To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

A few years ago I saw a youtube video that shows that the BBC actually reported the collapse of building 7, 25 minuets before it actually collapsed. I did not even know what Building 7 was then, so I researched it, and that is when I knew that the official story did not add up. Building 7 was not hit by an airplane, yet it collapsed in an unprecedented fashion. The media kept did not report on it after 9/11, and it was not even included in the 9/11 commission report! That is enough to ask the question: What REALLY happened on 9/11?

In total I 'went along' with official story - but always felt that it was strange that the 'top floors' plunged straight down so smoothly and didn't tumble off to side. The Truth in Focus conference was a welcome relief for me. To hear the analyses from others who know that physics does not take a 'day off'.

Also, it collapsed from the bottom, bringing the entire building down on its foundation as would be entirely expected from a planned implosion.

Looking at hours of historical data on the design and construction of these buildings it would boggle the mind how that much steel disappeared. I have been project designer for the San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge (Skyway, East Tie In, and Oakland Touch Down Detour) and the Benicia Martinez Bridge (CA) as well as numerous other bridges valued at over $200M. I am currently working on the planned demolition of the old San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge (east cantilever truss) and the new Gerald Desmond Bridge at Long Beach Harbor in California. - - - - I have provided construction engineering services for several major bridges including precast and cast-in-place, prestressed concrete box girder bridges constructed by segmental methods, a major concrete arch structure. a cable suspension bridge, and steel truss bridges. - - - - I was Principal Investigator for the Applied Technology Council project ATC-32 for the development of seismic design recommendations for California bridges as well as serving on several other ATC projects. I have taught several courses on the seismic design and retrofitting of bridges for FHWA, Caltrans, UC Berkeley, etc., and was recipient of the ATC Award of Excellence for Extraordinary Achievement in Seismic Design and Retrofitting of Bridges. - - - - I have conducted forensic engineering studies and served as expert witness for the premature collapse during demolition of the Chile Bar Bridge in California, and participated in the forensic investigation of a steel eye-bar failure on the existing San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge.
It is clear from the additional evidence uncovered by A&E for 911truth that the people have not been told the whole truth about the building collapses during the events of 9/11/01. New evidence may point to sinister participation by elements within our own government. Because of the impact of these events on our current political and financial situation and on the future of our republic, it is imperative that the investigation be reopened to either lay these suspicions to rest or to expose any wrong doing. This will be necessary before we can heal as a nation.

Now after my own research and seeing Building 7 fall I can trust my initial gut feeling - this is a controlled demolition not a building collapse. When I watched it in 2001, I was a civil engineering student. I was shocked by the collisions, but when the collapse occurred, I saw that I was facing a fraud. I felt lonely and caricatured, even in the academic environment about my extravagant point of view. In 2010 , with YouTube, I became aware of WC7 and looked to see if there were other loners (in that specific point of view) like me. My analogy in 2001 is that the probability of gravitational collapse was the same as the Towers traveling to the moon. Something else had to have happened. Now in 2022, after a similar collapse in São Paulo which I was equally astonished at, as I remembered 9/11, I was inspired to sign. In Brazil a family unit had collapsed in the Wilton Paes de Almeida building, with very similar characteristics and now, watching your video, there is the possibility of using thermite. The church side remained intact and there was no overturning or turning of the structure. Returning, that's how I started to watch your work on YouTube. Importantly, I have never denied the crash of the planes or what happened to the Pentagon. My conclusion was, if there was so much heat to melt steel, how there were living people and glass in the windows, and more frightening, how the steel and every beam or pillar broke horizontally in the same second and the other structures below with microseconds of difference, symmetrically and in perfect structural and chronometric order. So, I don't know what type of explosive they used or what technology was involved. I can only guarantee that a gravitational fall, ordered in time and space, symmetrical, is impossible. Also, I cannot say who is behind the implosion, but certainly, they used a very advanced technology. Without a doubt, it was not caused by the planes or plane fuel, even if the plane was bigger and carried a volcano inside it, it would be impossible to orderly destroy it so symmetrically.

After an honorable discharge from the US Air Force I attended college in a Mechanical Engineering Degree program. I decided to leave the program at Northeastern University Boston after the first semester of my Junior year for personal family reasons. I began working in the building trades. I worked in the trades for 10 years then switched career to join Digital Equipment Corporate as a software developer. After 15/years working in high tech I left to start my own small business as an independent store owner of a Specialty Coffee House. Sold that business after 21 years of successful operation. I am now retired and have always been extremely concerned about having the truth about 9/11 brought to light.
On 9/11 I was operating my small business as a Specialty Coffee Shop operator when a customer asked if I had a TV on the premises. I said yes and immediately turned it on to see the first tower after it had been struck. I watched the broadcasts the entire time. After watching the 2 towers collapse, in basically their own footprint, I couldn't help relating what I had witnessed to Las Vegas hotels being brought down in a controlled type demolition. How could two 110 story buildings come straight down so quickly. I had followed the magnificent project of construction on the towers. I had saved The NY Times supplement on the construction used of the two towers. The center core of both buildings being constructed with huge steel girders. Then the engineering statements that the towers could withstand the impact of not one but two 747 aircrafts crashing into a tower at 500 miles per hour. The icing on the cake was watching building Seven come down at 5:20 pm that day which my eyes and gut told me was definitely a controlled demolition of that building. Especially knowing that NO aircraft had struck that building and that the building had only been struck with flying debris from the 2 towers which supposedly caused some fires in the lower right section of the building. I have the recording done by the two French brothers who happened to be in NY City doing a story on the fire department. One of them was actually filming inside the second tower as it collapsed. He interviewed firefighters who said they heard numerous explosions prior to the tower collapsing on them. I never believed the findings of the 9/11 Commission. The truth needs to see light of day on what really happened on 9/11/2001...

"Having researched and viewed the World Trade Center 9/11 incident from many points of view, and reading Michael Ruppert's book ""Crossing the Rubicon"", I conclude that it's imperative that the 9/11 Commission be reopened. The evidence leads me to the conclusion that many others were involved in this disaster. So many questions linger e.g. Donald Rumsfeld announcing that trillions of dollars were missing and unaccounted for by the Defense budget the day before 9/11, the disappearance of bullion from the World Trade Center Basement, the changing date for the NORAD simulation of and attack, Dick Cheney taking control of NORAD before and during the attack etc. goes on and on. I graduated with a BA degree in English from Yale University in 1966. I served as an officer in the USMC, including one tour in Vietnam. I served as a Foreign Service Officer in Washington, DC, and in the US Embassy in Lagos, Nigeria until 1975. For the rest of my career, I worked in international business development and proposals, including for Brown & Root during Dick Cheney's chairmanship. In later years, the scope of my work was in Technical Writing, principally in the technical and power fields.
What I have learned in the years since the attack on the World Trade Center has not aligned with the official stories of what occurred and by whom it was perpetrated. In particular, the destruction of Building 7 seems to me obviously not caused by the same means as the towers. It's destruction resembles far too closely a deliberate destruction by use of carefully placed explosive charges.

Enlisted as a Combat Engineer; rudimentary training in the use of explosives. Earned a Civil Engineering degree from the nation's oldest engineering program - USMA (West Point). Helped manage construction projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers, served as Armor officer during the Persian Gulf War, and oversaw construction projects as a civilian.
This was an obvious setup, with as much planning of the PR campaign, as it took to demolish these buildings so professionally. These buildings went down almost in textbook demolition fashion. The lives lost since then, and the human capital and treasure squandered in the unnecessary wars that followed is unconscionable. I would love to know the real reason for this.
