PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

In 1993, Brian Thompson joined the local combination volunteer fire department, working beside Seattle firefighters and trained at the Washington State Fire Academy. Seven years later, he earned his undergraduate degree in civil engineering from Marquette University, including a 12-month internship in fire protection engineering at a consultancy in downtown Chicago. For the next 2 years he continued to work as a volunteer firefighter. Thompson then attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) where he earned his Master's Degree in Fire Protection Engineering. While at WPI, he attended Professor Jonathan Barnett's building fire safety lecture on the first anniversary of 9-11, in which Barnett describing his involvement and experience as a FEMA investigator, and their findings. In an effort to answer these questions, I have researched various information and data compiled by others. My research has left these questions unresolved, and reinforced my doubt in the official story regarding the cause of collapse for both WTC towers and Building 7.

Investigator of the 1963 Cape Kennedy FL explosion of a Titan Missile and was the engineer responsible for redesign of the Launch Bolt Firing System. Responsible for the Manufacture of the OSO-2 Satellite. It was so reliable it functioned for 6 years past the 6 month specification. I am familiar with explosions and their debris fields, being involved with 2 Titan Missile explosions. From the evidence available regarding the 9/11 twin towers, it is my expert opinion that a fully funded investigation of all the evidence should be opened. There was a total destruction of 3 buildings in an explosive manner, as seen in the videos. We need to determine possible causes other than just the impact of 2 aircraft flying into the buildings. I also believe that a chemical reaction was required to melt steel, and note that traces of explosive chemicals have been found in the debris field.

What is declared by NIST as reasons for the building collapse does not make engineering sense, does not follow laws of mettalurgy, nor follows laws of physics for free fall. There is absolute truth that has been kept hidden from public knowledge by vested interests and this needs a thorough, full, objective and scientific investigation.

J'rg Schneider was appointed Professor of Structural Engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ) in 1967. He retired in October 1999. Born in Cologne in 1934, he graduated as a civil engineer from the ETHZ in 1958 and worked as a research assistant until 1962. For another four years he worked in industry, where he mainly dealt with the problems of precast and prestressed concrete. As a professor at ETHZ, his research was in the field of safety and reliability in building construction. For many years he was active in various Swiss standardization committees. He was Chairman of the Safety Expert Group of AlpTransit (EGSi) which supported the project management of these two new transalpine railway tunnels in matters of operational safety. He was a member of the Joint Committee on Structural Safety (JCSS) and its President for five years. For many years he was one of the Vice Presidents of the International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering (IABSE). In 1991 he was elected as an individual member of the Swiss Academy of Technical Sciences (SATW). The University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences (Boku) in Vienna awarded him an honorary doctorate degree in 1998 and, finally, he was elected honorary member of IABSE in 2002. In 2000, together with former employees and friends, he founded the engineering office Risk&Safety AG.
Clearly, I cannot believe that the George W. Bush administration willingly sacrificed 3000 lives. I'm not a conspiracy theorist. But I am convinced that the group around Bush gratefully used this terrible event to start the long-planned war on terror. However, there are so many inconsistencies in the official reports on the tragic event and so many gaps, especially in the collapse of WTC7, that only a new independent investigation can confirm or delete suspicions and remove existing ambiguities. I therefore fully agree with the request to have the events re-examined independently. Of course, even a new investigation will not bring people back to life.

Like so many, I was initially fooled by the story that those planes and jet fuel could bring down the Towers as they did - and - I didn't even notice Building 7. As time went on, and particularly because of the excellent work being done by your organization, it became clear to me that the official investigations and reports were, at a minimum wrong, and in all probability motivated by the need for cover-up of what actually happened there. I am quite interested in the work of A&E for 9/11 Truth and further, and would be interested in exploring the possibility of providing my professional services where it could be most helpful and add genuine value.

Although I have been an attorney for 27 years, I have had previous experience in the construction of both wood frame and concrete and steel buildings. I have also worked in machine shops and have welded and operated cutting torches. Even wood frame structures hold their structural integrity for long periods of time in intense fires. Concrete and steel structures would never simply turn into clouds of debris due to plane impacts and fire.
No one with any extensive experience with concrete or steel construction (unless they are in deep denial) could believe that the three World Trade Center buildings could be reduced to clouds of fine dust and debris if the only causes were as the government describes them. The laws of physics are never suspended, even for one day.

I am an individual walking through this world with a discerning spirit. I was thirteen when JFK was assassinated. It was obvious from day one that the towers were taken by state of the art military protocol. President Bush, sitting in a grade school classroom, looked like the cat who swallowed the canary, demonstrated physical signs of stress possibly brought on by personal knowledge of covert operations carried out by clandestine forces within the halls of our government; and that we can only speculate.

It is imperative that a thorough and non-biased investigation be held into the events of 9/11 and the collapse of the towers and the Pentagon building. One item that appears suspect but to which little attention has been given (this came from a former neighbor and FBI agent who helped investigate the rubble after the Pentagon incident) is that the section of the Pentagon that was demolished was the one section with no employees in it because it was undergoing renovations. If the controlled demolition theory is proven (and I am 100% convinced this is what caused the towers to collapse) I believe the absence of employees will be of interest to show that the acts involved the government at the very highest levels.

I have seen videos of the physical evidence, including the speed and symmetry of how the buildings fell, the rapid sounds of series of explosions heard by first-responders, the totally pulverized huge amounts of concrete, the ejection of steel beams weighing tons both upward and outward (up to 600 feet sideways at speeds of 60 mph),the molten steel, traces of nanothermite found in the debris, the fact that no steel framed skyscraper had ever collapsed due to fire or aircraft strikes (see photo of steel framed building in Japan that withstood the nuclear explosion during WWII). The fact that building 7 came down in six seconds from simple office fires is ridiculous. If this could happen, then no high rise owner in New York City would ever get fire insurance. Since 9/11, fire insurance policies on steel framed high rises have not changed. Obviously those insurance companies do not believe the 'official conspiracy theory'. My finding is that all three buildings came down by controlled demolition. This is beyond any reasonable doubt. Clearly over 2300 learned professionals, who design and build such skyscrapers, and who may be occasionally consulted when an older one needs to be brought down, all concur on this finding. This is like having 200 juries in courtroom trials unanimously agree independently one after another.

Retired lawyer with an experience and maturity to know that the this path to success in a prosecution has to find the weak link in the defendant's conspiracy. Building 7 is the weak link but it can't talk; Larry Silverstein can.
I wish someone would explain to me why there's any controversy that Building 7 was a demolition since there is a video of Larry Silverstein on YouTube admitting that it was, quote, 'pulled' per his decision implemented by the New York City Fire Department. I also think that a sweet avenue to success would be to get the New York state insurance commissioner to prosecute Larry Silverstein for insurance fraud because it would not have been possible to implement a controlled demolition within the several hours from the onset of the attack to the destruction of building 7. My supposition is Mr Silverstein will sing like a bird if he were indicted.

Because of the many gaping omissions in the severely inadequate 9/11/01 Commission report, and because the Commissioners, themselves, told the public openly that the Commission was hampered and underfunded, and because many credible experts have come forward with convincing evidence that the NIST Report is faulted, it is important to conduct an adequate investigation now. My only daughter was nearly killed in NYC that day. Because 700 of my fellow New Jerseyans were killed, and their families want the truth, I stand with these families, naturally. Even our current President has stated that it had to be bombs because airplane wings could not have penetrated the reinforced outside structures of those Towers. The evidence we saw with our own eyes on a clear day is that explosives were used. It is not acceptable that official testing for explosives at the site were never preformed as is standard procedure in all fires that destroy buildings.

I don't doubt the hijacking incidents, except in the case of the Pentagon hijacking. But whether controlled hijacking or uncontrolled, it did take place and the planes hit the buildings of WTC and caused great damage. Still, I feel unless there was also some explosions and fires from cellar and ground floors also, the Towers could not have come down like that despite the plane attacks. But for that some 30-40 floors might have been utterly damaged at the most. And the free collapse of WTC-7 which was admittedly not hit by any airplane looks like controlled demolition. So I feel hijackings and plane attacks [free or controlled] and controlled demolitions both occurred causing untold losses and misery and horror. So the official version is hard to believe in totality and needs a thorough re-investigation and inquiry by an independent commission composed of eminent jurists, lawyers, engineers, architects and relevant scientific technical experts and as far as possible avoiding politicians.
