PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I applied for citizenship upon turning eighteen in 1982. I attended Texas Tech for 3 years, interned at Morris Architects for two summers but returned to Houston, unable to afford the next semester. I managed to find employment in '86 worked as a surveyor, married and worked in interior architecture firm for high-rise corporate and law firms until returning to complete my B.Arch at University of Houston from 89-92, where I finished 2nd in my class. Immediately employed with a residential firm and then on High rise multifamily projects at Jackson and Ryan. In 2002 founded my own firm now consulting on multifamily and medical high rise projects.
It was my gut response on that morning that there was no way the towers could ever collapse, but they did. I was personally embarrassed but feel vindicated on seeing video for the first time some years ago and then again today. The chemical makeup of the dust, the horizontal explosions, explosive projectiles and pulverized bone fragments are all clear evidence of explosive charges. I hope the full story will be uncovered once and for all.

My concern with the explanation of the towers falling from plane impact, which caused the fires, acting as a catalyst for the collapse, is that they had built the towers to withstand a hit from a plane almost exactly like the ones which were used. The other thing that I had came to believe was falsified about that day was Tower 7, specifically, falling for no apparent reason.

There are at least six of the official 9/11 Commissioners who doubt the official story and tell us they were lied to. I could bring up quotes all day. Besides that, why did the government go straight to blaming Osama bin Laden when he was cared for in a US military hospital? Clinton didn't get him when Sudan offered him up, and why were key Blackwater personnel were called off when they had him in sights? Why did the Silverstein brothers buy an insurance policy especially for terrorist attacks up to six months before, and why did Dick Cheney put out a directive that planes couldn't be shot down? Also, what is this about Operation Northwoods? Why did Bush's attorney shoot down an investigation by the 9/11 families into Saudi Arabia? The government has lied about it and pushed it on their own creation.

I don't really have a bio other than the fact that I do not allow myself to believe the first thing that is spoon fed to me. I was eleven years old the day of 9/11, but even at that age I remember being perplexed at how what they say happened, happened. I remember a family member saying there's no way in hell this country would allow 4 hijacked planes to fly freely.
To the pancake theory, even IF that is true, it seems one would expect just the top part of the towers to collapse. It boggles my mind at how we are expected to believe that those towers could collapse at free-fall. It seems that we forget in order for them to fall at free-fall, there has to be no mass below them. I thought extreme heat melted the steal? Yet Black smoke is suggestive of an oxygen starved fire. What about eyewitness's who heard multiple explosions in the building? What about white smoke being seen coming from the ground of the towers? What about flashes in the building before it's collapse? What about molten metal pooling in the wreckage up to months after 9/11?

Because the fires were not evenly distributed nor hot enough to melt steel, it seems unlikely that the buildings would have pancaked down, not to mention multiple, eye-witness reports that explosions were heard at various times and the basement was blown well ahead of the collapse. Concerning building #7, as well as the other two, the facts are consistent with controlled demolition, not the official synopsis, not to mention that over 200 top government and military officials/experts have contradicted the official story. Concerning the Pentagon, it is obvious that a plane did not ram into it, revealed through common sense, not to mention that an intelligence professional, major General Albert Stubblebine, has stated that there's no way that a plane hit the Pentagon. The evidence appears to be overwhelming that the pentagon damage was done by a source other than a plane. If a plane hit the Pentagon, then why does the FBI refuse to release the photos/videos taken via security camera, which would clearly show what hit the Pentagon. Releasing ALL of those photos/videos would certainly cause no kind of a security breach whatsoever. And why did they confiscate similar films taken by cameras at a nearby gas station and hotel?

My big question is: for how long had the North Tower been supporting its top 30 floors before that block of building pulverized and crushed down through the rest of the structure beneath it? Answer: 28 years. And why did it suddenly fail? Because the added weight of an airliner and office fires were just too much for it to handle?? That doesn't make sense for a building that was built to withstand its own weight by a factor of five. Also, WTC7's symmetrical collapse is extremely troubling and casts a huge shadow of doubt on the official story.

After viewing several video segments of the collapses of WTC1, WTC2, & WTC7, these events do not fit with the official government reports of fire weakening the structures to the point of failure. Near-perfect symmetrical collapse could not be due to anything but some form of controlled demolition considering the internal framework present in these buildings.

Why would an enemy, after conducting such a successful attack that required great technical and organizational skills, not have followed up with similar attacks and revert to small scale explosive use such as I.E.D.s and car/truck/boat bombs. I am a prior US Army veteran and have worked with high explosive ammunition and had obtained the rank of E-5 Non-commissioned officer as an Ammunition Team Chief. After 13 years of service, I have gained extensive discipline in the field of working with high explosive ordnance. I also know of strategic operations, called false flag ops and the goal behind those types of missions which is to create a distraction to promote war or semi-conflicts.
There are numerous questionable variables in the official 9/11 Report that defy the principle laws of physics and science. One of which is that it is virtually impossible for jet fuel from the collision to reach temperatures hot enough to melt iron and steel beaming framework and that goes against the principle laws of science, being that some of the heavy duty metal framework debris was seen melted, like a candle. Another questionable part of the official report was WTC Building #7 falling symmetrically as the other Towers, when it wasn't hit by a plane, and collapsed in on its own foundational base in the same manner of which demolition experts would call a controlled detonation.

In my opinion, all doubt has been erased that the official story is not the truth. All the evidence adequately proves beyond a reasonable doubt, even to a non-professional that the collapses of WTC1, WTC2, and WTC7 were controlled demolitions.
