PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

This was before computers were used from 1987 to 1989. We all lost something that day. For me it was a piece of my childhood. For some they lost fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, and children. I was a GS-13 Acquisition Program Manager at Hanscom AFB in Bedford, MA. working for the U.S. Air Force and am now retired after a 30 year career, 5 years blue suit and 25 years Civil Service. I have extensive experience in acquiring weapons systems in the areas of Acquisition Logistics, Acquisition Program Management, and Quality Assurance. I was the Logistics Director for Cheyenne Mountain Upgrade to upgrade the NORAD Command Center equipment in Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado Springs, Colorado. As director I was responsible for the acquisition and sustainment of the upgraded NORAD equipment. This required a knowledge of the specifications and operational requirements and the testing to insure the equipment meets the required operational objectives. I worked many types of acquisition purchases and fielding of equipment. Minuteman III Reentry systems, Radar Systems, Intel Systems, and Nuclear Survivable Communications Systems. I also had TS clearances with many other intel, nuclear, and other clearances.

I have an understanding of the operations of the entire system as the Logistics Director. I know our equipment tracked exactly where the planes were after the aircraft transponders were turned off, I am aware of the response times the military must intercept potential dangerous aircraft. I am aware of our strategic and tactical operations for protecting our country. I am aware that a squadron of intercept aircraft would not be taken off alert unless another squadron was assigned to cover for the coverage area. I am aware that if a training operation takes our aircraft away from their assigned coverage areas, other backup aircraft would be assigned to provide coverage. Someone was ordering our intercept aircraft away from the towers and the Pentagon to allow the commercial aircraft to hit their targets. I've heard VP Cheney was giving the maintenance stand down orders to block operational coverage while other aircraft were sent out to sea on a training mission... It would have had to be someone very high in the chain of command to pull that off (like VP Cheney).

I was unaware of Bldg 7 for several years until my daughter told me about it. I had heard it was a controlled demolition due to the damage inside from fires started from the twin towers. However, I have grown increasingly skeptical about the planes causing the collapse of the twin towers because I could not see that damage causing the collapse of the floors below it. The outside materials peeling away from the structural steel were also unexplained. I would have thought the buildings would have collapsed more laterally in the direction of the impact points. I saved the Washington Journal interview with Mr. Gage to show my daughter and have decided to sign the petition.

It is obvious the airplane's fuel did not melt anything structural, not the steel. It was a controlled demolition in place a long time before the plane strikes. I strongly despised 9/11 conspiracists until I was challenged by someone who spoke in facts. I was then challenged to watch a factual video on 9/11, and most particularly, to pay attention to the footage of WTC7 falling to determine whether I believed it was felled by damage or by demolitions. Many months passed by before an opportunity occurred to watch a documentary video sometime in approximately 2015. Although I had seen the WTC-7 video footage before at least several times in the years since 9/11 in related news stories, watching the implosion was now emotionally disturbing. It was immediately clear that this was a classic example of a demolitioned building. It was another year before I had an opportunity to investigate further for various reasons related to employment. After reviewing the evidence again in several videos, a second factor which was most persuasive, was a woman psychologist speaking about our seemingly innate inability to accept facts that substantially contradict our fundamental views. In the end, we must choose between facts and emotion as the basis of our beliefs. The huge pool of evidence incriminating our government in the 9/11 attacks is so overwhelming that, once I overcame the emotionally powerful 'kick in the gut', it has seemed more impossible to believe otherwise.

Licensed General contractor for 30 years. In this position I had many occasions to discuss with engineers how a project should be built. Some times they agreed with the way I had built or designed a project that differed from their opinion. In one case the engineer, who was an instructor, told me it caused him to start looking outside of the box and he completely redesigned a earthquake retrofit, which saved the contractor substantial amounts of money.
The way the buildings were built in that time period, they could not have fallen the way they did from fire. Anyone who has looked at the Empire State Building from the perspective of what happened to it when the B-25 flew into it has to wonder what the difference was. Also if you look at the way the building falls it could only be accomplished by Shape Charges like a professional demolition expert would do.

There were many unusual aspects regarding the collapse of the WTC towers, and especially building 7, that I feel should be investigated further. The buildings fell as if there was no resistance from below. This is my biggest problem. Why not review all the data again? I'm a normal, thinking human being who has never seen or heard of a building turning into dust! Cars miles away burning but paper flying in the vicinity of a 'burning building.' A few random parts of aircraft scattered about as if placed there. Foreign passports 'found' by passersby at each of three sites, but nothing else from any of four aircraft. A huge military exercise scheduled for the exact day and time of the crashes which was to test this precise scenario. A commission short-funded by the government to 'prove' Arab terrorist did it. THREE buildings fall straight down with the precision of a highly controlled demolition. No other possibilities are offered. Reminds me of the Warren Commission. I believe the true causes of the collapse of these buildings have been hidden from the public. The FEMA and NIST reports are insufficient to explain away the evidence. The reports lack data and create more questions rather than provide reasonable answers. At best they are negligent and may even be fraudulent. Please open an independent investigation and let the facts and evidence lead to the truth.

I researched, read, and listened to everything I can get my hands on. It appears that the destruction of WTC 1, 2, and 7 was controlled demolition based on the facts and evidence. In my opinion, this was the scene of a mass murder and I would like to see those responsible for planning and executing it brought to justice.

I watched both World Trade Center towers fall as it happened on TV and exclaimed to my wife that it was controlled demolition. It was obvious. When Building 7 imploded it confirmed my suspicions. It is past time for the pipers to be paid. Due to my military experience - I've known about false flag operations since 1966. It is far past time for all involved in this treachery and deceit to 'STAND BEFORE THE MAST'.

I have a degree in Political Science, and taught public school for 32 years. What is salient for this biography, is that I was an attending member of L A 9-11 Truth, moderated by Chuck Noyes, now deceased. I attended the group, guess at 4 years. I also heard Richard Gage speak in the 'Valley'' (Northern) section of Los Angeles. I read the 55 page report attached to this screen, and I agree with it. The report repeated all the facts I had pieced together over the years. I was very pleased that my understanding of 9-11 intersected with the report. I have also attended 2 or 3 meetings of San Diegans for 9-11 Truth. The group has a few members who flew military and commercial planes. I believe one member was a military crash investigator.
Since Chuck Burlingame had studied planes running into buildings at the Pentagon, I find it hard to believe Condi Rice, that the planes hitting the North and South Towers were just something the U S government had not thought of. Chuck, as I recall, flew the F-4 Phantom in Vietnam. He was an excellent pilot. I would think he would have activated the 'hijack' button.
