PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

There is no reason why the truth should be clouded by lies and deceit. The only logic that fits the reasons for not having a full investigation into 9/11 is to protect criminals trying to pose as protectors making boatloads of money on weapons contracts and oil fields. I may not be a credited scientist but flat out I know my science and the falsehoods used to explain 9/11 in the official account defy logic, gravity, metallurgy, physics, and simple facts. Maybe flat earth is coming back or maybe not either way history accounts for everything that has happened and usually the only thing sought centuries down the road is truth above the lies especially when the men lying are dead. I would say its time the truth has its day in fact from that day on it should be and lies we shouldn't even bother with much less liars. I say we need to nail these men to the wall and make sure history records the truth from those who were there and those who actually investigated. I was in New York from 1998-2002 I had worked at different places and alot of the people who parished were my customers and I side with giving them justice not those who would do them none.

Once I started my own architectural firm in Seattle in Jan 1991 (over 29 yrs ago), I continued to have work on numerous high rise buildings.
The visual analysis of the collapse of all three WTC buildings does not meet, in my opinion, the nature of a collapse related to non-symmetrical destruction. All three buildings collapsed symmetrically downward with no horizontal deviation even though the damage to the structure was non-symmetrical. A professional architect, engineer or one versed in the physics of building structures would intuitively know that a non-symmetrical failure of one part of a structure would not allow the entire structure to come down vertically, but would tip it to one side much like chopping a tree down. That did not happen in any of these buildings and is suspect.

I have found that starting with the complete impossibility of a Boeing 757 hitting the ground in Shanksville at 500+ mph and disappearing completely, is a better starting point than the WTC discussion. People seem to be able to wrap their mind around the physics of that (non)event easier. This usually imparts some skepticism in them and makes it easier to then ask 'where's the plane' at the Pentagon. Then wait for them to have their own 'ah-ha' moment. You usually have earned some trust at this point and can dive into the WTC discussion. I of course have several relevant photos and videos on my phone to refer to which I believe reduces the preachyness aspect.'

When I watched the collapse of the WTC buildings, I knew there was something fishy about the whole affair. No building of that size goes down in free-fall speed, and collapses in his own foot-print. It looked to me more like a typical controlled demolition with explosive charges, remember the King Dome in Seattle. Jet Fuel is like Kerosene with a low flame point, its fire temperature is never high enough temperature to melt steel. There was a high-rise in Madrid that burnt for days without coming down.

Jesse was educated in the broad discipline of Architectural Engineering, focusing specifically on Structural Design and Analysis. Through my research, I have found a few specific areas of the NIST reports which in my estimation, do not seem to hold up to professional scrutiny. First and foremost being the anomalous acceleration of the collapse of WTC 7. I have not found evidence of this being adequately explored and investigated, as would be required for any other engineering analysis of such a collapse. Also, I have questions about the methodology used to determine the extent of fire insulation damage that was incident upon the towers due to the force of impact and subsequent fuel explosions. The NIST report seems to say that the assumed damage was not based on tests of similar insulation undergoing similar conditions, but rather is based on several varying degrees of possible damage being assumed in the computer analysis; mild, medium, and severe. After running the simulations and finding that the severe model is the only one that led to global collapse, they therefore concluded that the fire insulation damage was severe. It seems to me a classic case of letting your conclusion guide your evidence. Admittedly, I have not yet read all of NIST's supporting documentation (which might better explain this area of concern), however if such backup data exists to support their assumptions, it should have been included (or at least referenced) in the final report. The way I see it is that at best, it's some very shoddy technical writing; at worst, it's dishonest.

WTC1,2 and 7 could not have fallen due to fire. The collapses were too symmetrical, and came down too fast, through the path of what should have been the greatest resistance. The only thing that can successfully cause that is well placed explosive charges. To believe the Fire story you would have to ignore the laws of physics.

In October 2001, I approached the United States Consulate General's Office in Z'rich, Switzerland. I had testimonial and physical evidence placing Mr. Atta and five other persons in Zurich in July of 2000. Without being able to say more than a couple of sentences, I was told There is no evidence that anyone involved in the events of September the Eleventh has ever stepped foot in Switzerland. I first questioned the official story when a French Journalist pointed out the hole in the pentagon was too small to have been made by a commercial aircraft. I then viewed the video 911 mysteries. That convinced me. I then questioned the symmetry of the 3 wtc buildings and the fact that they fell through the path of greatest resistance at near free fall speed. Evidence of nano thermate found by Dr. Jones and by analyzed by a PHD from Denmark was further evidence. The fact that the concrete was pulverized takes a great deal of energy more than that of concrete floors crashing into concrete floors. Then huge structural beams are found embedded in nearby buildings and some thrown as far as 600 ft takes a major lateral force. A collapsing building does not generate lateral force. I see the impact of an aircraft against steel structure somewhat as a beercan being crushed against a steel beam. Why weren't engines and wings found on the ground. After all the perimeter beams are substantial and the plane would have had to shear a large number of them in order to enter the building. It is not easy to shear large box beams with an aluminum structure, particularly given that an aircraft is not constructed with the safety factor of a steel framed building. There are many other things that defy logic but much of it is conjecture and would only serve as fodder for debunkers so I choose not to go there.

His connections to the secrete services of the world as a German former minister makes this a great tool to understand what really happened on 9-11. My first notice of an anomaly in the official 9/11 story began when I drove past the Pentagon approximately one month after the alleged 'attack'. What I saw perplexed me as from my background, I determined that a 757 could not have possibly fit into a 16-foot hole and leave little to no debris field at that. Afterwards, I contacted a friend who works for a governmental agency (commercial building engineer) and asked him how it is possible that aviation fuel could burn hot enough to 'melt' the steel trusses and supposedly causing a 'pancake' collapse. Then I asked him how WTC 7 fell. He only answered that fires were hot enough in WTC 7 to cause its collapse. The last time I spoke to him was in 2001 and he will not return my phone calls. He defended the WTC 1 & 2 official 'pancake' explanation. I've since listened and printed out many theories as to why these buildings fell. Steven Jones suggestion about thermite or thermate is intriguing. Others have suggested a mini-nuke device was implanted at the base of the buildings. It is obvious WTC 7 was a controlled demolition. But I wanted to hear from the experts, such as those on this site. My biggest objective now is to find out why the evidence was removed before experts could examine it - especially the steel. Why did fires keep burning under the rubble for over a month? But most important is why the investigations are being obviously covered-up. This is why I appreciate your site and will gladly sign the petition.

I served twenty-two years in the U.S. Army. My occupational fields were Military Intelligence, Infantry, and Administration. The majority of my service was abroad. My Intelligence occupations included: Strategic Debriefer, Deputy Intelligence Liaison Officer, German Linguist, and Senior Interrogation Instructor. I was an Infantry Paratrooper, during the 1960's, and I served almost two and one-half years of combat experience as a team leader, squad leader, platoon sergeant, and acting platoon leader in Vietnam. My combat experience included training and extensive experience with explosives. My administrative experience was as a member of a NATO Special Weapons Unit, in Europe, and I was part of our Nuclear Weapons Release Program. My highest government security clearance was TOP SECRET. Although never a Police Officer, I conducted preliminary investigations for a CALEA accredited Police Department, for one and one-half years. I served as a Correctional Officer for four and one-half years before I was forced into medical retirement. I am a Police Science Honor Graduate of Johnston Technical Institute, 1972. I have no Degree, but I do have an educational background, from various colleges and universities, which includes Criminal Justice, Computer Programming, German Country Studies, and Commercial Art. Some of my early work experience includes employment as a Private Investigator, Purchaser, Food & Beverage Manager, Innkeeper (General Manager), and an Internal Auditor.
Because of my Intelligence background, I realize that it is important to obtain specific information about specific events, but because I am an analytical thinker, I understand that specific events are often only a part of greater events, thus I do not limit my analysis of 9/11 events to the events of 9/11. Instead: I ask myself: How does this event relate to this other event? Are each of these events part of a greater event? There are parallels to the Oklahoma City Bombing and the 9/11 incident -- the premature destruction of evidence and the premature removal of evidence by our government are common factors. There are parallels to the TWA 800 incident, the Oklahoma City Bombing incident, and the 9/11 incident -- the exclusion of many credible eye-witness reports are common factors. There are parallels to the Warren Commission Report and the 9/11 Commission Report -- the reports are the reports of incompetent investigators, or the reports of agenda-driven officials who intentionally intended to deceive us. I am unable to theorize any other options. Because of my background, my knowledge, the reported evidence, and my analytical reasoning, I don't believe the official report about the collapse of the twin-towers and building #7. Furthermore, I believe that to exclusively focus upon those incidents is to miss the greater picture. Finally, it should be obvious to any informed observer, without any other evidence, that the symmetrical implosion of the twin towers was a controlled implosion.

The day the Twin Towers collapsed, I wondered why New York City Port Authority decided to demolish the World Trade Center just after selling it too Larry Silverstein. I e-mailed that question around to many on-line contacts and was alarmed to learn it was due to a terrorist attack. The reason I didn't know about the attack the hour it happened was due to a hard disk failure. When I had the spare hard disk changed out, I was amazed to see the smoking ruins falling in free fall. I had studied these buildings from their first construction days and full well knew they were built up on a central core. From that core, the floors depended. It was impossible for me to believe jet fuel, which burns at 1200F could have caused the floors to pancake down. From my study of buildings in general over the years of my plant engineering career, I knew if the pancake theory held any validity, the core should have still stood and due to the absorption of kinetic gravity, the collapse would have stopped at some point in the collapse. I speculated from very crude calculations that the fall point should have run out of energy at the 55 floor. But even that was a fantastic leap to fantasy and I well knew it. From that first day to the present, I am convinced the Twin Tower World Trade Center was imploded with well placed charges as in controlled demolition.

When I saw the Pentagon Conspiracy movie on the Internet, and Loose Change 2nd Edition in 2004 I suddenly knew the truth and have attempted to spread the word as effectively as I can--I give a lot of DVDs to my students to watch at home. Our active 9/11 group has hosted Robert Bowman, David Ray Griffin, Cindy Sheehan, and in Sept., Kevin Ryan as speakers to enlighten and inform the local population. I have had an AE 911 Truth bumper sticker on my car for over a year. I just finished Hal Sisson's Modus Operandi, and though it is fiction, it sure offers a lot of plausible explanations for how 9/11 happened. I listened to Paul Zarembka recently on Guns and Butter, and wow, he has a lot to say as well. A lot of good information out there, people need to get it. Donating to NYC CAN to help their effort--how I wish the mainstream media would pay attention to that drama instead of the stupid crap they focus on! I was born in Santa Monica CA. I grew up in West Los Angeles and worked for my father who did excavation and demolition of homes and small structures. I went to Venice High School from 1973 to 1976. I served a two year mission for my church from 1978 to 1980. I went to Santa Monica City College and to UVSC in Orem Utah. I moved to Utah in 1990 and became involved in Republican Party leadership by becoming a State and County delegate. As a precinct chairman I was a member of the (Salt Lake) County Central Committee. I was later elected to the State Central Committee and the State Executive Committee in the year 2000.
During my service in the Republican Party leadership I had witnessed many actions that were unethical and conspiratorial. Being on the State Executive Committee in the year 2000 (one of two representatives for Salt Lake County) I was at odds with the current Governor Michael Leavitt and Senator Orrin Hatch both of whom were up for re-election that year. The main responsibility we had as a body was the planning and execution of our State Republican Convention where the governor the Senator and the Congressman were elected. Months before the State Convention no meetings were held with the body that was elected for that purpose to plan and execute this convention. The convention did go on as I was there to witness the event but it was without the input of the duly elected officers chosen for that purpose. Several anomolies occurred at this convention of which I will not note here. However I would like to reiterate the fact that this convention and the State Republican Party ran an illegal or at the very least unethical State Convention in the year 2000 that did not include the input or planning of the elected officials, including myself, who were elected to plan and oversee this convention. When the towers collapsed on 911, I was taken back by the way the structures fell. Until the birth of explosives for the demolition of buildings I had never seen a building collapse as I saw these buildings fail. As a young man growing up my father demolished homes and small structures (mostly constructed of wood). I remember seeing on television the collapse of a demolition by explosives. It was amazing how the buildings came down at once and falling in on top of themselves. This was far different than the demolition I had experienced with my father as we had to beat, crush, push and trample the structure to get it to fail. And when it failed it would fail one timber at a time and it would fall AWAY from the structure and not on top of itself unless we had the loader pushing it down in that manner. Even if the loader were pushing down on it the only part (of the structure) that would fail would be the part that the loader was pushing on. The other part of the structure would not fail. Each portion of the structure had to be crushed in order for it come straight down! In other words buildings never came down like the towers did until the advent of explosives placed in a specific fashion with great skill. Prior to that time you had wrecking balls or time consuming piece by piece dismanteling of buildings to bring them down. In conclusion: I am no expert. I have had no experience with steel columns. I have experience in only small scale buildings which were mostly large and small homes. I have had no experience in the demolition of buildings where fire was a factor. I only helped my father. However I did participated in the destruction and operation of the tractors to demolish these structures. Nevertheless as I saw the towers fall and continue to see the video of the towers falling I am certain that the falling of the towers could not be a failure of the structures alone. Explosives had to be a factor as this type of building failure was completely unheard of before the introduction of explosives for the demolition of buildings.

A formal, independent, unbiased investigation must be undertaken, as a failure to do so would be criminal in the most encompassing sense of the word.

Regarding the whole story and the involved political, ethnic, and religious forces, and their aims and targets - the collective memory of the Jewish, the Muslim, and the Christian world - and all of the research done, there just seems to contain too many gaps. And - if one looks closer along the way, these buildings collapsed - knowing a bit about behavior of building structures - due to fire and explosives. The gap between official investigations and what can easily be observed just becomes incredibly big - just a big black hole.

There is no reason why the truth should be clouded by lies and deceit. The only logic that fits the reasons for not having a full investigation into 9/11 is to protect criminals trying to pose as protectors making boatloads of money on weapons contracts and oil fields. I may not be a credited scientist but flat out I know my science and the falsehoods used to explain 9/11 in the official account defy logic, gravity, metallurgy, physics, and simple facts. Maybe flat earth is coming back or maybe not either way history accounts for everything that has happened and usually the only thing sought centuries down the road is truth above the lies especially when the men lying are dead. I would say its time the truth has its day in fact from that day on it should be and lies we shouldn't even bother with much less liars. I say we need to nail these men to the wall and make sure history records the truth from those who were there and those who actually investigated. I was in New York from 1998-2002 I had worked at different places and alot of the people who parished were my customers and I side with giving them justice not those who would do them none.

On hearing the military (NORAD/NEAD) excuses for no intercepts on 9/11/2001, I knew from personal experience that they were lying. I then began re-checking other evidence and found mostly more lies from the official spokesmen. Jet fuel fires at atmospheric pressure do not get hot enough to weaken steel. Structures do not collapse through themselves in free fall time with only gravity as the powering force. Anyone without their eyes wide shut, with a High School maybe less education, knows it was a demolition.
