PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have a masters degree in architecture from UC Berkeley, 1969. I worked as a design/builder from 1970-1983, then I was licensed in architecture in CA in 1985. I designed about 200 homes and commercial structures, primarily in northern California. I'm now semi retired, but still licensed.
As a student of architecture at Berkeley we witnessed a controlled demolition of a 12 story steel and concrete building in Oakland CA. We were impressed by the compact space that the structure collapsed into. I never forgot the image. Building 7 (and the towers, for that matter) identically matched this first hand observation when I saw them on the various newsreels and TV images that year and since.

There are too many unanswered questions about 9/11 in order to believe the official version of events. A more thorough investigation is needed to arrive at a more accurate assessment. There is not enough energy contained in jet fuel to explain the total collapse and destruction of the central core. The molten steel found in the basements of the towers needs to be explained scientifically. The collapse of WTC 7 is also very suspicious.

From the moment I first saw the tower collapse on TV it seemed clear and obvious that only a planned demolition could have achieved the observable results, so I was surprised by the conclusions of the official 9-11 report. At this point I reviewed the evidence, which only substantiated my initial impressions. The ample video and photographic evidence combined with a basic knowledge of structural engineering leaves little doubt about the collapse being caused by anything other than a planned demolition.

I watched the event on live TV. The loss of life and impact on society was staggering to say the least. However, the extent of the investigation did not match the magnitude of the event. The scientific method was not applied. All possibilities were not examined thoroughly. The final report was not peer reviewed. The final report should have been vetted by other independent scientists, engineers etc. Any scientific professional should be appalled by the blatant disregard for the code of ethics and conduct. It challenges the integrity of our profession as a whole. It is our responsibility as scientific professionals to stand up for the integrity of our profession. It is our duty to keep the public safe by using sound scientific and engineering practices. We owe it to ourselves and most of all we owe it to the public, especially the victims and their families, to conduct a detailed and thorough investigation into the destruction of WTC 1,2 and 7.

I studied subjects like: Steel structures, Concrete structures, General dimensioning and structural analysis, Wooden structures, Housing construction, Road construction and design, Water supply, sewage and waste management, and also other subjects, including of course university level mathematics, physics, and characteristics of structural building materials.Since graduation, I have worked for some time with general road design, but mainly with planning and design of public transport systems, facilities for bus systems and terminals, and I have extensive experience in designing Light Rail systems.
The way the twin towers collapsed is not consistent with general knowledge of steel and concrete structures. If a building were to collapse, the rubble would have been multiple layers of concrete floors on the ground, not an enormous cloud of pulverized concrete dust. The tremendous dimensions, and thus strength of the steel columns used in this structure, is sufficient to hold three or four times the actual weight of the structure. There is no way these would either bend nor break in a collapse under normal circumstances. To do this, they had to be subject to very large and rapid quantities of energy (heat), throughout the whole vertical structure, almost simultaneously. As is the case in a controlled and carefully orchestrated demolition.

The manner in which these buildings fell, at near free-fall speed with all of the debris and dust ejecting outward is clear evidence in my mind that these buildings were taken down with strategic explosives. Combine this with the post event evidence of molten-steel, spherical granules, and chemical/element traces and there is no doubt in my mind what happened on 9/11.

Watch the dozens of collapse videos available on the internet and judge for yourself. The World Trade Center towers 1 and 2 and Building Seven collapsed at near free fall speed and fell straight down into there own footprint and they were obliterated into nothing but rubble and dust. From a practical point of view since the jet fuel is relatively cool burning and the building is one giant heat sink, along with the fact that heat rises, there is no apparent way that enough heat could have been focused to cause structural failure of those massive beams. Also there has been no explanation as to why two buildings hit by aircraft and a third with no damage from an external source collapsed in the very same way. A new detailed investigation is in order.

I have a BBA in Aviation Management, and am working as an airline pilot for one of the major airlines that lost planes (and friends) that fateful day. As far as education, I have taken classes in Physics and Chemistry, though did not complete a major in either. My grandfather was a rather famous physical chemist, and we learned a lot about the scientific method growing up doing experiments with him.
As a pilot who has flown the type airplanes (and probably even the exact same airplanes)involved, I am pretty familiar with the systems and operation of those aircraft. Much of what we were told happened did not quite fit, and upon investigating further evidence, like the supposed flight recorder data from the plane that 'hit' the Pentagon vs the supposed video of that event and other supposed evidence, things just did not add up. While I have seen many theories, some more credible than others, the one thing I can say with absolute certainty in my heart is that the 'Official Conspiracy Theory' about what happened on 9/11 CAN NOT POSSIBLY BE TRUE!Much happened afterwards as a result of 9/11, we entered wars that were probably not justified, our foreign policy significantly changed, and our relations with countries around the world were tarnished, making it less safe for me as I worked flights and lay-over in various countries around the world. Our reaction to 9/11 has led not only to wars, but to the resultant rise of terrorist organizations and the general reduction of the safety of the American People.Some people and companies got very rich, other people had their lives changed forever. I lost friends and colleagues that day. The American people, and the people of the world, deserve an HONEST investigation of what really happened that day, and an accounting of who was really responsible. Only in that way can we begin a worldwide healing process and get our foreign relations back on an honest footing.

Worked as Avionics Mechanic at Alliance Fort Worth Airport were the American Airlines 767 that hit the WTC receives it's Main Base Visits or heavy and light C checks.
Only three high-rise buildings in history have collapsed due to fire or having a been hit by a plane. Jet fuel will not burn hot enough to melt steel. Each building fell in last then 10 seconds free fall speed as in a controlled demolition. Evidence of explosives have been found all over the WTC site.

Never did make sense to me that the collapse took place symmetrically. Having experience with exothermic reactions while working at Hanford in Washington State, and the melting temperature of steel, the clincher for me was not only the diagonal cuts in the columns but the molten steel at the bottom of the rubble. A person has to be total stupid or in denial to accept the official account of the collapse of all three buildings.

There are many lines of evidence to conclude that explosive demolition of all three buildings was a reality. The simplest and most convincing is the near-free fall acceleration of the collapsing buildings. Simple High School level physics is all one needs to understand this. Although I am not a member of the civil engineering or architectural professional community, I have trained and had careers in technical fields. The evidence presented by both Richard Gage and Professor Jones is so straightforward that professional status is not a requirement to understanding these facts. I think you have a good case. First, the molten metal argument, to me, is the strongest argument, i.e, what was present to heat the metal to the required temperature? Second is the WTC 7 collapse, as the claim of the airliner impact can't be made.

Hello, I am so happy that a professional organization is finally trying to dig up the truth! I am a former airline captain with over 9,000 flight hours, Captain on both the Boeing 747-400 and B-737- 300. After viewing many posted videos on Youtube I can tell you without hesitation that clearly aircraft # 2 B-767 - was radio controlled into the building ' Tower 2. The pod mounted on the bottom of the aircraft, is manufactured by Martin Marietta Corporation in Los Angeles. The pod has been used extensively by the USAF for outfitting drone aircraft for over 22 years, and you can clearly see it in (4) of the amateur videos- just before impact, with tower # 2. Also, I would like to find an 'insider' 'A and P' mechanic at both United and America to cross reference the A/C serial number of flight 77 and 93. I guarantee that they change the 'N' issued tail number. However, one could trace and find this original A/C, from an insider employee, at these companies- leading to the smoking gun these aircraft were not destroyed. Lastly, I was based at Cincinnati airport-which is where both aircraft flew to, and where: NASA AMES is located, and where all passengers were off-loaded before they where 'eliminated'.

I am a flight attendant and was at home watching the news the entire day of 9/11. I immediately knew something was amiss when those huge towers fell at near free-fall speed into their own footprint. I have no degree, no expertise to speak of other than my own eyes and a little common sense and I knew there was something wrong. I work with intelligent, degreed professionals that didn't see past the terror of that day to ask questions. I want everyone to know the truth.
I do not have the degrees necessary to comment about the building collapses other than it just didn't feel right to me and it hit really close to home and no one in my profession would even consider an alternate version to the official story, so I started looking for professional academic sites I could refer my co-workers to and found your site eventually, along with others.

On 3rd run as 9/11 awareness-spreading candidate for federal office 2004/06/08, producer of 2004 campaign video Treason Inc., detailing over 40 acts of treason on 9/11 during a 36 minute interval, including facts in support of demolition of Towers and Building 7 and easily-proven lack of 757 hitting Pentagon. Called for arrest and removal of perhaps in nationally televised Senatorial debate over C-SPAN2 broadcast in Prime-time 11/01/04.
Undoubtedly explosives-demolished the towers. More controversially the volume of material lost, check the size of the tiny piles of debris relative to Building 7's, plus the massive clearcut holes proven not due to explosions within Buildings 3-4-5-6 shows destructive capability far beyond mere controlled demolition, yet those tower did not sustain global collapse.

I lost two co-workers in the Pentagon air crash, Chad Keller-Propulsion Test Tech and Ruben Ornado-Propulsion Test Tech. I have been studying 9/11 from day one. My opinion is that a number of factors come into play. Thermite and Thermate was used to cut internal beams throughout at key locations, C4, shape charges, squibs. Audio and seismic evidence of explosions, UAV robotic controlled aircraft with underbelly control pods, WTC 7 served as a control center for calculated demo of buildings. JP 4 fuel not hot enough to melt steel, no evidence of Titanium jet engine parts. This evidence is all documented and should be of major concern to all evidence that is presented. My name is Roman, I am a Russian national with Latvian citizenship studying Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Bristol (UK). I haven't been interested in world's politics too much until a few time ago, probably due to my age. However, the question of world politics recently became critical for my understanding of life and opinion about the world I live in because suddenly the things, which by default were set as a firm truth in my mind, collapsed and turned to be a complete absurd. Especially these ideas gained some significant power in my head after watching several movies on such topics as World terrorism, the 9/11 and other similar topics. As those most assuring, I would like to point out Zeitgeist, The Movie documentary and the Loose Change film by Louder Than Words production.
Although my profile is Aerospace, I do understand general physics and construction fundamentals to be able to have my own brief judgment on the 911 collapses. And therefore I have to admit that I do believe the fact that the Twin Towers and the WTC 7 were brought down by the demolition and not by the airplanes, without any doubts.
