To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I graduated from Columbia in 1974 and went on to practice architecture and civil engineering for 8 years. I am now a computer specialist in integration, CAD and software engineering.
By 9/12 I was convinced that there was something fishy about the collapse of the WTC. I learned about progressive collapse from my engineering professors at Columbia, and I found it hard to imagine that the twin towers could have failed in that way. They were specifically designed to resist impact and load applied by the collision of a Boeing 707 jet. The buildings appeared to have been destroyed by an engineered demolition. When I articulated my suspicions, however, I was met with derision. I have continued, however, in my conviction that the buildings were intentionally destroyed.

It appears to me that the information that I have reviewed concerning the 9/11 events has opened my eyes to the possibility that our government and other(s) have participated in a mass homicide and chosen to re-direct the blame to cause this nation to support seeking revenge, against an enemy that seems to continue to change as the years go by. I was blown away by the evidence of the lack of debris at the pentagon. Having personally flown over debris that was exploded by military level weaponry and burned by fire; there is no way that a tail or wings or significant amounts of aircraft would not be found at the site.

It is clear to me that WTC buildings 1, 2 and 7 were brought down by controlled demolition. Even if a large steel structure could be brought down by fire alone, it should have been an asymmetrical and much slower collapse. Network news video evidence shows clearly that this was not the case.

I was a 'Fuels Specialist' with over 56 semester hours (over 30 just in the Fuels Technology). I attended the USAF Airlift of Hazardous Materials and Airlift of Dangerous Materials Course. I also attended the Fuels Accounting Course and the Fuels Quality Control and Analysis of Aircraft Fuels Course. I obtained my Air Force Journeyman and Craftsman Skill levels. I have used and am familiar with AVGAS, JP-4, JP-8 and JP-10 fuels. I have safely issued, received and transferred millions of gallons of petroleum products to both storage tanks, aircraft and refueling/transport units. I have refueled the US Navy Blue Angels, the USAF Thunderbirds, Air Force One, the National Emergency Airborne Command Post, Alert Ready B-52 aircraft, performed hot refueling operations to F-16 Fighting Falcons. During Desert Shield/Storm we were issuing over 1.5 million to 2 million gallons of JP-8 daily shattering all records for number of aircraft and gallons issued, safely. In 1996, I was part of the Fuels Management Team that earned the American Petroleum Institute's 'Best in Air Force' Award, aka the 'Golden Drum'. After my discharge, I went into the construction industry and quickly became a Construction Superintendent. For another 15 years I have built and remodeled various commercial buildings throughout the United States. I have a pretty good understanding of the various building codes and am able to read, understand and interpret building plans from one page to complete sets of drawings.
My little brother and I were actually doing an 'Atlanta Bread Company' remodel in Rochester, NY during this time. We were back home in Texas on 9/11/01, but had return tickets for 9/12/01. I remember waking up that morning and my neighbor called me and asked if I was watching TV and that was about the time the second plane went into the building or appears to have went into the building. I watched for a couple of hours before I finally headed to a job we had going on in the Dallas West End. It was a trip as I went through downtown Dallas. There was an eerie quietness as they pretty much sent everybody home that worked downtown. I noticed a large police presence on every corner. The normal air traffic from near by Lovefield was noticeable not there. I spent a few hours down there in the 100 year old warehouse building looking at the half completed restaurant. After several weeks of the 'No Fly' rule we hired a local contractor to finish the Rochester job. Being a Veteran I was proud to see my Countrymen come together during this time of destruction and kept wondering why WE didn't finish the job we started in 1990 with Iraq. Well I have had years to study 9/11 and I can't believe the revelations I have found. On November 22, 2013, the anniversary of the assassination of JFK, I decided that just being an online activist was not getting the job done and I am now a candidate for the Texas House of Representatives for District 4 running as a Libertarian. I figured it was a good spot to try and make a real change and put an end to the corrupt Two Party System. I will no longer just sit back and just watch my Great State and Beloved Nation be destroyed. WE THE PEOPLE have asked nicely and have continued to ask for a new look into 9/11 and the list of questionable laws and deeds our 'leaders' continue to commit not only against it's OWN people, but the PEOPLE of the entire WORLD! I am not sure how many times I have signed this petition and numerous other similar, and new petitions, that continue to go unanswered.

To begin with, the bulls-eye targeting of the planes absent of any ATC or guidance is quite remarkable indeed, and their penetration is alarming. As for the destruction of the Twin Towers, the first thing that struck me, when I was able to view it, is that there is no way the planes could have done that, and I stated that those who perpetrated this act would even have to be amazed. There is also a photo of one of the main steel supports still standing in the rubble that has the classic angled sheer that can only be caused by a demolition shape charge. Even if there could have been structural collapse, the tops of the towers would not have the kinetic energy nor integrity to demolish the entire structure. They would have just twisted and came crashing down. It was all too very convenient, and likely will always hide much of the data it was intended to destroy. WTC 7 was specifically equipped with steel main column I-beams that were twenty times the size of a normal support. This is mainly due to the buildings location and the fact that it housed a mayoral bomb shelter. On a side note, Mr. Silverstein was also under contract (roughly $200 million) requiring him to remove the asbestos from many of the structural supports...convenient.

After reviewing numerous tapes of the collapse of WTC 1,2, &7 - it is apparent something is very wrong with the official story! Common sense / logical reasoning concerning the forces of gravity / physics 101 -is all one needs to say without hesitation - this was the result of controlled demolition! WTC 7 is a no brainer! Common sense tells one that it would take longer than 8-9 hours to rig that building for a Pull! Most likely it would take 2-4 weeks under ideal circumstances! If #7 was pulled - it is highly probable that #1 & #2 were also pulled! The visual evidence of high velocity squids is the smoking gun! Even more of a no brainer is Flight 77 and the Pentagon! If the Boeing doesn't fit - you must admit ( a little O.J. humor ) that something a great deal smaller made that entry-hole! Most likely a missile or a drone! I have been obsessed with this 9/11 investigation for the past 4 months and have spent hundreds of hours on the internet researching it! My initial thoughts were - that my government would not be involved in this tragic event! However, the more I dug - the more I was convinced that 9/11 could not have been pulled off without their complicity! Example: the Minetta testimony concerning Cheney! This was not addressed in the 9/11 Commission Report along with other key eye witness testimony! That Report has no more credibility than Alice In Wonderland and what it doesn't include should be grounds for criminal actions of negligence, incompetency and fraud! I have seen this scenario before! After leaving the Marine Corps in 1976, I discovered that the Tonkin Gulf Incident - that escalated the war in Vietnam - never happened! False-Flag operations are used by both Democrats & Republicans - depending upon where they want to go with their Foreign Policy! The question to ask is who benefits? Eisenhower was correct in his warning relating to The Military Industrial Complex! What has the Government of this Country become - when it uses its' Treasure of young men and women as cannon fodder!

The US Government have not disclosed the full facts about Sept 11th - This is a mammoth cover-up - common sense dictates that the World Trade Center buildings could only have come down as they did by the use of synchronized explosive charges carefully placed in optimum positions throughout the buildings and that the foundations of the buildings had to be blown also before the sequential detonation of these placed charges.

Why is there no mainstream media coverage of the delay to commission an investigation? Why is information about the president's refusal to testify under oath not reported by mainstream? Why did the the entire post attack effort appear to be more consistent with a damage control order than an investigative? How did the Hilton and other nearby buildings that sustained damage from the collapse of the towers remain standing when building 7 gave way from a few small fires. I am a brother of a sibling in Iraq. I support America and what we stand for. However, I do not support hidden truths and inconsistencies in reports from various officials, especially our Commander-In-Chief.
I was highly, highly doubtful of the medias information from the beginning. I was actively watching the television from the moment the information was first broadcast and heard the inconsistencies in the medias broadcast. I know enough about chemistry and logic to finally admit that there is much more to investigate. A very compelling video. It should be made available to high schools as an example of scientific reasoning. If the kids do not see a possible conflict of government propaganda and scientific facts we are in bad shape. I taught kids about the process of going through facts and asking questions beyond those purported to be facts.
Although no one is singled out as the bad guy in this horrific event, there has been too much doubt and uncertainty regarding the destruction of the World Trade Center buildings and building #7. The evidence presented does suggest a review by a public non-governmental of all of the evidence
