On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I attended Texas Tech Univ. from 1988 to 1997 and graduated with an MS in Electrical Engineering. My first engineering job was for Agri-Tech, Inc. in Woodstock, VA from 1997 to 2000. I designed the computer controlled hardware and software for industrial fruit sorting machines used by packing houses. I believe the 3 WTC buildings that fell were demolished with explosives. We have many things working against us trying to get the word out about 9/11: 1. The public education system has moved away from teaching technical skills and is deliberately dumbing us down. 2. There is less respect for human life today than there was at mid-century, though respect for human life now is better than it was in ancient times. In order for people to want an investigation into 9/11, they have to care about the people that died. Many people I've met simply don't care about the deaths on 9/11. 3. These is less social capital today than there was at mid-century. Read the book 'Bowling Alone.' When people become aware of 9/11, their network of acquaintances are so limited that the word can't spread. People rely on the media for information and opinions rather than each other. 4. The lemming effect gives people the instinct to appeal to authority and follow others. Almost the entire argument against the 9/11 Conspiracy is the appeal to authority and the reluctance to look at the information and form an independent opinion. If most of the 80,000 architects in AIA don't agree with Richard Gage, then he must be wrong.

J'rg Schneider was appointed Professor of Structural Engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ) in 1967. He retired in October 1999. Born in Cologne in 1934, he graduated as a civil engineer from the ETHZ in 1958 and worked as a research assistant until 1962. For another four years he worked in industry, where he mainly dealt with the problems of precast and prestressed concrete. As a professor at ETHZ, his research was in the field of safety and reliability in building construction. For many years he was active in various Swiss standardization committees. He was Chairman of the Safety Expert Group of AlpTransit (EGSi) which supported the project management of these two new transalpine railway tunnels in matters of operational safety. He was a member of the Joint Committee on Structural Safety (JCSS) and its President for five years. For many years he was one of the Vice Presidents of the International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering (IABSE). In 1991 he was elected as an individual member of the Swiss Academy of Technical Sciences (SATW). The University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences (Boku) in Vienna awarded him an honorary doctorate degree in 1998 and, finally, he was elected honorary member of IABSE in 2002. In 2000, together with former employees and friends, he founded the engineering office Risk&Safety AG.
Clearly, I cannot believe that the George W. Bush administration willingly sacrificed 3000 lives. I'm not a conspiracy theorist. But I am convinced that the group around Bush gratefully used this terrible event to start the long-planned war on terror. However, there are so many inconsistencies in the official reports on the tragic event and so many gaps, especially in the collapse of WTC7, that only a new independent investigation can confirm or delete suspicions and remove existing ambiguities. I therefore fully agree with the request to have the events re-examined independently. Of course, even a new investigation will not bring people back to life.

I am not a professional, but from the evidence I have seen, such as live footage of the buildings falling... it appeared that they were falling as if from detonation, like the ones you see which are being taken down on purpose. I would like to know how this is possible, given the science of the matter: highest temp of jet fuel, temperature it takes to melt steel, etc. I would like to know why there was no real wreckage at the sight of the Pentagon incident and what truly brought down Building 7.

I have no particular technical training in engineering, but I do consider myself a critical thinker. I am retired and have had a varied career which has included being an air traffic controller in the USAF (Vietnam service), real estate broker, bartender, restaurant manager and owner and golf course operator. I have been active in the peace/ anti war movement and in 2006 was named the Citizen of the Year in Northwest Indiana by the National Association of Social Workers for such activity.
I accept the logic of the arguments made by professional engineers that the evidence points to controlled demolition and that fires caused by airplanes hitting the building or falling debris, in the case of bldg 7 could not have caused the structural steel to collapse, let alone collapse at free fall speed. A completely independent investigation is needed so that the American people can find out the truth about what happened on 9/11.

I can only hope that when the truth does come out, and it WILL, that people will remain as calm as possible and allow the people responsible to explain themselves, before we cart their asses off to jail!
The buildings came down with the help of a highly trained demolition team and Nano Thermitic Compounds, end of issue....I just want to know who was really responsible, why they did it, and how they felt ok with ending the lives of 3,000 people in order to reinvest us into a war with both Afghanistan and Iraq. They will be dealt with and charged with the highest treason when identified....it's just a matter of time now.

I am from Minneapolis, MN. I was one of the patriots that came to the call of the nation after the 9/11 attacks. I joined the Army National Guard in 2003 due to the propaganda of the weapons of mass destruction campaign that was developed by our president at the time. After a year of being in the Guard I went to college. This is where I started research on the 9/11 attacks and the reason why we should liberate Iraq. As my research continued, I saw incredible flaws in almost every official statement that was issued by our government. I was stunned, literally floored, by the astronomical amount of evidence that shows that all three Towers fell at the hands of professional demolition experts. That, and the fact that the Pentagon was clearly not hit by a Bowing 747. While I am not directly affected by the 9/11 (loss of family of friends), I am affected in a way that I was completely betrayed by my country. I was willing to lay my life for what I thought was the greatest nation on earth only to find that we, the citizens of the U.S., are disposable for economic gain of a few selected elite. If you look at history throughout the last century of the United States this not the first time We, The People, have been fooled. You have 100% of my support. My only regret is that I have not been more active in finding truth.

I sincerely doubt the official story that the Buildings collapsed due to jet fuel caused by the 747 crash. The thermite theory that AE911 truth is proposing seems the most likely reason the Towers fell. The fact that hundreds in the area saw and heard explosions cannot be dismissed by any court of law as being unreasonable due to stressful conditions. The historical evidence that other sky scrapers did not fall due to fire even though specifically the one in Philly blazed on for hours lends great doubt that the Towers came down from fire alone.

After deploying to Iraq for 3 times I was interested to learn more about 9/11. Everything I started finding broke my heart more than 9/11 itself. In 2009 is when I first learned about WTC #7. I became very angry because I could tell it was all based on lies and half-truths and many people have been killed and murdered because of these wicked acts and our Government knows exactly who, where, when, what and why. I have a four college degree in psychology with a minor in American history. I went back for two years to get a degree in education. I taught High School for seven years, was an insurance agent for 12 years and a General Contractor for 24 years.
As a General Contractor, I know something about construction and the Trade Center buildings are so clearly the result of controlled demolition that it is astonishing that NIST has gotten away with their sham of an investigation for so long. All construction is built with systems from simple footings, to framing, structure, some sort of siding and interior drywall etc. All of these systems work together to create a strong and sound structure; they all add to the totality of the structure. Steel framed buildings don't collapse into their own foot print at near free fall speed due to fire. The physics of all three collapses on 9/11 does not fit the government's official explanation. In short we've been 'gas lighted'; the Emperor is naked.

The WTC Towers are obvious controlled demolitions with Bldg 7 being a perfect example of how to pull a building into it's own footprint.

I several vocational degrees including electronics (industrial, as well as consumer electronics repair), telecommunications equipment installation and repair, computer networking, computer hardware technician. My concerns are as follows: the free-fall speed at which the towers collapsed into their own footprint. The black smoke fires in the towers indicating oxygen starved fires which by their very nature could not have reached temperatures which could have caused the claimed weakening of the support columns. Multiple reports of numerous explosions in the buildings, including sub basements. Squibs. The fact that the fires in the towers did not burn nearly long enough to cause the said heat damage to the intertwined steel network of the towers, considering the transfer of heat which would have occurred, given the steel frameworks interconnected nature. The recovery of the hijackers passports amidst an absolute ocean of paper debris in the amount of time officially indicated.

Like so many others now, I was too distracted and complacent with what was really going on in the world, and I never thought there really could have been a conspiracy like this one in our own government'not at this magnitude anyways. Unfortunately, after doing some very exhausting research, I have come to the conclusion there definitely was a conspiracy and deception at many levels. Our government certainly is/was not transparent about 9/11 and many other things in our history. I am sick and tired of the mainstream media for not doing their job correctly, and I am sickened by our outlandish politicians who sheepishly stand on the sidelines and demand no accountability! I once said an oath to defend my country from enemies, both foreign and domestic, and I still honor that today.
