PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have a very good understanding of how buildings are constructed and how they behave under the influence of outside forces. Most buildings are constructed with redundancies so that they don't collapse catastrophically.
It is virtually impossible for WTC building 7 to collapse as it did with the influence of sporadic fires. This collapse HAD to be planned. For the twin towers, it seems odd that both buildings came down the exact same way. Also, someone made a comment the buildings were designed to implode downward. For me more information is needed here because I don't design high rise structures but it would seem odd that engineers would design in a buildings destruction. That's why explosives are used.

I have to question how building 7 (and even tower 1 and 2) fell without any resistance. Building 7 was not hit at all. I question too the fact that there was not a residue of the airplanes. It is impossible; something has to be found. I feel Americans need a complete investigation of what really happened. I cried for days during 9/11. I held my children so tight and was afraid to let them go.I was in NYC during 9/11 and I smelled the dead bodies; it was a smell that I still smell when I think about that day.

All alloy metal have a very specific malleability when exposed to given time and temperature. The girthers ( frame ) used in construction of WTC 1, 2 and 7 are designed to withstand a passenger plane impact. It is scientifically impossible that a metal structure building (wtc 1, 2, and 7) given the time and temperature (911 Commission Report ) to collapse.

My name is James Alexander Moore, I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and worked in construction for two years before going to Wittenberg University for Political Science. I have never felt contempt with the official 9/11 Commission and would like to see an independent investigation especially into the WTC7 collapse. I have always taken the events of September 11th very seriously, with flight 93 crashing only an hour drive from my home. I demand to see a proper investigation of all the events that took place that day for the families of the victims and for the people of the world that have dealt with the consequences of our reaction to that day.
The manner in which Tower seven collapsed was unlike Towers 1 and 2 in that it seemed to completely cave in on itself. I did not see one side fail before another. Therefore if the fires on the one side of the Tower were responsible for the collapse it would have fallen in that direction. Towers 1 and 2 both collapsed from the point of impact taking out the stories below it in a domino effect. I witnessed nothing like that with building 7, it was identical to a controlled demolition. From the evidence I have been presented I feel obligated to sign this petition to have a true legitimate investigation into the collapse of the World Trade Towers.

While I do not posses a degree, I do have the equivalence of a BSEE degree specializing in RF (Radio Frequency) with satellite communications. My current title is Engineer II. I have worked at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory from 2002 to 2009 and have a 27 year career in RF propagation. After receiving my degree I started working as a private consultant in environmental industry. My task consisted of assessing hazardous waste sites and determining how best to clean them up. After doing that for 13 years I transitioned into state service where I was responsible for reviewing environmental reports for technical adequacy and compliance with state and federal regulation. There were too many unanswered questions and/or poorly answered ones about how the trade towers and Bld 7 collapsed that forced me to reevaluate the official explanation. I've begun to understand that the reason people view people like me as conspiracy 'nuts' has nothing to do with impossibility of a multistory building, let alone three of them, collapsing into their own footprints unless it's by planned demolition. I am a union construction electrician in New York City with Local #3 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. I have worked in several high-rise projects in the New York City area and am familiar with many aspects of construction and fireproofing but I specialize in electrical installations. I belong to a community of workers that has over 50 years of experience building nearly all of New York City's high rise buildings, including the World Trade Center.
I have found that any person with experience in construction, when presented with the facts, is led inexorably to conclude that the official story given on 9/11 is a patchwork collection of reverse scientific method pseudoscience. Architects and Engineers for 9/11 truth promotes a much more rigorous scientific account of the events on that tragic day than our government has offered us, apparently relying on the American people's ignorance of structural engineering and promoting a consensus in the engineering community that doubting the official story will compromise their career.

I actually worked at the World Trade Center Tower 2 back in the '80's and when I turned on the TV that dreadful morning of Sept. 11th the first thing I thought of were all of the workers in the basement and sub-basement levels. I was an Executive Chef working for Inhilco back in the '80's and spent many hours below the street levels ordering foods and designing my menus based on what was in season. To date, I have heard nothing of the potentially 100's of people working there who were incinerated in these rarely spoken about Explosions in the sub-basement levels. After trying to avoid looking at the horrible truth, I now have to admit that I am NO LONGER asleep. Of course these buildings were BROUGHT DOWN by controlled demolitions. And the amount of sophistication to pull it off had to have taken A MINIMUM of 9 months to a year to put into place. Elevator upgrades?? I think not!! That (The elevator renovation) cover supplied the context for which the Super Nano Thermite Gels and dry explosives were slowly put in to place over the period of...many...we will never know for sure...months...so that once placed this False Flag Terriorist operation could just play out, giving the Bush dynasty it's Gulf of Tonkin to proceed into WAR.

I have been project designer for the San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge (Skyway, East Tie In, and Oakland Touch Down Detour) and the Benicia Martinez Bridge (CA) as well as numerous other bridges valued at over $200M. I am currently working on the planned demolition of the old San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge (east cantilever truss) and the new Gerald Desmond Bridge at Long Beach Harbor in California. - - - - I have provided construction engineering services for several major bridges including precast and cast-in-place, prestressed concrete box girder bridges constructed by segmental methods, a major concrete arch structure. a cable suspension bridge, and steel truss bridges. - - - - I was Principal Investigator for the Applied Technology Council project ATC-32 for the development of seismic design recommendations for California bridges as well as serving on several other ATC projects. I have taught several courses on the seismic design and retrofitting of bridges for FHWA, Caltrans, UC Berkeley, etc., and was recipient of the ATC Award of Excellence for Extraordinary Achievement in Seismic Design and Retrofitting of Bridges. - - - - I have conducted forensic engineering studies and served as expert witness for the premature collapse during demolition of the Chile Bar Bridge in California, and participated in the forensic investigation of a steel eye-bar failure on the existing San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge.
It is clear from the additional evidence uncovered by A&E for 911truth that the people have not been told the whole truth about the building collapses during the events of 9/11/01. New evidence may point to sinister participation by elements within our own government. Because of the impact of these events on our current political and financial situation and on the future of our republic, it is imperative that the investigation be reopened to either lay these suspicions to rest or to expose any wrong doing. This will be necessary before we can heal as a nation.

I was working at the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport when the 9/11 incident happened. That is where Bush was. It really didn't seem like a plane did all that destruction, more like the razing of a building. It looked like it fell upon itself, not like a plane hitting something. Just not right. Then, the Pentagon, I don't think it really got hit at all. The plane going down may have been the only thing that was believable.

I have read the NIST and 9/11 Commission Reports and found them to be highly implausible on their face. David Ray Griffin's Debunking 9/11 Debunking is a comprehensive look at the events that day that raises serious questions. What AE911Truth asks is that only a sliver of the truth be discovered, a logical explanation for the destruction of the 3 World Trade Center buildings, without speculation, political bias, or secret agendas included. I support that effort because it is not only a reasonable demand that citizens of this country place upon its agent, the U.S. government, but one which is wholly fundamental to a continued free society. Evidence of thermite, free fall collapse in a demolition manner, and eye witness accounts which were excluded from evidence, must be reexamined publicly. My inquiry into this matter came as a result of being a photographer at the Pentagon that day, went inside the building and surrounding areas, and personally saw no reasonable evidence of a Boeing 757-223 having hit the Pentagon, although there was related debris. In light of the USG's historical false flag activity i.e. Gulf of Tonkin, it was reasonable to look into the possibility that Pentagon and NYC may be similarly staged events. The continued shroud of secrecy surrounding the events of 9/11, to include the non-release of dozens of surveillance videos that supposedly captured the plane hitting the Pentagon, only strengthen my position and resolve. I recommend that the official story be corrected to conform to the legally required guidelines of the Information Quality (Data) Act. I am a small business owner; I have been in business in New York since 1976. Until 2004 I maintained offices in the garment center and in 2005 I moved to the North Fork of Long Island where I own a small Inn.
I was working in New York on 9/11/2001 and spent the night there with my son who was working with me that day, at a hotel near Times Square. We walked East to the Hudson river and West Side Highway at around 8pm that evening. We were amazed to see, already assembled when we arrived, countless numbers of garbage trucks lined up as far as the eye could see along the length of highway in both north and south directions. We walked towards the George Washington bridge for a while and the line of trucks continued north. It appeared to stretch as far as the bridge. We were struck by how bright new and shiny they looked and were amazed that they could all have been assembled in such a short period of time, less than 12 hours after the first tower fell. I'd like to know where these trucks came from, who ordered these trucks, why it was possible that so many could be assembled in so short a time and when these arrangements were made.

I am not an engineer by training, but studied mathematics and physics. I am not a structural engineer, but I do have a good feeling for simple probability. The explanation that the intense heat of the fires caused the buildings to fall simply does not hold water. I would agree that the heat could weaken the structural steel, but the probability that the members would collapse in perfect unison so that not one but two buildings would collapse straight down is simply infinitesimal! The probability that Building 7 would fall many hours later from no evident cause is idiotic. As I say, I am not an engineer, but I know that demolition teams take weeks and weeks of planning and precisely timed charges to bring a down in the proper direction.

I am British. My Bachelors degree is a 2.1 honours in biomedical science, my Masters degee is in Biosensors with a combined award in instrumentation and Analysis from UMIST in Manchester. However, I dont think that you need a doctorate to see that WTC7 is a controlled demolition, its plainly obvious.
How is it possible that the official NIST examination of this phenomenon failed to look for the presence of any explosives. To the trained eye and to the untrained eye, WTC7 is obviously a controlled demolition. The WHOLE world knows this, and is laughing at you for continuing the charade.

I have deduced that the Twin Towers were brought down by Shock Waves which pulverized the interior steel columns - converting them into the 'black smoke' seen by everyone. I was able to determine these things because I'm one of very few physicists who have studied shock waves and how they work. Initially, I thought that the WTC Shock Waves were initiated by common explosives such as TNT. However, recently a fellow 9/11-truth-searcher told me that the perps detonated the steel with mini nukes developed at one of the large government laboratories (not NRL).

' As a former fighter pilot, I regard the failure to intercept the first airliner on 9/11 prior to impact, as one of the worst derelictions of duty in the history of this nation. We routinely scramble fighters 80 to 100 times every year to intercept 'unknowns,' some even turning out to be flocks of birds or radar ghosts. An alert interceptor from FLORIDA could possibly have arrived in time to intercept the first airliner. I'm sure it would have broken the pilot's heart to shoot down an airplane full of people: the inevitability of its flightpath makes the math simple: they were going to die, drop them somewhere that minimizes additional deaths on the ground. An airliner switching off its transponder squawk, turning 180 degrees off course and failing to respond to radio calls, sets off alarms across the entire Eastern seaboard. Don't try to feed me the crap the media was spooning out, that Boeing 767's 'disappeared' from radar. Civil air traffic control routinely informs pilots of flocks of birds, which show up well on low-tech air traffic control radar even though their squawks lack airspeed and altitude telemetry, and NORAD TRACKS SCREWS DROPPED BY ASTRONAUTS IN SPACE. Failing to intercept an aircraft in these circumstances is equivalent to gunners smoking and joking on the deck of your ship watching kamikazes crash into it. That's just the first impact. Recall that at that moment, there were two or three other aircraft 180 degrees off course with transponders and radios off: CONFIRMED HOSTILES FLYING TOWARDS OUR NATION'S CAPITAL. National defense policies adhered to for decades require enough interceptors sitting strip alert 24 / 7 / 365, within striking distance of the world's most heavily defended target in the most powerful nation on earth, to get most of a *squadron* on station in the time available. And instead, several news crews perform the intercept successfully WITH HELICOPTERS; so we can watch on TV while it happens TWO MORE TIMES. Next you have two buildings collapsing symmetrically into their own footprints, in defiance of the laws of physics, after taking hits they were specifically designed to withstand. And then a third, that wasn't hit by anything. After that, we watch while for some 200 days firefighters pump water into the steaming wreckage, to cool down exactly what? YOU CAN'T MELT STEEL WITH KEROSENE, right? Black smoke means low-temperature, oxygen-starved combustion, right? Water from fire sprinklers will not extinguish a petroleum fire, fuel spills absent retardant generally burn until all the fuel is gone, right? Why do you suppose the steel scrap recovered from the debris was shipped off to CHINA as quickly as it could be loaded onto trucks and ships, while even routine analyses was FORBIDDEN, if only in the interest of discovering why this steel failed so remarkably--a failure unprecedented in the history of engineering? As a military man you could not look me in the eye and try to tell me that an operation the size of our invasion of Iraq was possible without planning begun more than a YEAR prior to 9/11. I don't give a damn about any 'conspiracy theories,' theories are not relevant to the dereliction, omissions and obviously preplanned fabrications associated with 9/11.

I worked building multi-story, high rise buildings for about 20 years. I was a construction supervisor on Plant Vogtle Nuclear Plant near Waynesboro, GA. for 11 years and I was employed by Chicago Bridge and Iron and Walsh Construction Company. I was a member of the Carpenters Local Union #283 for over 15 years during which time I worked on numerous commercial projects.
In my opinion 9-11 was a false flag attack. The buildings were obviously imploded. Pictures after the building fell show steel beams that look like they were cut.

I am familiar with explosions and their debris fields, being involved with 2 Titan Missile explosions. From the evidence available regarding the 9/11 twin towers, it is my expert opinion that a fully funded investigation of all the evidence should be opened. There was a total destruction of 3 buildings in an explosive manner, as seen in the videos. We need to determine possible causes other than just the impact of 2 aircraft flying into the buildings. I also believe that a chemical reaction was required to melt steel, and note that traces of explosive chemicals have been found in the debris field.
