PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

My name is James Alexander Moore, I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and worked in construction for two years before going to Wittenberg University for Political Science. I have never felt contempt with the official 9/11 Commission and would like to see an independent investigation especially into the WTC7 collapse. I have always taken the events of September 11th very seriously, with flight 93 crashing only an hour drive from my home. I demand to see a proper investigation of all the events that took place that day for the families of the victims and for the people of the world that have dealt with the consequences of our reaction to that day.
The manner in which Tower seven collapsed was unlike Towers 1 and 2 in that it seemed to completely cave in on itself. I did not see one side fail before another. Therefore if the fires on the one side of the Tower were responsible for the collapse it would have fallen in that direction. Towers 1 and 2 both collapsed from the point of impact taking out the stories below it in a domino effect. I witnessed nothing like that with building 7, it was identical to a controlled demolition. From the evidence I have been presented I feel obligated to sign this petition to have a true legitimate investigation into the collapse of the World Trade Towers.

The background of Robert Sogge is unique in that they include training, teaching, research and practical consulting in the specific area of soil-structure interaction. Specifically he has made significant contributions in the areas of anchored sheet piles, laterally loaded piles, reinforced mat foundations systems, and buried arch culverts. His thin-arch designs have been verified by full-scale HITEC tests on a 28 ft span structure. With partners he founded a design-build company to construct such structures.
As to the 'conspiracy' theory, I don't get into it ' instead, I look at the failure of just Bldg #7 that came down at 5:23 pm after only being hit by a small 40 ft by 40 ft section of steel beam. The building constructed of steel came tumbling down. I, as a designing Civil Engineer, would not want to design with such a material if that were the case. So it is said to have failed by 'progressive failure'. Where is the research, conferences and study on this topic. Where is AISC in defending their product as they always used to do in comparisons to concrete structures? Where are our professional groups like ASCE on this topic? I notice that ASCE sponsored a 'paper' on the Pentagon Bldg failure ' but the study was a joke in that concrete walls were replaced by columns in the analysis. When the Teton Dam failed in the late 70's, the cause of the failure was investigated. The failure generated much research and subsequent conferences on Hydraulic Fracturing ' the culprit. Thank you for finally creating a voice for those of us who would like to correct the facts for the public and preserve the profession we work in and love.

If the towers had fallen due to anything but a controlled demolition, they would have taken out several city blocks and most adjacent buildings would have also been taken down by the towers. Engineers and architects know this, which is why explosives are used to bring down large structures in densely populated areas.

I am retired and now have the time to review the data presented in support of an alternate conclusion. It is without a doubt that the data presented in support of a controlled demolition warrants a complete and transparent hearing. WTC 7 lacks any reasonable explanation or evidence to support a collapse at the rate of a free falling object. It is essential that the scientific community be allowed to analyze the data from the three buildings and prove conclusively that explosives were used.

I started in the landscape industry when I was just 15. My neighbor at the time owned a well respected landscape construction company. My main duties with this company were assisting the lead foreman in any and all duties pertaining to new landscape installs primarily on new commercial construction properties. As well as working as part of the clean up crews after a building was demoed. I also worked with a demolition company for several years as a foreman in charge of over seeing small demolition work prior to remods. I had taken secondary work doing fireproofing on high-rise condos on the Jersy side of the Hudson. I have spent the majority of my teen and adult years working in the construction field (23+yrs) as well as considerable time working in demo. I have seen first hand controlled demolition as well as structural collapse due to structural failure from a variety of reasons ranging from fire, ageing, weather related , etc., etc...

Even by watching one on TV one would have come to the same conclusion... quickly and without any other consideration. It is obvious in what category that I would put the collapse of the 3 buildings of WTC on that day. It was not even a question in my mind the moment I witnessed it on television while at work in CT. I think ANYONE who ever even saw a controlled demolition, whether by watching on TV or first hand, would have come to the same conclusion... quickly and without any other consideration. To be frank and honest I felt my intelligence was quite insulted by the 'official explanation' pertaining to the collapse of all 3 WTC buildings.(especially building 7. That was just blatant.) I think that the public in general accepted the 'official explanation' not due to lack of intelligence or naivet' but more so due to denial and not wanting to believe that our own government could be capable of such an atrocity to any human being, never the less fellow Americans ON American soil. After all, our government is meant to be a collective representation of all of us citizens as a whole. Unfortunately it is time the American public needs to wake up to the FACT that this is not a new tactic of our government when it comes to swaying public opinion to pursue their agenda, not always in our best interest. After all there is a reason the term 'Black Flag Operation' even exists in government and military terminology.

Common sense clearly shows that demolition explosive devices were used. Witnesses also have testified of hearing such explosions from the ground subfloors up. How is this possible unless demolition had been installed prior to one little airplane heading the upper 80th floors? It's so obvious that implosions were used, thermite for sure.

A basic analysis of the physics of the collapse - the startling symmetry and the nearly free-fall acceleration of the falling structure - proves that the plane crash alone could not have caused the buildings to fall the way they did. The physics study alone provides evidence of explosives. Add the high-speed lateral projectiles, the overwhelming witness accounts of flashes and bangs, and the traces of thermite found, and the evidence becomes absolutely indisputable.

It does not require a scientific study to see that the buildings at WTC were blown up. It does not require a genius to see that the hole in the Pentagon would not accomodate a Boeing 757. I buy the demolition theory absolutely. I buy the implication that grimly suicidal Muslim playboys with box cutters did not spend weeks packing 3 buildings with thermite they picked up at Home Depot. Neither did they conspire to leave DC undefended by aircraft (or brains), fill the radars of the nation with spurious bogeys, and paralyze NORAD. And I buy 20 or 30 more tangible pieces of evidence and their implications, such as that instantaneous horizontal discharge of multi-ton steel elements for 600 feet at 60 miles per hour is not definable as ''falling,'' ''collapsing,'' or ''pancaking.''

Too many experts have brought questionable doubt which should be sufficient to get an answer on what really happened. As a veteran and an American, I think enough has been said and thought out about the Towers that an investigation should be opened to determine how the planes got stolen but by far, how these buildings collapsed with such synchrony to come straight down. Many buildings are demolished the same way in cities when a planned demolition is organized for construction purposes.

I was a captain on the B737, and have flown as First Officer on the B757, flight engineer and First Officer on the B747, and First Officer on the DC-10. I am presently retired.
I have spent hundreds of hours studying articles and viewing the many documentaries, both on Netflix and on the internet, concerning the events surrounding 911. As a science major in college and combined with my aviation experience, I quickly became aware of the fact that our government, and specifically the Bush administration, had to have been intimately involved in the entire operation. The evidence is absolutely overwhelming. Something has to be done to bring these criminals to justice

It is enough to see and know what I am seeing to realize the Government is not telling the truth. I have spoken with most of the primary scholars. We need a real commission to investigate what actually happened verifying the real truth.
The only method of the Destruction is by explosives as seen in Sulfinated Nanothermite as found by Steven Jones. Look at the towers 'explode' out and fall at the rate of gravity for a time.

When I was in the military, we were trained to give a SALUTE report on enemy activity, etc. If I were a soldier in the field and observed steel frame towers coming down in the manner in which the Twin Towers came down...I would have reported that the buildings had been brought down by explosives, based on my observations.

I am from the state of Wyoming and a Veteran of the USAF (95-99), 27th Fighter Squadron @ Langley AFB, VA and was an Electrical and Environmental System Specialist (Journeyman) working primarily on the F-15 C and D model aircraft. Our Squadron had to deal with the Khobar Tower attack in Saudi Arabia as we were to rotate in for the 58th Fighter Squadron, but due to mechanical issues with our 'rotator' we didn't arrive until the day after the attack. We by all rights should have been in the tower during the attack, but since we were delayed our lives were spared. Currently, I am a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer specializing in Data Protection for LVSI in Las Vegas, NV. I was front and center in restoring servers for LVSI, directly following the 'hack attack' in February 2014 - the largest cyber attack in Las Vegas history. Prior to my work in Vegas I was a Product Evaluation Lab Technician in Copeland Corp.'s Scroll Compressor division performing product testing and evaluation, specialized builds and performed geometric dimensioning and tolerance analysis while working directly with Copeland's various Engineers to carry out the Lab work. I moved with my family to Las Vegas, NV in Oct. 2001 where I started working as Computer Engineer for MGM Mirage. I moved up the chain as a Configuration Management Analyst (Hardware and Software) then moved into the position of Infrastructure Analyst managing 14 Las Vegas property Data Centers. Was part of the Data Center build-out of the 'City Center' complex and was the only IT Staff member sent to Biloxi Mississippi with the MGM Mirage Senior Management Team, 5 days after Katrina to retrieve servers from their destroyed hotel, The Beau Rivage to name a few bullet items.
This in my opinion is the prime example of 'Hegelian Dialectic' and mass hypnosis!

Twenty-six, or so, companies in both Towers were my accounts, as well as one in WTC7. As I visited these accounts, and prospective accounts, I saw parts of the buildings that the general public never have, including entire floors that were completely bare of walls or partitions. I'm an expert researcher, and always look at issues from all sides and perspectives in reaching a dispassionate conclusion based on the available information.
As I watched the Towers fall, I knew that this was no natural event. The fall was too precise, and looked a lot like all of the controlled demolitions I have seen on the many documentaries and a TV series on the subject. Moreover, as I bounced around the NY TV stations, I watched all of the talking heads eschewing the same information almost verbatim, in what could only be scripted performances carefully designed to distribute the official 'story.' One word kept repeating in my mind. Baloney! Then, they started talking about how the Towers were designed to 'pancake' straight down in the event of catastrophic structural failure, and while I'm no engineer, or architect, I do know that jet fuel, paper and office furniture cannot possibly generate enough heat to warp, much less melt, the structural steel in the way the official bullshit story is depicted. And when they claimed to have found the passport said to belong to Atta, in pristine condition, I again, said 'baloney'! And when it came out that the passport actually belonged to hijacker Satam Al Suqami, and not a single main-stream media outlet corrected that little detail, it was abundantly clear that they all wanted the story to stick, according to the script. I had pages of research notes, now lost, that led me to conclude that 9/11 was a false-flag attack perpetrated by our own leadership.

I have a high school diploma and some college experience. Most of my training came from the United States Coast Guard. I flew as a radio operator on C-130 aircraft for three years in the USCG. I am familiar with plane crash videos used in training and have seen footage of airplanes flying into buildings and other objects during my training. I am familiar with jet fuel and its properties.
I am not an architect or engineer nor do I need to be in order to understand what I saw on 9/11. I personally have watched several building demolitions in my lifetime and these buildings fell in the exact same manner. Once the shock of what happened was over it was obvious the government owned media was falsifying events. I want the government to admit the truth!

It appeared to me from the original TV coverage that a controlled demolition had occurred to the first two buildings. Then, with the collapse, for no reason, of the third building I could see - The Maine, The Lusitania, Pearl Harbor, John Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Tonkin Gulf, and probably more, I don't remember. People must begin to surmount their fear and take the time to open their eyes.
