PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

These investigations did not actually 'conclude' anything regarding the specific circumstances and causes of the collapses; the point of conducting the investigations in the first place. The investigations did not accomplish what they were designed to accomplish. As a professional investigator with three decades of experience, I immediately began to question why these investigations were so poorly executed. I am not an engineer or an architect, but I do know what constitutes a thorough, comprehensive, professionally conducted investigation. What the government refers to as its investigations do not meet that bar and I am compelled to ask why.

I am just finishing my last year of Graduate school at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Architecture. A couple years ago I came across videos of WTC 7 collapsing and immediately recognized it as a planned demolition. I have taken structure classes and construction classes enough to know how a building should fall down if it was damaged by debris hitting it or if it was demolished by explosives.
Everything makes more sense now that it has been explained in a logical manner. I had seen the squib explosions being pointed out on video before I saw this presentation. People said I was crazy and they couldn't believe that I would even think that our own government could be behind something like this. I tried to come up with some logical explanation on my own and the only thing I could think of was that the floors above caved in all at once and caused the debris to fly away from the building like that. But when the statistics for the velocity of that explosion were given it seems impossible for it to be anything other than an explosion.

The overwhelming weight of circumstantial evidence, as explained by competent architectural and engineering professional men and women, indicates that the twin towers were implanted with explosives before they collapsed. Building 7 - a very unusual building... it was not in the direct blast zone on 9/11. It was the first building to collapse due to moderate fires - and collapsed so beautifully - straight down. What a day to do that, co-incidence? Then UK's BBC reported its collapse 30 minutes before it actually happened. Then, amazingly for such a reputable organization - it lost all records of that day. Unbelievable? Yes. I think the prophecy of the BBC shows a well organized government media machine that messed up its timing. This is only one tiny aspect of what happened that day. Was it George Bush - I have no evidence to say that - only that there is a need to establish what actually happened not just what we are told.

As I was watching the Towers collapse on TV on September 11, I immediately thought that they were brought down by controlled demolition. Knowing the curtain wall construction of the towers, with the central core within, and witnessing the glancing blow that one of the aircraft gave one of the towers, it struck me that very few of the core columns would have been affected, certainly not sufficient to cause the building to collapse straight down.

I have a B.A. in Legal Studies from UC Berkeley. I have worked as a volunteer for Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth since January of 2008. I was the President of the 9/11 Truth Movement activist group at UC Berkeley and hosted an event with Richard Gage at Wheeler Hall on April 11, 2008. I also featured excerpts from Loose Change: Final Cut, a film directed by Dylan Avery and produced by Jason Bermas & Korey Rowe.
A main emphasis of mine is demonstrating the value of objectivity. I seek to distinguish an alleged fact with an objective fact using the scientific method. These three points must be specifically falsified in order to invalidate or reject the controlled demolition hypothesis. These points have never been falsified.1) WTC 1, WTC 2, and WTC 7 all collapsed at free-fall speed, indicative of controlled demolition.2) WTC 1, WTC 2, and WTC 7 all collapsed symmetrically, indicative of controlled demolition.3) The debris from WTC 1, WTC 2, and WTC 7 was sampled and observed to have had previously molten-metal as measured by FLIR radar and independent labs. The solidified metal requires temperature obtained through explosives or incendiaries. These temperatures cannot be generated by hydrocarbon fires or jet fuel from planes alone. Next, I use logical fallacies to understand how and why critics are using false logic to defy claims made about the 9/11 Truth Movement. The most frequent fallacies used against 9/11 Truth Movement tend to be:1) False Analogies (i.e. 9/11 truthers believe in false-flag operations are that the government has participated in false-flag events and thus are construed as unreliable in their objective views about the events of 9/11). 2) Straw-man Distortions (i.e. Most 9/11 Truthers believed that it was not Osama bin Laden that perpetrated the 9/11 attacks and thus are incorrect about their justifications about their perspective of physical events that occurred on 9/11.) 3) Ad Hominem (i.e. those 9/11 truthers are crazy). 4) Appeal to Logic (I.e. Assuming the quantity of literature is more significant than the quality of data. In the 9/11 Commission Report and NIST Report, for instance, Philip Zelikow and Larry Silverstein constantly claim that millions of pages of documents were utilized and thousands of hours of testimony were included in the 9/11 Commission Report; however, this information is meaningless. If I write a 20,000 page NIST report that does not necessarily mean that information is scientifically true or can be utilized for forensic purposes.) 5) Appeal to Authority (i.e. NIST and Popular Mechanics are legitimate because they are authorized or endorsed by the government or legitimate scientific institutions.)

I never believed that the Twin Towers or the Murrah Building were brought down by the stated villains, but have always been convinced that black bag operators were responsible. It is my opinion that the alleged perpetrators were real and fully expected to do the damage that they are accused of. However, I also believe that 1) the methodologies used by these perps were insufficient to cause the type and extent of damage that was caused in both cases, and 2) that black bag operators infiltrated and used the actions of these perpetrators as shields to hide their own very successful techniques.

There is persuasive, if not, indeed, overwhelming, evidence that the events now known as 9/11 were black op false flag staged events---perpetrated by elements of the U.S. federal government. See the works of Webster Tarpley, David Ray Griffin, James Fetzer, and, especially, Professor Steven Jones. Regarding the 9/11 events at both the Pentagon and the WTC, my own research persuades me that the events were staged. WTC 1 & 2 clearly were the result of demolition, not due to the planes (possibly drones); and WTC 7 was clearly a straightforward demolition as well. The mainstream story and the original 9/11 Commission Report are both whitewashes. It is time for a thorough and independent investigation of both 9/11 and Oklahoma.

I have been following the 9/11 investigation to some extent. I must say that the lack of investigation and follow-up by the government and the media is stifling. I believe the American People deserve the truth of what happen to the buildings on 9/11/01. It is readily apparent from all the evidence that this has yet to occur. I knew immediately when the third building was excluded from the Commission Report and was never identified in media accounts that there were obvious cover up issues involved.

I watched the collapse of the twin towers in real time on my computer. When I first saw them I thought these are controlled demolitions, just by the way the buildings came down. Now we have many engineers voicing their opinions about what could and could not have happened to bring down these buildings. There are individuals who are experienced military personnel who are voicing opinions that call into question the mainstream explanation about how these buildings fell. I am convinced these buildings were brought down by controlled demolition. I do not know who is behind these acts of murder. I can only guess, but I would rather not guess. I think it is irresponsible to avoid looking at the hard facts of these building collapses just because it will bring up questions about who was behind this that are scary to look at and answer.
