On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I initially accepted the heating-theory when the WTC buildings collapsed because it sounded plausible at first glance and I didn't feel any compulsion to examine or think about it any further. However, upon seeing Loose Change, Fabled Enemies, and listening to the makers of those videos in person and listening to Richard Gage in person and referencing it to my background in structures and thermal dynamics, it became apparent to me that this was yet another fiasco/cover up ala Oklahoma City. I even manufactured my own refutations of the official version for the layman: 1. If you pour any flammable liquid on a flat surface (like a beam), what is the hottest point? Answer: it's at the tip of the flame NOT at the base so all that fuel spilling randomly around the buildings could not possibly have melted/softened so much steel mass from such an uncontrolled fire (just pour some alcohol on a cement floor, light it, then put your finger inside the flame near the floor and then at the tip of the flame and compare the temps). 2. Heat dissipates rapidly in 3-dimensions so couldn't possibly have the focused or confined temps necessary to melt steel, most of it would be carried away by air. 3. Steel itself also dissipates heat rapidly so any heating that occurred at the site of the fire would immediately spread throughout the steel frame disallowing any temperatures hot enough to melt steel anywhere other than the site of the fire if at all. 4. Note how it conventionally requires an acetylene torch using PURE oxygen at a FOCUSED point using only the TIP of the flame to melt even a SMALL area of steel - the WTC buildings had only AIR (not pure O2), had DIFFUSE heat, and over a LARGE random area - how could anyone think that was sufficient to cause failure of even one piece of steel let alone the ENTIRE steel structure ?!? 5. Jets and cars burn their fuel continuously within confined steel enclosures yet I have never heard of them melting due to this heat. 6. Even if a steel building could collapse due to heat, with a RANDOM fire heating solid structural steel RANDOMLY, I would expect a RANDOM failure leaving some columns collapsed, some columns twisted, some columns bending off to the side, and many columns still standing straight up in the air - NOT a TOTAL crumbling collapse into a nice neat footprint into the ground! Only a planned and focused demolition using explosives set at key structural locations throughout the building could cause this. The fact that you don't need any sophisticated theories or secret evidence to prove this, and the fact that you can simply use everyday logic and experiences along with mainstream media's own videos to expose the falsity of their own pet explanation for 9/11 makes this petition a slam dunk - assuming it is presented to a logical, ethical, and receptive audience (oh, oh).

Anyone who has ever witness a fire of any scale would realize that it burns asymmetric and causes unpredictable and imbalanced collapses. The absolute vertical collapse of even one tower due to an asymmetric fire is a near improbability. Three towers on the same day, one with minimal fire damage is a mathematical impossibility...unless it were intentional.

I have objectively researched the collapses of 1,2,and7 for 3 years and have seen the peer reviewed scientific evidence of nanothermite in the dust from ground zero. i also do not see how a progressive pancake collapse can leave a seven story crater in the ruble. i have seen the explosions coming from the lower level after the start of the collapse and again do not see how this is possible without explosives. building sevens penthouse collapses first which means the core columns were blown out first.

Videos of the building collapses show strong evidence of thermite usage. Impossible for fire to cause collapse of a steel frame building. Puffs of smoke on the lower floors indicate the occupants, police, and firefighters are correct that there were many explosions. The 45 degree cut angle of the steel beams in some of the photos are damning evidence of controlled demolition. Did not make sense to quickly remove the evidence in one of the great crime scenes of history.

From what I have observed, there is no possible way that those buildings fell from just the hit of airplanes alone. There was something from WITHIN and much more EXPLOSIVE that took those monuments down and so many with them.

The Pentagon wants us to believe that the airplane that hit the Pentagon was not seen in the only video they released. Video in the USA is captured at 29.97 frames per second. That means there is .033 seconds of nothing between each frame of video. The 9/11 commission wants us to believe the plane completely penetrated the building and then vaporized in .033 seconds.
The buildings fell exactly the same way as planned demolition. No airplane hit the Pentagon, disintegrating on impact . No airplane hit the ground in Shanksville, completely vaporizing upon impact. I have read the report, it never happened as the official report states.

It clearly appears that a controlled detonation was utilized to destroy the buildings. You can see the middle of tower 7 collapse a split second prior to the outside. There is a flash at the front of the airplane a split second prior to colliding into the tower. There also appears to be an object under the plane. There is footage previously released that shows smoke and debris billowing up from the ground level just after the 1st plane hit the tower and prior to the second plane hitting the other tower. How did that happen if this was not a controlled detonation. I saw a video regarding the Pentagon disaster. There is no possibility the destruction could have been caused by a plane. The hole in the Pentagon is a round hole with a diameter of approximately 40 feet. The wing span of the plane was around 150 feet. The roof of the Pentagon was intact after the supposed plane hit and prior to the section collapsing. There was no extensive fire damage to the Pentagon. With all the fuel on board, there should have been much more fire damage. There was a book hanging over the edge of the destroyed sections edge on the fourth or fifth floor. There was no fire damage to the book nor office furniture in plane view of the damaged section. Many weapons experts agree that the damage was most likely caused by cruise missile.

The trade center Building 7 had shock waves from bottom to top. It collapsed inward and downward like a V coming down at free-falling speed. The same with the twin towers. 67 year old retired. Served in Air force. A switchman on the Burlington Railroad a short time in North Kansas City Missouri. Married in North Kansas City in 1964. Employed with Transcon Lines, a trucking co. located in Oklahoma City Oklahoma from 1966-1990 when they folded-up. Employed with Ceco Door Products in Oklahoma City, as a brake press operator, from 1994 to end of 2002 when the company relocated to Iowa. Started drawing pension and social security retirement at age 62 in 2006. Have five daughters and 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Married twice and divorced twice.
Building 7 might have been the target for the plane that crashed in Penn. If so, missing the target didn't keep the building from collapsing. This building didn't have a jumbo jet liner full of jet fuel crashing into it causing the steel to melt, thus causing the building to collapse in the exact way as if brought down by CONTROLLED DEMOLITION. The heating fuel stored in Building 7 could not have brought the building down. An honest investigation is owed to the victims of 9-11 and to all American people.

I retired in 2002 after eight years as a Superior Court Executive Officer where I was responsible for the management and administration of an organization which included 200 employees, 20 judges and commissioners and a budget of more than $25 million. Prior to that position, I served as Assistant Court Executive Officer for several years and before that, I worked for many years as an Administrative Analyst in a County Administrator's Office specializing in criminal justice operations.
I have studied 9/11 for several years and I am convinced that none of the governments conspiracy theories about the events of that day, including the so-called collapses of towers 1,2 and 7 due to fires, make any sense.
