PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

A practicing engineer for 3 decades and an avid student of engineering nearly my entire life, I have analyzed, designed and studied structures of all types, sizes and materials. I have not been directly involved with the design and construction of high rise steel frame, concrete core buildings. However, I have over the years designed steel framed facilities of every sort and have worked on a number of low rise steel and concrete office buildings. I have followed closely the official story of September 11, 2001 with a very keen interest as it pertains to my structural engineering profession.
Since shortly after 9/12/01, I have considered WTC 7 to be an intentional and very well executed controlled demolition. Every bit of evidence I have seen since that day has only solidified this belief. I withheld my opinion about the other WTC buildings until the 'official' building 7 story was released. I had decided that if the NIST report acknowledged the controlled demolition of WTC 7, I would grant latitude to the rest of the report. But it was all or nothing. That is the degree of my certainty about the fate of building 7. The official story of WTC 7 did not conclude it was a controlled demolition. Therefore, I find the entire 'official' NIST report subject to scrutiny. I assume that anything questionable in it is patently false until scientifically proven otherwise to my analytical satisfaction. This is the depth of distrust the building 7 story has created in me.

I am fully convinced that Al Qaeda could not have been fully responsible for what happened on 9/11. I have watched 911 Blueprint for Truth and feel it is the most honest, lucid, and probable explanation for how those buildings were destroyed. I do not have any expertise in demolitions, but I understand basic physics concepts such as conservation of energy, conservation of momentum/angular momentum. There must have been additional energy imparted to those structures other than airplane impacts, burning jet fuel, and release of gravitational potential energy in order to take them down in the spectacular shock-and-awe fashion in which they were destroyed.

Since graduating college in 1982, I have worked in the structural engineering field. In 2000, I started my own consulting business as a structural engineer. I have experience with wood, concrete, and steel design as well as some forensic experience investigating collapses of structures. I also have experience as a paid on call fire/rescue worker.
I've done extensive research online, and of videos, and have concluded that at the very least, building #7 was 100% a controlled demolition. Although there are literally hundreds of discrepancies, and unexplained things surrounding 9/11, I consider the collapse of building #7, and the fact that Controlled Demolition (the Company) was hired for site clean-up to be an unexplainable coincidence. The fact that we spent much less than the investigation of Flight 800 is also questionable. The destruction of the crime scene evidence is inexcusable. I did not witness any raging infernos that the media claims existed on 9/11.

I am now 70 years of age. My military time was with the Navy, as an enlisted man serving on submarine duty. Afterward, I gained my flying credentials and worked as a flight instructor for a year. I lived outside NYC and went on a bank route to all major banks in downtown including the WTC. This was in 1977. I remember going to building 7 many times and was amazed at the huge size of it. There is no way that building could have come down from a minor fire. I went to firefighting school in the US Navy and then went to Vietnam.
The symmetry of the collapses is disturbing. That was a controlled demolition. It was done to avoid any collateral damge to the adjoining structures. Look into how much the landlord of the WTC collected after the damage. Read Philip Marshall's book 'The Big Bamboozle'' as to his concept of state actors in the 9/11 conspiracy. BTW he and his 2 teenage children were killed at home one year after the publishing of the book.

I am 64 years old. I am disabled and almost ready to retire. I quit school at 16. Then I joined the US Army at 17 and volunteered to go to Vietnam, though they never sent me. I went back and studied and received my GED in 1982, I believe. I went to a trade school in Tulsa and studied electricity and theory. I was a construction electrician for 30+ years. In my time as an electrician I learned several other building trades. In 2009 I went to Platt College and went through a pharmacy technician course which I graduated with high honors, though my disability kept me from pursuing a job in that field.
I have no experience as an engineer or architect, but I have watched controlled demolitions and I have seen some (one in Tulsa when I lived there) that have gone bad. If no explosives were in the towers, from what I've seen, the towers would have toppled and killed many thousands more, which I believe is what the so called attackers would have done if the official narrative was true.

The evidence is overwhelming to support WTC 1, 2, and 7 were ultimately brought down by controlled demolition. This is obvious just watching the videos. A&E has done the homework that can prove the case. The questions we will likely never have answered is, who and why someone would do this.
