To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have experience in electrical, mechanical, topographical mapping, and architectural disciplines using Autocad, as well as an auto tech repairman, motorcycle tech repairman, welding, fabricating, and fixing about anything that breaks.
The explanations given regarding the tragic events on 9/11 do not match with the evidence shown. The melting process of steel is not instant allowing a building to free fall perfectly vertical, four times in a row especially. The fourth building wasn't even hit, had a small office fire, and the same thing happened to it as well. Witnesses to large explosions knew it was coming down before it did. Steel would warp, and twist since the fire was not perfectly distributed, and the fail points would give away at different times due to varying loads, and design variances before failing in an uneven, and much slower fashion.

I have dedicated my life to the structural separation and functional deconstruction of history and myth in Anthropology, History, and Law. I earned a B.A. (Magna cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) at Tulane in 1980. I then spent ten years at Harvard studying the Anthropology, Archaeology, and History of the Americas, Europe, and the Near East, earning an M.A. (1982) and Ph.D. (1990) focusing on the archaeology and ethnohistory of the Yucatec Maya. Although architecture is part of archaeological research, I never formally studied modern architecture or engineering. So I suppose it was mere intuition that I never believed the official story from the first day. No aeroplane crash could possibly knock down two, much less three skyscrapers 'like that'. And that was no aeroplane that crashed into the Pentagon. I used my own eyes and appreciation based on experience.

I believe that all three WTC structures were brought down by controlled demolition. All available evidence supports that conclusion. There should have been a forensic crime scene investigation from 9/11 until concluded, even if it took years to complete. Instead, in days, evidence was immediately destroyed and/or removed from the site(s) of the crime.

"I practiced family law near D.C. where I grew up in Oakton, VA. As a lifetime Republican, I studied the family history beginning with Prescott & his business of supplying guns to Hitler... the evil man who put 14 of my Polish relatives in Auschwitz. But my shock & disgust continued when President Reagan asked H.W. Bush to be the ""Drug Czar"" & he said he needed ""time to consider such an important position"". He took his time alright, time to get his cocaine cartel buddies to flood this country with their horrible, deadly addicting substance. So as I watched the towers come down I spent many months searching the internet for answers other than those coming from the White House. I soon discovered the ""Limewire"" video in early 2002 & watched the building being imploded with charges of some sort... and my heart literally skipped bests. My first job was in Dulles Airport. I worked in television as a teen in New York. I had close friends who worked in the Pentagon. I've never stopped searching for the truth & I am eternally grateful for AE911 & your tireless work. I do not believe that the pilots did not have the skill to direct hit the buildings and thus there was someone on the inside that set some sort of homing device to assist. The collapse happened so quickly that it could not have been caused by the impact alone. WTC 7's collapse is very troubling and makes no sense. Fire does not bring down a steel skyscraper. That is common sense. Plus, the commission did not touch the issue. Further, where are the black boxes? There is simply no way that the black boxes were not recovered. What do they show?

I have been investigating the events and it was certainly an inside job. I have read many books and seen many films. Black Ops all the way. I was at ground zero on that horrible day. It nags at me every day of my life. I even kept my asbestos covered blue poplin Brooks Brother suit to always remind me of my lost New York friends and family. I am presently disabled unrelated to 9/11. I still practice a little law in the NYC area.
When you look at the video, it looks like a controlled demolition to me. I just would like an independent commission comprised of engineers and scientists to take a hard look as to what really happened. I am not a truther. I just have problems with the official version. Very little of the 'official version' makes factual sense. The overall 'story' of that day is rapidly collapsing. We have an obligation to ensure that the truth about what occurred on 9-11 is uncovered and disclosed to the people of the world.

It is evident that the official explanation of the events of 9-11 is full of omissions, distortions and non-truths, and is scientifically not plausible. It is high time for a truly independent, criminal investigation with subpoena power, no matter where such an investigation may lead.
