PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I saw WTC collapse when I was student in VGTU (Technical University in Vilnius). I suddenly realized, that it looked like control demolition. Nothing else. All these 15 years of my professional career I studied buildings construction failures, repairs after earthquakes and fires. I should say, that my opinion just improved with the knowledge and experience. Buildings doesn't collapse the way we see WTC collapsed vertically. If there were local construction failure, it would collapse partly, non symmetrically. It's absolutely clear, that authorities hiding something. It's absolutely clear, that American citizen and the rest of the world should know the truth. I believe that AE comunity will make it possible. And I am proud to be a part of AE for the 911 truth!

Such buildings do not free-fall even if struck by a jumbo jet. I am recently retired from a 30-yr career as a structural engineer in the military defense aerospace industry, holding DoD Secret Clearance throughout. My academic training was in civil structural engineering, and while I spent most of my career in space launch applications focusing on rocket structures, I managed the Ground Systems Structures Section at The Aerospace Corporation and have considerable practical experience with ground structures and facilities. I also have vast experience in failure investigations of launch systems and am well versed in the inter-disciplinary analyses -- thermodynamics, ballistics, structural dynamic and structures -- required to develop and explore credible hypotheses.
I was initially a skeptic regarding the possibility that the WTC was brought down by explosives. I erroneously thought that the conspiracy theories were based upon the notion that steel had to melt to precipitate a failure (it does not), and that rocket fuel doesn't burn at sufficient temperature to liquify steel (which is true). After reviewing the overwhelming evidence presented by the 911 Truth Organization, it is apparent to me that the steel did in fact melt, and that is incontrovertible evidence of the use of explosives. Together with the visual evidence, particularly that of WTC 7's signature implosion, there can be no doubt in the mind of anyone trained in structural engineering that these buildings were brought down by carefully placed explosive charges. NONE WHATSOEVER. As unthinkable as it is to me, it is hard to believe that anyone except agents of the U.S. federal government could have had the access and resources necessary to commit this atrocity.

A brainy, nerdy child, I was politically right-wing in high school in Virginia, but gradually shifted to the left during and after my engineering training in North Carolina, until after moving to Berkeley, California in 1998. Since around 2000 my interests have shifted away from politics and toward spirituality and permaculture. My view is that we should know the truth but build a sustainable future rather than trying to fight evil.

After reviewing the data presented by the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth Organization and through my independent assessment of the data I have reviewed, and based on my 40+ years of professional experience, I have concluded that it would be nearly impossible for any of the principal World Trade Center Towers to collapse in the manner or in the recorded time frame as a result of any fire or explosion caused solely by the impact of terrorist-guided aircraft alone. Braced steel frame buildings simply don't collapse in a symmetrical manner with a uniform plume of debris in 102 or 56 minutes respectively with modern structural design standards and state-of-the-art life-safety systems which must be continuously inspected by local building inspectors based on ever increasing performance standards centered on human survival.

I strongly uphold, according to the statements of FDNY fire-fighters, that before the two planes hit the World Trade Center, there were a series of explosions in the Twin Towers. Many believe explosive devices were placed in WTC during a weekend WTC was closed to employees and public. Israeli art students also rented office space at WTC. The art students are known to be Mossad agents according to Florida news accounts that 21 Israeli art students were deported and believed to be following the 9/11 hijackers. All of this must come out in a fair investigation.

Ab initio, 9/11 was a false flag operation riddled with more lies than the particles of thermite that flew in the air that day. The truth must be known no matter who was responsible. As President Eisenhower warned us on his last day as President of the USA, 'Beware of the military industrial complex' as they benefited from the last 13-years of illegal and unnecessary wars. 4. Various alphabet agencies benefited by 9/11. 5. China benefited with all of that metal being shipped overseas. 6. Most members of Congress benefited by being re-elected. 7. I have seen the collapse of all 3 of the buildings from 9/11 World Trade Center and witnessed (via videos) the systematic demolition charges going off prior to the collapse. The WTC lease holder also stated 'I told them to PULL IT', which is a common term used by demolition experts for setting off the charges to bring down a building. I am also aware of the weeks leading up to Sept 1, where all the security cameras were turned off and strange workers were in the buildings throughout several nights, which I believe were when the charges were put into place. The owner of the WTC complex also had recently insured the buildings against airplane attacks.

Even if the aircraft cut through the support columns causing the top of the buildings to collapse, the buildings wouldn't have fallen at free fall speeds in their own footprint. The debris would've been deflected on the way down leaving some portion of the building standing.

I remember vividly watching on live television as the planes crashed into the World Trade Center towers on September 11th. Ever since that day, I have been fascinated by what really happened. I have watched numerous videos about the destruction of Tower 7 and commentary from individuals who were there at the time. I am convinced that the American people have not been told the truth about the events of September 11th, 2001.

I hold to my opinion that the WTC was a demolition job done on the structure of the buildings. Jet fuel, had nothing to do with the buildings falling straight down in free fall. NO-WAY!

I earned a Bachelors of Science, Master of Public Administration, Doctor of Management. I am appalled that we are still investigating this terrible tragedy and that people in the US KNEW it was about to happen and did nothing. We must stand together and demand Congress give us a better more comprehensive report regarding the 9/11 massacre of innocent lives and much property damage. There are many more witnesses who were never allowed to testify in the previous 9/11 Report. Please take this seriously so that it never happens again. Thank you.
The A&E for 9/11 Truth have much evidence that shows there were indications that the towers were laced with explosives weeks before 9/11 occurred.

I have a Bachelor's of Science in the field of Criminal Justice. I have experience as a Case Manager and Electronic Monitoring Officer in the field of Corrections.
I do not believe the buildings were brought down due to being hit by the planes. As shown in multiple videos, squibs can be seen as the buildings collapse. If the buildings would have fallen due to the plane damage alone, I believe they would have toppled over, not fallen straight down as if they had been imploded. The skyscrapers came down more like a controlled demolition, rather than the planes causing the steel structures to fail. Also, the news stations reporting WTC 7 collapsing 23 minutes before it actually fell. That tells me that they had prior knowledge that it was going to come down, they just failed in the timing of their reporting of it. Lastly, what of the reports from the first responders, and others, about explosions in the buildings? Explosions in the lobby? Caused by what? Surely not from the damage so many floors above them. I believe the whole thing was set up by our own government against its own people. There are too many discrepancies to say otherwise.
