PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I believe all the official stories about what happened on 9/11, particularly with regard to the collapse of the three buildings, are patently false, evidenced by application of the facts. I am appalled that the all the metal beams and other locations of metal, including molten metal, did not go through thorough metallurgical testing and failure analysis. Plane crashes and other accidents or failure events receive full analysis, with no stone left unturned. Here we have the largest metallurgical disaster/attack in our nation's history and the analysis and investigation has been woefully inept. We may never know fully what happened because much of the evidence was destroyed rather quickly after the event. With what I do know, it appears as if these buildings collapsed with the assistance of timed demolition. A thorough independent official investigation has not happened yet and must happen in order to glean as much truth about this major event as possible. The integrity of our nation depends upon this and the responsibility to our nation's citizens demands it.

The WTC7 collapse was actually reported before it happened by the BBC. On 9/11 Newton's Third Law of Motion, which says 'To every action there is always opposed an equal reaction', was violated. There was no opposing and equal reaction in the collisions of the airplanes with WTC 1 & 2. There was no opposing and equal reaction in the collision of the commercial aircraft in Pennsylvania. How many times in the history of flight have aircraft flown directly into the ground and vanished? The 'Official' 9/11 Report makes no mention whatsoever of WTC 7. All three buildings collapsed in a free-fall manner. No pancake type collapse as the Government claims. New investigation must have authority to initiate prosecution of those responsible for events on 9/11, and the investigation must NOT be done by government cronies, present or previous politicians, or anyone with a history of being a war monger.

I have been researching the events of 9/11 intensely for about 2 months now. I have analyzed the events from 3 different perspectives. 1. As a U.S. Navy fighter pilot, having served on alert on the pad at Key West, Florida. We could be in the air and at full after-burner speed in 5 minutes or less on course to an invading Cuban Mig-21. Where were the Air Force F-15s on 9/11? There was an abundance of time after each hijacking to intercept and possibly shoot down each airliner. 2. As an airline pilot trained for hijackings in the 1970s when there were dozens of them, including aircraft of Eastern Airlines, I know that awareness of hijackings by the FAA and subsequently the pilots on alert, happens within 2-3 minutes of the event. Where were the F-15s? 3. As an attorney, trained to gather and evaluate evidence, I know that the official 9/11 government reports are impossible to believe.

I have spent a fair amount of time this past year looking at various 9/11 truth websites and have read two books on 9/11. I believe the twin towers and Building 7 were set with demolition charges before the planes struck the twin towers and the demolition charges brought the buildings down. On Thursday, before the disaster, I had a horrifying vision (while awake) that I was free falling in what I thought at the time was the world biggest chimney. When I looked down to see where I was falling, I saw a tiny orange dot in the blackness. As I was descending down, it quickly grew to the size of a dime, a nickel, a quarter, a pancake. When I was closer to it, I saw bumps in it! These bumps where coming out of the middle--like I was falling down on the top of a nuclear fire cloud! I fought with all my might to get my eyes open before I got killed. I knew I would get killed for the simple reason that I could feel the wind pushing me up whilst the gravity was pulling me down. When I got out of the vision I was furiously mad at God, cause I thought he was trying to scare me! It wasn't until two weeks after the disaster that I saw the towers on TV and they looked like chimneys. That was when I said, Wouldn't that be weird if I was in one of those towers (in the vision) and it hadn't even happened yet! It wasn't until 2005 that I read Painful Questions, that I had any idea that the towers were brought down by questionable means. I saw what I saw and felt what I felt, even though I obviously can't prove it.

The hole in the Pentagon proves someone is lying. That was a missile, not a plane! Try finding detailed passenger lists from the planes that hit the Twin Towers! And what about the High Fivers, and other Israeli art students? Compare that to what might have happened in Operation Northwoods and we should all be worried. I am no engineer, but I have a brain and the evidence that the Twin Towers and Bldg 7 were all controlled demolitions seems very convincing, particularly when you consider that Building 7 was pulled. It takes a long time to get a building ready for demolition by explosives and it appears to me that there must have been such preparations going on for quite some time before September 11, 2001.

I have been working with Explosives since my US Navy years (1964-1968) as a Torpedomans Mate. I spent 8 years in the military, as an air traffic controller and electronic countermeasures engineer. Working in the military taught me many things, one of which was Don't believe anything you hear and only half of what you see. The official story is just that, a story. Building number 7 was such an obvious example of controlled demolition, but yet our government officials have to be completely blind to NOT see it. In regards to the Pentagon attack, I would like to know why the FBI gathered up all of the available video in surrounding business, only to not release it, other than a tiny clip that actually shows that what ever did hit the Pentagon was smaller (in height) than the airliner that was reported to have hit the building. If the government wanted to cast doubt on a conspiracy theory, why wouldn't they simply release recorded film footage that they had suppressed?

After seeing some of the evidence put out by your organization it is hard to deny the facts of what i see. I believe that evidence that has come from other catstrophies such as the explosion in a Cuban harbor, the Lusitania sinking, Pearl Harbour, and the Gulf of Tonkin incident were all government sponsored incidents to serve there cause. I could add ten plus pages to this. All of the information I have seen leads me to believe the urgent need for an unbiased investigation of the twin towers.

The first law (I just made up) of checking: The facts have to mate. The more the facts concerning 9/11 are uncovered the more divergent they become. What is puzzling: If explosives were set at key points on each floor, -- how? --and by whom? This operation would have required cooperation of quite a crew of people. Have any ever been revealed?

Obvious explosions of unexplained origin caused unnatural collapses of these buildings. Core of buildings 3,4,5 and 6 were still standing after the ordeal (as would be expected). Molten metal underground 1,2 and 7 weeks after the collapse were ignored or unexplained in official reports.

My careful research and consideration of remaining evidence, including the remaining evidence of the metallurgical examinations of the 3 WTC steel beams and the residual molten steel puddles at Ground Zero, all coupled with the upward ejection of multiple ton sections of steel wall portions through pyroclastic clouds persuades this U.S. citizen that contemporary controlled demolition of the three buildings was actuated beyond a shadow of doubt on September 11, 2001 and, not in the least to be sloughed off is the unanswered question of what form of non-contemporary energy produced molten steel puddles at Ground Zero.

I have to agree that the official story is full of flaws. how can a 110-story building fall, in a pancake style fashion, in less than 11 seconds? The short answer, it can't. Is this the reason NIST failed to explain the collapse after the initiation event? and how much longer are we going to have to wait for them to develop a flawed theory about Building 7? I can't wait for that one to come out.

I have talked to a lot of people that were Viet Nam Veterans that also have experience in Explosives through military experience.These people also have worked at the Twin Towers, and also the Oklahoma Federal building. They have told me that they have first hand experience as they have worked at these sites as construction trade members.They all have told me that both in both instances, the buildings were brought down by a controlled explosion.

As seen in my eyes all 3 buildings looked like they fell through demolitions, for quite a while as the buildings burned it looked very stable(the buildings) and in no apparent danger of falling- and why did building 3 fall as it had no/little damage, certainly nothing structurally apparent.
