PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have been working as a structural engineer for the same company since 2007. I design commercial, athletic, multi-family residential apartments and hotel low rise structures. The structures that I have designed include materials such as but not limited to: Steel, timber, concrete, masonry and light gauge.
After reading the NIST report on WTC building 7 it was clear that there was no way that building could fall at 'free fall' acceleration due to the failure of one column that bore a transfer beam. It's true that fire can cause steel to change it's structural yield point and maybe some of the connections could be compromised due to the fires but even if that whole column were to have vanished in thin air, the whole building would not have collapsed like it did.

How obvious do controlled demolitions have to be?? If you examine the footage of the second planes impact from behind, you can tell as it enters the side of the building that it wasn't a true plane impact -- as the steel beams would have cut off the wings of the plane. The building absorbed what appeared to be a plane. If you stop the footage to the point where the wings have entered the building (and just the tail is sticking out), you will NOT see a hole where supposedly the wings just went through!

The fact that both towers collapsed in their footprints, without any toppling of the upper floors, clearly indicates controlled demolition as the cause of the buildings' collapse, rather than structural failure. In my opinion, the collapse of the south tower (WTC 2) illustrates this idea most clearly. The airplane which hit this tower entered the south wall, and wreckage can be seen in the videos exiting the east wall. As a result, one would expect the damage to be worse near the southeast corner of the building, and any structural collapse should have occurred first at this corner. This should have resulted in the upper floors toppling toward the southeast. However, videos of the building's collapse clearly show it failing in a more or less symmetrical manner. - - - - In contrast, the north tower (WTC 1) was hit by the first airplane in the north wall, at almost a perpendicular angle to the north wall. And yet, the upper floors of this building leaned toward the south as the building collapsed. - - - - Likewise, there are two failure phenomena which cannot be explained by the pancake collapse theory. First, video of the collapse of the north tower shows the upper floors (approx. 10 stories) toppling toward the south. Yet, instead of falling to the ground relatively intact (as they should have done with no structure supporting them from beneath at that point, and nothing pressing down on them from above), they mysteriously disintegrated in mid-air. What forces (other than explosives) could have caused this? - - - - Second, a video exists which shows part of the inner core of the north tower still standing prior to the south tower's collapse. And yet, with only minor debris falling on it from the south tower, the remaining core structure disintegrates. Unless the video is faked (and I have seen no evidence of this), what would have caused the remaining core structure to collapse?

Regarding the whole story and the involved political, ethnic, and religious forces, and their aims and targets - the collective memory of the Jewish, the Muslim, and the Christian world - and all of the research done, there just seems to contain too many gaps. And - if one looks closer along the way, these buildings collapsed - knowing a bit about behavior of building structures - due to fire and explosives. The gap between official investigations and what can easily be observed just becomes incredibly big - just a big black hole.

Having read literature from Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, the Journal of 9/11 Studies, Kevin Ryan and other sources, I am persuaded that there are ample reasons to find that the official explanations for what occurred, from the 9/11 Commission and NIST, are implausible, and that other possible explanations, including the controlled demolition hypothesis, need to be fully and fairly investigated. I have no preconceived notions about what happened; I simply believe that there is good cause to conduct a comprehensive and impartial investigation.

My Law office was located at 39 Broadway, New York, New York on 9/11/01, about 3 blocks from WTC. Office was temporarily condemned for about three months due to debris and damage. Served as Red Cross volunteer at Ground Zero and elsewhere. On the evening of 9/12/01 I was traveling inbound to the City through the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel around 10 pm. The tunnel was closed to the general public and I was one of very few vehicles allowed access into the City. To my amazement during that trip the traffic traveling outbound was bumper-to-bumper comprising more dump trucks than I thought ever existed. Each one was filled with rubble from Ground Zero and headed toward the landfill on Staten Island (at least that's what I thought). I was just dumbstruck at this activity which seemed to me reckless for several reasons. Thus began my personal journey for the truth about 9/11.

As the son and brother of NYC fire fighters, I would like to know the truth about the destruction of the twin towers and WTC 7. Fire damage could not cause the towers to collapse at free-fall speed without the use of explosives as in a controlled demolition.

I have been a lawyer for 46 years and am now retired. During my years of practice, I was a prosecutor, criminal defense counsel, a practitioner in elder law and founder and Executive Director of the City of Las Vegas Senior Citizens Law Project. I drafted over 17,000 wills and trusts and was lead counsel in jury trials involving will and trust litigation. Most of my work in private practice involved judicial review of agency denials of government benefits, especially the Social Security area. I have taught several Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB) courses in Las Vegas, New York, Chicago, Washington DC, and National broadcasts, and published three technical manuals dealing with disability practice and appeals at the administrative and federal court levels. I have represented claimants in well over a thousand cases before more than fifty Administrative Law Judges. My court experience includes appeals before the US District Court in Nevada, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. This experience includes litigation before more than twenty-five Magistrate, District Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Judges. The Nevada US Attorney said (informally) that my success rate against the Department of Justice was the highest in the Ninth Circuit. I believe almost everything disseminated by the 9/11 truth community about the destruction of the Twin Towers. I also believe that Judy Wood made a significant contribution to the study of the 9/11 attacks. Although I have no significant criticism of the approach taken by the 911 truth movement, I do not believe pure science is the most persuasive evidence of a self-inflicted wound perpetrated by the upper echelons of the United States government. George W. Bush lied about the toxicity of the debris at Ground Zero. His lie was willful, knowing and premeditated. A special prosecutor should have indicted him for that grievous crime years ago. The Shanksville 'crash site' was supposed to have enveloped an aircraft carrying thousands of gallons of kerosene, a chemical that can be detected in minuscule amounts. The complete absence of jet fuel at this site should convince the most uninformed layman that no crash occurred in the Shanksville. The anthrax attack was unquestionably a product of United States origin. The anthrax infection of one of the alleged hijackers inextricably links 9/11 to Amerithrax, and a compelling case could be made that the two events were part of the same scheme. Michael Chertoff not only abdicated his responsibility to investigate the twin Tower destruction, but also blocked any investigation of the assassination of Sen. Paul Wellstone. He is culpable as an accessory after the fact to mass murder. Sophisticated scientific analysis is not a prerequisite of guilt if a jury learns that an FBI team left to examine the crash scene half an hour before the crash occurred. In my view, prosecute the obvious, easily provable crimes first. The scientifically complicated cases should fall into place once the ''evildoers' are behind bars.

I had ''many questions' about the events of 9/11 and watched the Second Tower Fall 'live' on Television. 'Something:' did not seem right watching the Tower fall but I as well was in 'shock and awe: for some time after 9/11 but gradually began to question many events in the year after which progressed to many questions about the official stories. 'On or around Nov-Dec 2008 in consultation with a Technology Inventor I first focused and learned about WTC 7 which with my experience in Govt and politics set out below was rather amazing that I knew and heard virtually 'nothing' about WTC 7 being from upstate NY and traveling to NYC in the weeks after the attack and later. Studying WTC 7 changed everything for me and I began to research more and found this group which raised basic fundamental questions of science and engineering never answered by the Govt. I also became familiar with the Sibel Edmonds story as well and developed a contact there as a supporter. It is well beyond time that the Nation and World learn the Truth of 9/11 and fully support the work of this group.

I was 9 years old when the Twin Towers fell. I am 25 now and just learning of WTC 7. I always discredited people who claimed there's a 9/11 conspiracy as crazy. I never looked into it. After being presented by the arguments of AE911 Truth, I am shocked that the general public accepts the narrative we were told. I make no conclusions, but believe it is clear that the evidence is lacking and supports the need for an INDEPENDENT investigation.
