PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Here is my synopsis of the situation: 1. The 3 World Trade Center buildings that collapsed were designed to withstand commercial jet impact and the subsequent fire. Unless the design margins were compromised, they should not have collapsed. 2. If the design margins were compromised, and they were reason for the collapse, the buildings would still not have collapsed in the extremely controlled fashion that was observed. Thus, design margin does not appear to be the cause of the collapses. 3. In searching for a plausible cause, the evidence first pointed to explosives. Evidence of explosions was provided by the numerous people that reported hearing them, by the evidence of high velocity radial trajectories of debris, and by the degree to which the debris field was pulverized. 4. The evidence then pointed to demolition-class explosives. Evidence of demolition-class explosives was provided by people seeing molten steel in a fire that should have been at least 1000 F below steel's melting point, by the debris field being permeated by bb-sized steel-based spheres that shouldn't have been 'vaporized', by the presence of elements unique to a demolition-class explosive in the debris field, and by the fact that all 3 buildings 'free fell' to the ground as if their infrastructure had suddenly disappeared (as is typical of demolition). 5. The evidence finally pointed to the use of military-grade demolition-class explosives. 6. If the conclusions from this evidence prove true, and to date they have not been refuted, the group of people responsible for the destruction of the WTC buildings remain at large, and the threat that destroyed the WTC buildings remains. 7. Unfortunately, the official root cause report does not account for the use of explosives at all. 8. For the United States to hold its own in a rough world, the reality of the situation must be irrefutably determined, and appropriate corrective actions taken. The current official report may be right, incompetent, or a cover-up. If the current official report does not withstand challenge, and the demolition claim stands, corrective actions must be taken against the people responsible, as well as the people that authored the root cause report, either for incompetence or for a willful cover-up. To do otherwise is to encourage a repeat performance.

About two years ago after hearing and reading the work by David Ray Griffin, I decided to look into the history of the collapse of the World Trade center towers. It is clear to me that the official explanation including the evidence presented by the 9/11 Commission is inadequate to explain the collapse of the towers. I am convinced that a new independent commission with complete subpoena power should be installed to find out the complete truth of 9/11. If we don't the same thing may happen in the future.

In my experience with structural tests and analysis of strength capability I have never seen a structure just disintegrate or fail in an ordered sequence all of its structural members, joints, and fasteners from any type of thermal or mechanical load. This is exactly what happens, however, during building demolition events.Furthermore, the personal or professional accountability to understand the destruction of 3 towers on 9/11 requires more than just reading newspapers. It also requires the personal honesty to accept and acknowledge the discrepancy between the government statements and engineering data for steel, temperature, and history.

I have seen many accidents and crashes of military and civil aircrafts. In cases of a crash, you always can see the side rudder and elevators from the tail, the engines, and the hull of the aircraft. A civil aircraft would not completely disappear, neither in a black hole, nor in a building like the World Trade Center. I believe in God, but not in this fake of the CIA!

I've gone to college at Rochester Institute of Technology for 2 years, and wasted some time partying while I was there, only salvaging 35 credits. I then came back home to Vernon, NY where I attended Mohawk Valley Community College. Fall quarter I received a 4.0 and Spring quarter a 3.5, leaving a 3.7 overall. I believe that the materials and crash debris and such were removed too quickly, from both the Pentagon and the two Towers. The public wasn't given nearly enough information, the media was littered with fearmongering, speculation, and terror. The entire subject seemed to be controlled completely from higher up and everyone was made to be extremely fearful thereafter and have been since, although its been deteriorating to an almost pre-11 mindset as of late.

Why is it that a day or two after 9/11 pictures of the 19 hijackers were on the front page of every newspaper throughout the world. And then a couple of years after 9/11 the Director of the F.B.I. was on both CNN News and FOX News for a few seconds with pictures of twelve of the nineteen Hi-jackers making a statement that these men were still alive and that these men had nothing to do with 9/11? I have 2 degrees: an Associate's in Electronics and a degree in Criminal Justice. I have read about how they were bringing down buildings by setting explosions in the correct amount and place.
I noticed this myself and why did building 7 come down the same way? This and I'm pretty sure battalion chiefs know about building structures and they seem not to notice any signs of a building bending or warping with this tremendous heat. No clues naturally; you would send firefighters up many floors to rescue people. If they suspected this would happen the firefighters would have been kept out of the building. But they saw no clues of a building warping or anything. This makes no sense. And with all the turmoil going on it would be easy for someone to set off these explosions and just simply run out of the towers with the rest.

On the morning of the attack I was tuned in to the news coverage on TV and at first thought I was seeing a sci-fi movie of the plane hitting the first tower. I thought to myself, That's pretty good special effects!. Then, to my horror, I realized that what I was seeing was real and happening before my eyes. As I continued to watch the second tower was hit and in time they started to collapse. As they collapsed I was reminded of documentaries I had seen of demolition teams bringing down casinos in Las Vegas and how they dropped right in their tracks without damaging any neighboring buildings. I wondered why the towers fell that way instead of toppling over sideways as would be expected from the crashes and fire. I just couldn't understand, it didn't make any sense to me. Now I'm beginning to understand. The pieces of the puzzle are starting to fall in place.

Briefly worked in the Criminal Justice System, including Folsom Prison, but conscience, prop 13, and better opportunities prevailed. Past President of High Frontier Distribution in Van Nuys (Big Dish Equip), which was providing competition to the cable monopolies, until the Telecommunications Act of 1984 put us out of business.
The way they all came down looked like building demolitions to me. I have a ton of questions about the buildings and the planes. Why weren't the sites tested for explosive residue? Can jet fuel burn at a high enough temp to melt steel? And in the case of building 7, can a building burn hot enough to melt steel? How did novice pilots supposedly fly into these buildings and the Pentagon? According to John Lear, a former commercial airlines pilot, these aren't easy feats. And where was the Air Force? Bush trip to the school is curious too, as well as Cheeney's war room. If the plane crashed in PA, why is the wreckage spread over so many miles?

Regardless of the pro-cons of Towers 1&2's collapse, WTC 7's collapse is beyond the realm of rational explanation, but for the use of pre-rigged explosives. This alone justifies a complete and thorough investigation, to include the initial construction of Towers 1&2's central core.

I am a 52 year old male. I recently retired after serving 30 years with a municipal police department in Oklahoma. 22 years of my 30 year career was in investigations. In 2003 I attended the FBI National Academy and while there, I visited ground zero in New York, NY. After reviewing the 9/11 WTC collapses, the Pentagon attack and the Pennsylvania crash, common sense has to prevail.
As I watched the collapse of the first WTC tower I recall asking myself, how could this happen. Surely they can prevent the second building from collapsing. Then the second one fell. My heart just sunk, as I thought about all the people that had died, some leaping to there deaths. Little was heard about the third collapse. Matter of fact, when I heard about a third WTC building collapse I first disregarded it as mis-information by the media and then once I actually realized a third building had collapsed I recall saying, A plane didn't hit the third building, so how did it collapse? I have no engineer degree but when I saw all three buildings fall the first thing I thought was that it was a controlled demolition. How can something as tall as the two main towers fall precisely upon itself? One would expect to see them fall to one side or another, not straight down. And this didn't just happen once but three times. Give me a break! I haven't been able to find any collapses of high rise buildings where the cause was from metal fatigue do to fire but yet they want us to believe that it occurred three consecutive times, all in one day, hours apart from each other.

Having taught government, history and science, a longtime aviation pilot, on military bases worldwide, a Federal police officer in Washington, D.C. while in graduate school, major business founder, my chief concern is that our U.S. government falsely believes tragedies like 9/11/2001 with no military response, amazingly until after the airplanes hit their targets or crashed in a field, government response to Katrina, or the greatest financial meltdown since our depression of the 1930's just have to be expected and only reacted to, rather than holding those accountable for their illegal inaction and mismanagement.
Our government at all levels thinks that it better serves our history to only tell cleaned up versions rather than the real truth behind 9/11, the assassination of John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Bobby Kennedy, the illegal wire-taps of top US Officials conducted by FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover to assure his reappointment to Office or the total disregard of our US Treasury and Federal Reserve System for Wall Street and the banking system to lead our country into the mess we are in, rather than holding those accountable for the long term freedoms of our System and Citizens.

I was always a skeptic of the official conclusion, especially in view of Larry Silverstein's statement shortly after the event concerning them having to pull the building, (WTC#7) in the early evening of 9-11. How did they manage to wire the building for a controlled demo job only taking hours not days, as experts argue would normally take. Who are 'they' that did the pulling and authorizing of same? Hundreds of field experts demand a new investigation, not to mention regular citizens that deserve answers. I fully support the Architects and Engineers for 9-11 Truth Movement and join them in demanding new and complete investigation into the matter.

I entered the U.S. Navy in 2000 as an Airman and left the U.S. Navy in 2004 as a second class intelligence specialist. I have worked in the television manufacturing and sheet metal product fabrication industries. I have spent many years in the private contract security industry.
Building's don't just turn to dust at free fall speeds with no resistance unless they are pulled down by an expert demolition team. A 20 kiloton atomic bomb detonated at ground zero at 1500' would have left more vertical columns standing taller in buildings 1, 2 and 7 then were visible after the dust settled on 11 September, 2001. I have a book on Hiroshima and Nagasaki that shows the steal frame of a building intact at 500 meters from a 20 kiloton blast. The Manhattan massacre was an explosive demolition and not a collapse caused by jet fuel or solid fuel burning hundreds of floors to elastic or plastic deformation points all at the same time.

The collapse of building # 7 is obviously a controlled demolition. There is no way the small fires could have brought the building down. And it would have taken days if not weeks to prepare the building to collapse in that fashion.

Having seen a few explosions and a demolition by implosion there is no doubt about the method of destruction of the 3 WTC buildings. Being surrounded by crooks in Chicago, it is no strain on the imagination to deduce who the culpable participants were. Having observed how various branches of the military operate for 4 years, no doubt treason was committed on 9-11.

For over a year now, as a trained observer, I have come to see the 911 commission closed their eyes to evidence and eye witness accounts. I've listened and watched both sides of the debate and the truth is clear. A proper investigation never took place. This is unacceptable, at the citizens of the U.S. And other countries have a right to know all the details of what occurred on that day. Make it right. As an officer, I have had to dig and question to find the truth. No such digging or questioning has occurred in reference to the 9/11 tragedy. We want justice!

I don't believe the official story told to us by our government and the pro war media. I served my country by going over seas two times. Leaving behind my family and risking my life for something that was a Complete Lie. I demand answers including but not limited to 1) The molten metal found days after 9/11 2) How WT7 collapsed when a plane never hit it 3) And how no video of the plane hitting the Pentagon has ever been shown, even though there were hundreds of cameras pointing at the impact zone IE the Sheraton hotel. We need a new investigation and if our government does not conduct a independent investigation our government is admitting to us they have something to hide.

The 9/11 Commission was a sham. It raised more questions than they could answer. Eyewitness accounts were given no standing. There is much more to what really happened and who was responsible. Are we, America really bought and paid for. Do we really have the best government money can buy??
