To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have studied statics and dynamics, as well as Structural Theory. I am very familiar with the work of Dr. Fazlur Kahn. I am also very familiar with the work of Minoru Yamasaki, including his penchant for safety and over-design as well of his use of Vierendeel Truss technology. I have studied modern structural systems from the 1930's designs of NYC's Great Towers to the WTC, to the Hancock and Willis Towers, to modern Tube-In-Tube and Bundled Tube consruction systems, and all other major modern super-tall structures among which are the Petronas Towers, The Jin Mao Tower, Taipei 101 and of course the Burj Kalifa. I have studied the drawings of WTC ONE and WTC TWO. I have also studied the consruction technology of very large suspension bridges, the technology of Gravity and Arch Dams and much, much more. I have an intimate knowledge of highly advanced Mathematics. I also have a 99.994 percentile IQ.
From the very first time that I viewed the Video of the collapse of the South Tower I just knew that something was very, very wrong. I saw exploding dust in all directions, yet no images of the tower itself, nor it's floor by floor collapse. I immediately purchased the FEMA Building Performace Study, the 9/11 Commission Report and finally the NIST Study. My initial concerns were twofold, first there was not enough potential energy to collapse any more than 5 to ten stories due to gravity loading, and second the fires were not of any length of time nor hot enough to weaken the structural steel to a level of plasticity. I immediately started to research every document that I could find. And I learned more and more. In addition, the collapse of Tower 7 some seven hours later was indisputably due to controlled demolition. All of my research led me to the conclusion that the official explanation was totally incorrect.

I find it staggering that anybody believes the lies published by the official WTC collapse report. The official report throws all this common sense out of the window and asks that we believe a physically impossible option. You do not have to be university trained to understand that a huge amount of energy was required to destroy the undamaged elements of the WTC buildings. The only energy they claim was gravity + mass of the damaged building - no way. Lets not forget that the strongest part of the build was the base.

Then about 2 years ago I watched some videos and read more info about American history that I absorbed much better than the brainwashing I was taught in school. Not even realizing at the time the buildings fell at nearly free-fall speed. You don't have to be a physics wiz to understand that! I'm ashamed that our political leaders are not in total outrage over the Commission's final report! That in itself is more of an atrocity than the day of 9/11. Until this is resolved America will live in shame! The evidence appears to be overwhelming. The videos don't lie...what they show us is TRUTH! I like so many others didn't realize a 3rd building had even fallen. When you watch and read and the dots start to connect...you will realize what the true meaning of ignorance is bliss really means. Professional experience has been in the Manufacturing realm. Also in Quality Engineering. I have been studying the 9/11 attacks closely for the past year and a half after first hearing credible evidence that they were contradictory to the official report.
I do not believe the official explanation of the collapse of not only the towers, but especially the collapse of building 7. The recent NIST report claims that the building collapsed as a result of fire induced thermal expansion. The completely uniform failure of the building (causing it to drop straight down at freefall speed) is completely contradictory to the computer generated model they provided as evidence. The simulation showed one section of the building collapsing and then the remainder. Video evidence of building 7 proves this was not how it fell. Knowing a good bit about physics, I don't believe building 7 could have come down as the result of anything other than controlled demolition.

As I watched the news reports on 9/11, I listened as Dan Rather mentioned how he thought that the collapse of the Twin Towers looked like many of the buildings that had been brought down by explosives in controlled demolitions. I had the same thoughts and definite misgivings about what government officials were saying caused the towers to collapse. While searching for information on the Internet I found Richard Gage's A&E 9/11 website. I started reading what he and other Engineers, Scientists, and Educators were saying about the collapses. They were using facts and scientific methods to analyze what happened that day. This I compared to the government's denial of facts, cherry-picking of evidence, and omitting of testimonies that did not fit with their preconceived scenario of what happened on 9/11.

Most of the jobs for which I am qualified typically mandate completion of an electrical engineering degree, which I have yet to obtain. For most of my life I have worked in construction and heavy industry, with a background in Avionics from the U.S. Navy. For all intents and purposes, I am an engineer.
The folks that had prior knowledge of 9/11 events, plus the folks in positions of power to manipulate the cleanup, investigation, and subsequent findings of the events of 9/11 have done an amazing job of misdirecting the public toward a false narrative. The public, the world, and the families of 9/11 victims deserve an actual investigation of the events of 9/11.
