PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I am a union construction electrician in New York City with Local #3 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. I have worked in several high-rise projects in the New York City area and am familiar with many aspects of construction and fireproofing but I specialize in electrical installations. I belong to a community of workers that has over 50 years of experience building nearly all of New York City's high rise buildings, including the World Trade Center.
I have found that any person with experience in construction, when presented with the facts, is led inexorably to conclude that the official story given on 9/11 is a patchwork collection of reverse scientific method pseudoscience. Architects and Engineers for 9/11 truth promotes a much more rigorous scientific account of the events on that tragic day than our government has offered us, apparently relying on the American people's ignorance of structural engineering and promoting a consensus in the engineering community that doubting the official story will compromise their career.

On observation, it is obvious that all of the columns of Building 7 failed symmetrically, starting with the core of the structure under the penthouse, with the perimeter columns failing a second later. In my opinion this is the work of a controlled demolition that would take months to plan and prepare. If it were possible for some minor furnishings to ignite, they would not reach the necessary temperatures for a sufficiently prolonged period of time to weaken even one fire-protected column. It is unfathomable that ALL of the columns would reach the same point of failure at exactly the same time.

From the moment they fell, I never believed the instantly-formulated official account and immediately realized the attacks were going to be used as pretexts to fight endless wars, just as in the Cold War, against imaginary enemies in occupations whose purpose is to create real ones. One detail unrelated to the physics of collapse: the 700 pages of Patriot Act in thousands of copies were printed before the attacks occurred, meaning that as with the five+ years involved in coordinating the events of September 11, the coordinated dismantling of what remains of our constitutional rights was carefully envisioned way in advance. As soon as I saw Building 7 fall I knew it was a controlled demolition. I watched enough Vegas hotels be demolished to know what it looks like.
