PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

So many things I have heard and seen about the destruction of the twin tower buildings, I did not understand. I thought my material science and building construction lectures set me up pretty well with all the principals if not all the mathematics. So how come the buildings just dropped like a stone? Why didn't they fall sideways? The planes did not hit dead centre! and they hit more columns on one side! Why does the mast on top of the building start collapsing before the top deck? Why does the top of the building just start breaking up straight away? Why does it not move as one piece above where the planes hit? Why was there so much dust, billowing clouds,surely not including asbestos? Then they fall down in less than 3 hours? (approx 80minutes and 120minutes) Whats wrong with the Fireproofing? What sort of fuel burns hotter than diesel or petrol also stored in these buildings? What destroys the fireproofing and melts steel, not just makes it sag. Why Molten Metal in the basements weeks after the collapse? Whelen the Wrecker men with boots too hot to wear? Despite continually flooding the basement the fires continue to burn without oxygen. Then a third 47 Storey WTC building fell, again dropping like a stone, despite only being hit by the main tower only on one side. In the Towering Inferno movie the building stays up, time for people to get out despite chaos. We as architects and engineers need to know how to stop the next terrorist plane knocking down one of our buildings.

I have always been careful to focus on my discipline, architecture, and not try to be a structural engineer; however, I understand enough about structural engineering to question the 9/11 Commission's conclusions. I think it is important to review all the evidence and all the theories toward a more comprehensive explanation. 9/11 in itself was a sad day, but the aftermath has been even more tragic. We don't need a witch hunt, but we do need a better understanding of the facts to aid all of us to make prudent decisions for the future of the world.

As time went on, and particularly because of the excellent work being done by your organization, it became clear to me that the official investigations and reports were, at a minimum wrong, and in all probability motivated by the need for cover-up of what actually happened there. I am quite interested in the work of A&E for 9/11 Truth and further, and would be interested in exploring the possibility of providing my professional services where it could be most helpful and add genuine value.

Although I have been an attorney for 27 years, I have had previous experience in the construction of both wood frame and concrete and steel buildings. I have also worked in machine shops and have welded and operated cutting torches. Even wood frame structures hold their structural integrity for long periods of time in intense fires. Concrete and steel structures would never simply turn into clouds of debris due to plane impacts and fire.
No one with any extensive experience with concrete or steel construction (unless they are in deep denial) could believe that the three World Trade Center buildings could be reduced to clouds of fine dust and debris if the only causes were as the government describes them. The laws of physics are never suspended, even for one day.

I am an individual walking through this world with a discerning spirit. I was thirteen when JFK was assassinated. Looking back through time I learned that man has not changed in the hundreds or even thousands of years of recorded history. Today is no different from the time of Julius Caesar, JFK, September 11, 2001, or any future event in world history. My gut told me that the government was lying in 1963. Nothing has happened to change that gut feeling.
It was obvious from day one that the towers were taken by state of the art military protocol. President Bush, sitting in a grade school classroom, looked like the cat who swallowed the canary, demonstrated physical signs of stress possibly brought on by personal knowledge of covert operations carried out by clandestine forces within the halls of our government; and that we can only speculate.

It is imperative that a thorough and non-biased investigation be held into the events of 9/11 and the collapse of the towers and the Pentagon building. One item that appears suspect but to which little attention has been given (this came from a former neighbor and FBI agent who helped investigate the rubble after the Pentagon incident) is that the section of the Pentagon that was demolished was the one section with no employees in it because it was undergoing renovations. If the controlled demolition theory is proven (and I am 100% convinced this is what caused the towers to collapse) I believe the absence of employees will be of interest to show that the acts involved the government at the very highest levels.

I have seen videos of the physical evidence, including the speed and symmetry of how the buildings fell, the rapid sounds of series of explosions heard by first-responders, the totally pulverized huge amounts of concrete, the ejection of steel beams weighing tons both upward and outward (up to 600 feet sideways at speeds of 60 mph),the molten steel, traces of nanothermite found in the debris, the fact that no steel framed skyscraper had ever collapsed due to fire or aircraft strikes (see photo of steel framed building in Japan that withstood the nuclear explosion during WWII). The fact that building 7 came down in six seconds from simple office fires is ridiculous. If this could happen, then no high rise owner in New York City would ever get fire insurance. Since 9/11, fire insurance policies on steel framed high rises have not changed. Obviously those insurance companies do not believe the 'official conspiracy theory'. My finding is that all three buildings came down by controlled demolition. This is beyond any reasonable doubt. Clearly over 2300 learned professionals, who design and build such skyscrapers, and who may be occasionally consulted when an older one needs to be brought down, all concur on this finding. This is like having 200 juries in courtroom trials unanimously agree independently one after another.

I wish someone would explain to me why there's any controversy that Building 7 was a demolition since there is a video of Larry Silverstein on YouTube admitting that it was, quote, 'pulled' per his decision implemented by the New York City Fire Department. I also think that a sweet avenue to success would be to get the New York state insurance commissioner to prosecute Larry Silverstein for insurance fraud because it would not have been possible to implement a controlled demolition within the several hours from the onset of the attack to the destruction of building 7. My supposition is Mr Silverstein will sing like a bird if he were indicted.

Because of the many gaping omissions in the severely inadequate 9/11/01 Commission report, and because the Commissioners, themselves, told the public openly that the Commission was hampered and underfunded, and because many credible experts have come forward with convincing evidence that the NIST Report is faulted, it is important to conduct an adequate investigation now. My only daughter was nearly killed in NYC that day. Because 700 of my fellow New Jerseyans were killed, and their families want the truth, I stand with these families, naturally. I closed my law practice in 2010 and moved to Costa Rica to study International Law at the only United Nations sponsored University here. I hope to bring complaints in International Venues to bring about this open inquiry. I still work toward this goal each day.
Even our current President has stated that it had to be bombs because airplane wings could not have penetrated the reinforced outside structures of those Towers. The evidence we saw with our own eyes on a clear day is that explosives were used. It is not acceptable that official testing for explosives at the site were never preformed as is standard procedure in all fires that destroy buildings.

I was born in New York City, raised in New Jersey, and have been a member of the New York and New Jersey bars since 1986. I am married and have two daughters and a son. I believe the evidence is conclusive that the 'Official Story' regarding the destruction of the World Trade Center Towers 1, 2 and 7 on 9/11/2001 is false, and that the evidence is almost as strong that their destruction was a 'false flag' attack, intended to garner public support for multiple wars of aggression and the shredding of the Constitution.

I don't doubt the hijacking incidents, except in the case of the Pentagon hijacking. But whether controlled hijacking or uncontrolled, it did take place and the planes hit the buildings of WTC and caused great damage. Still, I feel unless there was also some explosions and fires from cellar and ground floors also, the Towers could not have come down like that despite the plane attacks. But for that some 30-40 floors might have been utterly damaged at the most. And the free collapse of WTC-7 which was admittedly not hit by any airplane looks like controlled demolition. So I feel hijackings and plane attacks [free or controlled] and controlled demolitions both occurred causing untold losses and misery and horror. So the official version is hard to believe in totality and needs a thorough re-investigation and inquiry by an independent commission composed of eminent jurists, lawyers, engineers, architects and relevant scientific technical experts and as far as possible avoiding politicians.
