction of part of the Pentagon, where coincidentally the records section was destroyed with few personnel injuries. Too many coincidences and unanswered questions, such as ties to Saudi Arabia, the Bush's ties to Saudi Oil, and the immediate deportation of OBL's family.

Analysis from the documented data reported about the collapse of WTC#1, WTC#2 and WTC#7, shows that these buildings could not have fallen at near free fall speed - nor could the supporting steel columns and steel beams have reached sufficiently high temperatures to weaken them to make such collapses possible from either Jet Fuel or building furnishings set afire. Therefor the NIST report and Bush Administration explanation of what they say that they think happened can not be correct. Therefor a NEW investigation must be ordered by a U.S. court.

The official story provided by NIST does not agree with the laws of physics nor reality. We need an independent, truthful, investigation into what happened that day. We deserve it.

I have been around thermite used for joining railroad rail. I have done plenty of carbon arc gouging 'Air Arc' I have a good understand what it takes to destroy steel.

As a well-trained veteran firefighter, and well-educated citizen of this country, I do not believe that fire was the cause of the WTC 7 collapse. We have seen no such building collapse due to fire in history. The collapse of WTC 7 directly mimics the controlled demolition of a high-rise structure, as is seen in many documented cases.

With over 25 years of firefighting and construction training and experience, I can't come up with an official narrative or scenario which could be even remotely possible. The amount of destruction, the scale of devastation, and the way it happened, in my professional training and experience, could not even be remotely caused by fire, jet fuel, airplanes or any other of the official conclusions. I have spoken with dozens, if not hundreds, of firefighters and construction professionals who also can not make sense of the NIST report or any of the official story. It simply is just not possible for things to happen in the way the official report describes. My conclusions are based on experience, science, and the facts as I have researched in depth and from many different sources of varying opinions. A new investigation must be done.

I believe evidence and the evidence says that the US Government's account of the collapse of WTC Buildings 1, 2 and 7 cannot be true. There needs to be a new investigation into the events of that day.
