PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I saw the second tower fall live on TV in a room full of architects and engineers. We collectively were astonished and knew something was wrong with what we had just seen. One of my architectural projects was leading a design/documentation team to survey the entire 3rd floor of the Pentagon in the middle 1980's. So, I knew the architectural and the contextual site settings. I knew therefore, it was absolutely impossible for a jetliner, to physically travel at speed, and hit the ground floor of the Pentagon. From the 1- 2 second CCTV footage they aired on TV showing the 'jetliner' hitting the Pentagon, it looked more like a cruise missile to me.

I believe the 3 WTC towers were demolished. Planes could have not caused the Twin Towers to collapse without the help of explosives. The true evidence of government involvement is the fact that WTC 7 was demolished because it was the HQ of the NYC OEM (22nd floor) which contained all the security camera footage for the entire WTC complex and thus destroyed all the video evidence.

I saw the burning of demolition explosives flowing out the sides of the building and the manner they came down and knew it was a set job. After spending years setting explosives for Large road construction sites and shopping centers, I know what a planned implosion site looks like. I grew up in a TV family at WRGB, an NBC affiliate in upstate NY, as the son of a writer producer and director working in the news room and helping with film editing and live TV person for documentaries and commercials. I knew the stories were being changed and altered for rebroadcast.
I saw the burning of demolition explosives flowing out the sides of the building and the manner they came down and knew it was a set job. I also realized that jet airplanes with no windows were not commercial air transportation but either military or private. I heard live interviews of people sitting outside the buildings talking about explosions inside the building before the planes hit. After spending years setting explosives for large road construction sites and shopping centers, I know what a planned implosion site looks like.

I also can not accept the findings of the 911 commission due to the absence of critical data such as thermite presence and witnesses who claim there was an explosion before the planes hit. WTC7 is a complete mystery all its own. This country, the victims and the survivors deserve better than what has been furnished and it should be viewed as treason to expect the public to swallow this entire situation as it has been presented by our government.

I believe my outrage and shock at being asked to believe the net of lies surrounding this event, matches the feelings of the founding members of AE 9/11 Truth. As I watched the towers fall on television I knew the rapid destruction on display made no scientific sense. The so-called evidence, media claims and subsequent official proclamations all reeked of a hideous betrayal by our leaders. It was a betrayal by violent forces indifferent to the well-being of humanity in general and the American citizenry in particular. Just who these violent forces are is the next question (assuming we can handle the answer). Getting the science sorted out is fundamental to understanding what happened. I support that. Though the tentacles of this subject run in every direction, this betrayal of our national confidence and honor as citizens must not be allowed to stand.

The Murrah Building, however, had television footage that told of firefighters and emergency workers taking unexploded bombs out of the building before the national powers were able to spin the story to use of only one outdoor fertilizer bomb. Both had the evidence carted off before a full investigation could be completed and both allowed critical documents concerning dubious projects to conveniently be destroyed. Finally, both had agencies that occupied those buildings that told their workers not to go to work on those fateful days.

The only reason I got a degree in aeronautical engineering was because I thought if I could design an aircraft structure, I could design anything. I was asked by the Architecture Department to become an architectural structural engineer, because members of the department were impressed with my design and construction of a cable-supported kiosk (intersecting double arrows for Aero Royal part of Poly Royal family event). My interest in architecture and structural engineering continued despite my aeronautical engineering career.

Also there is documentation of Tower bi-metallic corrosion, and a demand by the EPA that Towers 1 and 2 be disassembled by 2007 rather than demolished. Disassembly was prohibitively expensive. Corroborating evidence of this is needed. Is it possible that every tall building is wired for demolition to avoid toppling due to an earthquake or bomb, and in the case of the Towers, the buildings were demolished to avoid collateral property damage the moment they started to topple, despite being occupied? Building 7 would argue against that.

I have been a clergy person for 31 years, serving as a pastor in congregations of all sizes and in urban, suburban and rural settings. I served as a U.S. Army Chaplain for six years. I started researching the strange anomalies regarding Building 7 falling into its own footprint in around 2009. Before that I had accepted the official narrative, believing the big Lie that 19 Arab guys pulled off the crime of the century. It is imperative that the true perpetrators of this evil act that took millions of lives, be brought to justice. There is no doubt in my mind that all three towers were brought down by controlled demolition, the thermite in the dust samples to me is conclusive, plus the hundreds of eye witnesses including William Rodriguez who heard and saw the results of explosions before any alleged planes arrived, these charges going off beforehand points to the real conspirators behind this sophisticated attack, which had to be in the works for years if not decades. The fact that the official 9/11 commission report makes no mention of Building 7 is damning evidence of a secret conspiracy involving players in high places in our own government, our military, our intelligence agencies, and most likely some foreign agencies as well. I consider the research of Steven Jones, David Ray Griffin, Peter Bollyn, Philip Marshall, S.K. Bain, Rebekah Roth, Peter Dale Scott, and Peter Levenda to be top-notch and impeccable. This in addition to all the fine architects and engineers that have written extensively as well.

The forensic investigation that Mr. Gates and his associates conducted in their analysis of the 9/11 attacks is outstanding. As an attorney, I have always gravitated to the objective credible evidence as the primary guidepost in conducting an investigation. The attacks at the World Trade Center must be investigated further, and those responsible must be criminal prosecuted.

Investigate crimes of all kinds on the street level. I started my professional career 25 years ago in 1990. I have been involved in various investigations throughout my career. Most of my work involves municipal police work where I developed a healthy sense of interacting with a large variety of people. In this capacity I developed a healthy balance of assisting and helping my fellow man and also a healthy sense of skepticism where I discerned it merited.
I am convinced from the scientific evidence presented there were other actors to this horrible crime that were definitely complicit. I stood there in complete disbelief that the biggest crime scene in history was immediately cleaned up instead of being analyzed completely. There are many other factors that a seasoned investigator would have been bothered about in regards to how this investigation was carried out. We should never let this investigation go until we get to the bottom of it.

I bought the story for a long time. But the facts that you folks have unearthed raises too many questions on the story we are being told. The logical outcome is of course dark, and not what any of us want to believe or either think is possible to have happened. I remember being dumbfounded that more corpses weren't found. The story that everything was incinerated just didn't make sense. I have friends who worked in the recovery and clean up operation and are now paying for it with health problems. So I definitely want the truth not some fairy tale someone wants too and has spun.
