PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have always been careful to focus on my discipline, architecture, and not try to be a structural engineer; however, I understand enough about structural engineering to question the 9/11 Commission's conclusions. I think it is important to review all the evidence and all the theories toward a more comprehensive explanation. 9/11 in itself was a sad day, but the aftermath has been even more tragic. We don't need a witch hunt, but we do need a better understanding of the facts to aid all of us to make prudent decisions for the future of the world.

The law of conservation of momentum demands that the lower floors be blown out in advance from the path of the falling upper floors, so that their inertia does not slow down their fall. This can easily be proven using simple high school physics. An engineering degree, architectural degree or Ph.D. is not required to understand this.

Anyone who can stand up and with a straight face state that fire brought down both the Twin Towers within 45 minutes of each other, and then also claim that the relatively small fires in WTC7 caused it to collapse in its footprint later that day at about 5:20PM is either a complete liar or ignorant of their own field and either way need to have their license suspended! And, it doesn't take an engineer even to see BBC reporter Jane Stanley reporting as clear as day that WTC7 had just collapsed while the building is still visible behind her! I can understand someone saying it had not collapsed when it already had, but NOT the other way around!

The issue of Building #7 especially has never been fully explained and has been mostly ignored by the media. The few debris from building 1 and 2 wouldn't have been sufficient to cause building #7 to collapse into the ground the way it has. The official explanation that 'somebody' installed a tank of fuel in an office building fail to explain how the collapse would be possible - a fuel tank may cause fire etc. but not a collapse.

I worked with some welders on the Burlington Northern Railway & they introduced me to thermal welding then. Why couldn't that type of steel weakening happen for 911? That whole incident with all the buildings that came down the way they did were imploded from the steel framework inside. The media only made us all believe it their way. That is, not all of us will believe it their way! Hopefully there will be a new investigation to see what really happened!

Construction Electrician since 1981, obtained master certificate in 1988, have built wind towers in Iowa and Minnesota, ethanol plants in Iowa, hospitals, a jail, gas stations, office buildings, apartment complexes and various other living type buildings. A former marine I am interested in learning about the collapse of the buildings and about the atrocities that are perpetrated against military people.
I find it very difficult to believe those building collapsed from nothing more that those two airliners crashing into buildings that were built to withstand plane crashes with planes that size and traveling at much higher speeds. It is a travesty that there has never been a real investigation into the causes of the building collapses and that the actual culprits who are behind the deaths of those people who died as a result of the buildings collapsing and the aftermath thereof have not been located and appropriately prosecuted.

Fox News did an important investigative piece on all the foreign spy operations in the United States prior to 9/11. Dan Rather said a van load of explosives was found near the George Washington Bridge on 9/11/01. The FBI interrogated four foreigners from Urban Moving Systems who were celebrating the attacks on 9/11, filming them, behaving suspiciously, and later claimed to be documenting the event. They also failed numerous polygraph tests. All of this needs to be investigated including the decisions to send them home without charges filed. The demolitions of the buildings, that's just obvious.

I grew up on a small farm in Western NY majored in applied agricultural engineering at Cornell University. I have used electric arc and oxy-acetylene welders to repair and rebuild machines and fabricate items. I served as a Naval Officer during the Vietnam era, 1968-1970. I used my G.I. Bill educational entitlement to complete 5 years of general humanities studies at the University of Heidelberg in Germany.
When the 2nd aircraft hit the South Tower and inertia could be seen to have carried, what appeared to have been, the bulk of the aircraft fuel load through the building, whereupon the fuel could then be seen to erupt in a huge fireball outside the building on the side opposite the site of impact, I immediately felt that the claim that the building was brought down as a result of fire-induced failure of structural steel was without merit. Furthermore, I believe that the controlled demolition of the South Tower ensued first, even though struck last, because the fires were disappearing and thus threatening with invalidity the claim of fire-induced collapse.

I joined the armed forces after 9/11 as did a lot of friends I knew. most joined on the premise that we we attacked by evil on 9/11. as time went by no good evidence of WMD's popped up and I knew then if they can lie about something that has killed tens of thousands it is quite possible that they could have lied about committed those heinous acts on that day.
NIST didn't get samples from the molten meta because they said it was of little significance. To me that is akin to not taking semen samples from a rape victim and saying it is of little importance. Only a new investigation can help us figure out what happened and who really did it.

I was a Vietnam era veteran having served in the US Air Force from '71 to '76. In my working career, I was a software engineer and IT Architect for 33 years with the IBM Corporation. In 2006 I saw a CSPAN presentation of the 911 Truth Movement. Dr. Stephen E. Jones was one of the presenters on the panel. I was riveted by his presentation. Prior to this I had assumed the official story was true. After hearing Jones, I pursued the truth. The more I learned, the more it became clear that the three WTC buildings were taken down by controlled demolition. The evidence is overwhelming. I am dismayed that the truth is taking so long to emerge. It is clear that powerful and truly evil forces are behind the perpetration of these crimes. They must be brought to justice.

On September 11th 2001 I came into work to find my co-workers gathered around the company tv's watching events that day in New York ... people were shocked, emotion was high, expectation that the country would retaliate was in the air ... and then the buildings fell and my first comment was that it looked exactly like a controlled demolition because the buildings collapsed neatly into their footprints and that is not what happens when buildings are bombed, burned, or shaken by earthquakes ... buildings in Hiroshima and Nagasaki were still standing after the bomb was dropped ... shrug ... now that professionals confirm my first feeling regarding the WTC collapse I feel my duty is to join them in calling for a real inquiry into that event.

Having taught the use and effects of 90mm tank shells, shape charges, small rockets and 4.2 mortar shells, I have seen the same effects on heavy armor tanks like the squibs shown in some aired videos - the flying of metal parts away from the impacted areas. I am currently serving in the United States Army as an information technology specialist. I have been slowly working on my Bachelors in Computer Science, and at the time of the WTC incident, I was living in Annapolis Maryland and working for IBM Annapolis, a services division. We were evacuated from our building that day because we were located 1 block from the Capital building, and there was some fear that the violence might not be limited to NYC.
As stated in my bio, I was sent home on the day of 9/11. I watched with rapt attention as the events of that day unfolded. Something at the time felt very wrong with what was happening, and as more and more coverage broke of that day, I couldn't shake a feeling that things just didn't fit. Why did a collapsing building sound so much like an explosion, I would expect it to be loud, but not explosives loud. Also, I thought back to the first WTC incident and thought, that even with a 1500 bomb being detonated, the building was able to completely maintain it's structural integrity. It took years before I would ever hear theories about how these things that didn't make sense to me, could be possible, and so when I heard the credible words of people in the know, it took almost no effort for me to believe. It's the only way that any of it adds up. Buildings don't just implode after all, it takes a great effort in fact, to make a building implode.

Three buildings, two aircraft, one afternoon - - - perfect! ! There is no way I will ever believe that the destruction of the 3 buildings at WTC was caused as the results of the aircraft strike impact and subsequent minimal fire damage, as the fuel was mostly consumed in the fireball or dissipated. Shock and awe for the U.S. Prior the the shock and awe over Baghdad. Evidence of super thermite in the wtc dust, remembering pictures of diagonally cut columns ( thermite? ) and pockets of hot ( previously molten) steel deep in the pit, a picture of the gaping maw where the structural core should have been standing.

my main doubts about the official story are that building 7 is an obvious controlled demolition and that the twin towers came down due to fire which is impossible to believe and that you can clearly see explosives going off when the towers come down.

As a social scientist, I was not surprised that 9/11 happened given the history of U.S. foreign policy and the events leading up to that fateful day. I am an Ex- Army Intelligence Officer. I was commissioned in August 1998 and transitioned from Active duty to the IRR on September 11, 2001. I served in the 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment of the 82d Airborne Division, and the 525th Military Intelligence Brigade. I deployed to Bosnia for peacekeeping operations from September 2000 to March 2001. While there, we were briefed extensively on Transnational terrorism and the new Intelligence focus being Osama Bin Laden.
I concur with the information presented in this video and slide show. I believe the evidence is overwhelming that an orchestrated effort to demolish the WTC occurred.

Soon after finishing high school in 1968, enlisted in the US Marine Corps for three years.After my honorable discharge, went to the Dallas Art Institute on the G.I. Bill.Eventually started my graphic design career... first in Houston, then continued in Boulder, Colorado. It amazes me continually, that every time I see the video footage of the towers coming down, I also see what appears to be obvious explosions happening to effect the building collapses and it further amazes and infuriates me that others who 'blindly' adhere to the official story are choosing to be blind to seeing the same explosions that are painfully obvious to me. What seems to be happening in front of our eyes per the appearance of explosions, coupled with the interviews of FDNY fire fighters who say they heard the explosions during the collapse, continue to remind me and solidify in my mind the desperate need to have a true, unbiased, scientific investigation.

As a life-long artist I am detail-oriented to a fault, and after watching virtually every presentation of the 9/11 tragedy, I find the need for a new, completely independent investigation absolutely necessary.
SUSPECT is the strongest word I can think of to describe the official report by the 9/11 Commission. I do not accept it and neither do the hundreds of persons I've talked with about it. Why is Congress so afraid about authorizing an independent group to get at the bottom of the 9/11 tragedy? The delays only cause me to be more suspicious -- that some sinister plot is known and being covered up. We The People deserve much better from leaders with nothing to hide. Get the job done, authorize an independent group now -- failure to do so will see this issue revisited when an Article V Convention is called and it becomes yet another subject for a proposed amendment to the U.S. Constitution: Independent Commissions!

I watched the Tower fall on live television, and I expressly remember wondering if it was the result of a controlled demolition because of the way well it fell straight down and so cleanly. It did not lean, and it encountered no resistance on the way down. I remember thinking, All the way to the ground? I have serious doubts about the official story, and I believe that the victims and families deserve an honest explanation of what really happened that day.

I grew up believing in the American dream. I joined the ranks of the Infantry in the Army immediately after high school as a result of my beliefs about protecting the country from its enemies. However, I was shocked and appalled once I learned that the official story of the 9/11 attacks may be completely false. I am currently serving in Iraq which may very well be a war waged on false pretenses. I feel as though I am fighting for the survival of my buddies more so than liberating Iraq or defending the nation. It is an outrage and someone must be held accountable for the attacks. If al-qaeda is not responsible for the attacks, then this war is odious on the part of the American people. Wasting American lives, and killing innocent civilians does not benefit this world one bit.
The first three towers in history to fail due to a fire and fall into their own footprint all took place on 11 September 2001. World Trade Center 7 was not even hit by a plane and fell several hours after the twin towers. It is claimed that Silverstein ordered to have the building pulled. However, an operation like that would take weeks to prepare. There is no explanation for WTC 7's collapse other than controlled demolition. Oddly enough, WTC7's collapse looked extremely similar to the twin towers falling.

Worked for Northwest Airlines for many year's the military and every traffic control tower employee observed those flight's. They had more than enough time to respond to hijacked aircraft. What's the odds that every building fell within themselves.
