PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The results of the peer-reviewed study published in The Open Chemical Physics Journal, 2009, 2, 7-31 (link http://www.bentham-open.org/pages/content.php?TOCPJ/2009/00000002/00000001/7TOCPJ.SGM) contains clear scientific proof that unreacted nanothermite explosive fragments were found in the dust from the world trade center collapse. Methods used for analysis include optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, spectroscopy, and calorimetry. They witnessed and photographed triggered micro-explosions from the nanothermite fragments. These microexplosions produced the same heat and force output as laboratory nanothermite. The dust was sampled from four different locations soon after the collapses. One sample was collected about ten minutes after the collapses of WTC buidlings 1 & 2. All dust samples produced essentially the same findings. The unreacted explosive fragments can clearly be seen under low-power magnification, as photographs from the paper illustrate. This type of explosive is apparently untraceable, unlike most kinds of demolition materials. Eight different authors from universities and organizations around the world including Denmark, Utah, Indiana, Australia, Berkeley, Dallas contributed to this paper. This kind of science cannot be fudged. After reading this I became convinced that the reason for the clear and undeniable presence of explosive residue in the dust should be thoroughly re-investigated, espcecially since the NIST & FEMA reports did not even look for or mention these findings.

I was in the USAF and I know what JP4 is and the fact that they just swept away the evidence made me look very closely at the NIST report. I do not think the conclusions of the NIST report come from the evidence and I would expect a real investigation be conducted in the United States of America so the responsible parties can be held accountable.

The fact that both towers collapsed in their footprints, without any toppling of the upper floors, clearly indicates controlled demolition as the cause of the buildings' collapse, rather than structural failure. In my opinion, the collapse of the south tower (WTC 2) illustrates this idea most clearly. The airplane which hit this tower entered the south wall, and wreckage can be seen in the videos exiting the east wall. As a result, one would expect the damage to be worse near the southeast corner of the building, and any structural collapse should have occurred first at this corner. This should have resulted in the upper floors toppling toward the southeast. However, videos of the building's collapse clearly show it failing in a more or less symmetrical manner. - - - - In contrast, the north tower (WTC 1) was hit by the first airplane in the north wall, at almost a perpendicular angle to the north wall. And yet, the upper floors of this building leaned toward the south as the building collapsed. - - - - Likewise, there are two failure phenomena which cannot be explained by the pancake collapse theory. First, video of the collapse of the north tower shows the upper floors (approx. 10 stories) toppling toward the south. Yet, instead of falling to the ground relatively intact (as they should have done with no structure supporting them from beneath at that point, and nothing pressing down on them from above), they mysteriously disintegrated in mid-air. What forces (other than explosives) could have caused this? - - - - Second, a video exists which shows part of the inner core of the north tower still standing prior to the south tower's collapse. And yet, with only minor debris falling on it from the south tower, the remaining core structure disintegrates. Unless the video is faked (and I have seen no evidence of this), what would have caused the remaining core structure to collapse?

In the wake of 911 I have observed many videos read and analyzed extensively numerous documents relating into the collapses of the three buildings. The evidence is overwhelming and the conclusions are quite obvious even to a layman that in all three instances it was controlled explosions. The way the buildings went straight down, and actual live footage along with eyewitnesses who not only saw but heard the blowout one can only assume to the conviction that it was purposely and deliberately done.

When we exited the North Tower on 9-11, we were sent through the adjoining mall to avoid the jumpers. The lobby and the mall were barely recognizable. There was obviously a tremendous explosion that would have rocked the tower. The aircraft that hit the North Tower would have rocked the building. Too many inconsistencies for the NIST explanation to be fully accurate for why the buildings collapsed.

I am a student, and believe there is sufficient evidence that contradicts the official 9/11 story.
There is much evidence that suggests the Governments theory doesn't add up. The buildings fell at near free fall speed, straight down. The temperature was not high enough to make the buildings fall. One building falling was a near impossible probability. Three buildings falling is almost impossible.

From information and pictures on the internet it was clear that the planes would not demolish the buildings. I later read David Ray Griffin's book that explained things very well. if the planes would have been the cause and the floors had pancaked down the massive steel supports would have remained. as any thinking fool cam plainly see they were demolished. I here bits of thermite were recovered. Of course bldg 7 wasn't even hit and other reasons go on and on and on------

The official story is preposterous. It fails basic logic tests on so many different levels as to nearly cause one to burst out laughing if the whole ordeal wasn't so utterly tragic. I should know about logic, I manufacture it. I believe the how is known thanks to the hard work of this present organization here and others. I wanna know the why questions and I have thoughts and ideas on the subject but I will withhold them for now...

The evidence now emerging as the result of independent investigations clearly shows that the government conspiracy theory is beyond far-fetched. It is just not credible. There are not just a large collection of factual irregularities in the officially approved thesis of how the buildings collapsed, but the mere fact, alone, that the crime scene was not treated in the correct procedural way in respect to protecting forensic evidence, before the clean up was commenced, points to high level complicity in the entire disaster, from the planning to the execution of the event. This irregular conduct on the part of the police and Federal law enforcement authorities involved, alone tends to destroy their credibility regarding anything they have officially concluded and/or otherwise had reported.

Obvious demolition job. The rate of speed at which the buildings fell and how they fell into their footprint should set off some alarms. Not to mention building seven. The building wasn't even hit by a plane yet fell as the other two trade centers had. The whole original or conventional 9/11 story has to many holes in it. Why was NORAD told to stand down on 9/11? To much evidence points to fowl play to be ignored.
