On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Simple observation of the falling of the towers shows typical characteristics of controlled explosive demolition. Even if it had been possible to melt the structural steel on the upper floors from fuel burning, which is doubtful, it is highly likely, virtually certain, that the upper sections of the towers would have toppled intact, leaving the lower sections standing.

The fact that both towers collapsed in their footprints, without any toppling of the upper floors, clearly indicates controlled demolition as the cause of the buildings' collapse, rather than structural failure. In my opinion, the collapse of the south tower (WTC 2) illustrates this idea most clearly. The airplane which hit this tower entered the south wall, and wreckage can be seen in the videos exiting the east wall. As a result, one would expect the damage to be worse near the southeast corner of the building, and any structural collapse should have occurred first at this corner. This should have resulted in the upper floors toppling toward the southeast. However, videos of the building's collapse clearly show it failing in a more or less symmetrical manner. - - - - In contrast, the north tower (WTC 1) was hit by the first airplane in the north wall, at almost a perpendicular angle to the north wall. And yet, the upper floors of this building leaned toward the south as the building collapsed. - - - - Likewise, there are two failure phenomena which cannot be explained by the pancake collapse theory. First, video of the collapse of the north tower shows the upper floors (approx. 10 stories) toppling toward the south. Yet, instead of falling to the ground relatively intact (as they should have done with no structure supporting them from beneath at that point, and nothing pressing down on them from above), they mysteriously disintegrated in mid-air. What forces (other than explosives) could have caused this? - - - - Second, a video exists which shows part of the inner core of the north tower still standing prior to the south tower's collapse. And yet, with only minor debris falling on it from the south tower, the remaining core structure disintegrates. Unless the video is faked (and I have seen no evidence of this), what would have caused the remaining core structure to collapse?

My career in aviation spanned 38 years. As a pilot and Certified Flight Instructor, I specialized in the most basic concepts of flight which I have long since found is woefully absent from most flying curricula. As an ATCS, I earned OTJ Instructor and OJT Examiner ratings. I have worked in an Air Traffic Control Tower, a Radar Control Facility, an Automated Flight Service station, an air traffic data processing facility (as a system analyst), and in private industry, I worked in an Automated Flight Service Station Hub.
First, as a certified flight instructor, I can say that no pilot with the experience level of the so-called hijackers could have possibly flown ANY of the three flights that struck their targets. As far as collapses of steel structures with enormous amounts of steel re-inforced concrete throughout the structure, I can say that, since 911, I have aquired many, many photographs of such steel structures that burned more than 10 and more than 20 hours at far higher temperatures with far, far less billowing smoke (meaning a hotter and a more well fueled fire). None of these buildings ever collapsed. More importantly, as it clearly visible in the second strike against the South WTC tower, most of the aircraft fuel was expended in the initial contact with the building. And just as liquid jet fuel (kerosene) was observed in the North Tower raining down through the elevator shafts, any kerosene that was not initially ignighted was of little threat to what is possibly the most re-inforced steel structures ever built. Lastly, the famous video of the first airplane to strike the North WTC tower was filmed by the Naudet brothers who, by chance, just happened to be in a place where they would film the alleged B767 striking the North Tower. These brothers also happened to be the perfect position to film the second strike of an alleged B767 sticking the South Tower. However, in BOTH CASES, the Naudet brothers DID NOT film the aircraft in flight, rather, they focused (quite literally) on the strike point that these aircraft would eventually hit. And, as I have been informed, the Naudet brothers were later in the perfect spot to film the collapse of WTC7 which suffered no serious damage prior to its perfect, state-of-the-art collapse into the exact footprint that it architects drew on their original blue prints. And as a final note, although I never acted as an ATCS in an ARTCC (commonly known as an air traffic control center), I am well aware of the responsibilities of these air traffic facilities when an aircraft loses both radio and radar communication. There is no way I could EVER conceive that even a SINGLE passenger jetliner would proceed as long as the first aircraft did, let alone four aircraft. In short, IT DID NOT HAPPEN! Please review 3 ten minute videos that I believe show the most likely scenario of 911 as well as an in depth expose of the Naudet videos that just happened to have had the best shots of the two strikes on the TwinTowers and was also focusing on the collapse at the very moment that the building inexplicable collapsed, and from the best angle that anyone could have wished for to take that video.

I have no technical knowledge of building construction or demolition techniques but as an Airline Captain with 30 years of flying I have a very analytical mind that has been trained to look at all the evidence in an incident or problematic situation before acting. When I apply this to 9/11 I see far too many inconsistencies in the official investigation to believe that it is completely factual.

Being a chemistry major in college what immediately struck me as unbelievable about the governments official theory was their disregard of the Laws of Physics. They are laws that cannot be broken. After hearing the explanations that your associates gave for the demolition verses a collapse I started to examine the videos carefully and was able by pause and start, pause and start, in one second bits to observe and photograph the explosions and heavy Steel pieces blown horizontally during the demolitions. Other studies brought me to the conclusion that certain responsible people were informed in advance and acted to further their personal agendas by demolishing the buildings without warning the occupants or the Firefighters until Building Seven when the owner did warn the Fire and Rescue to get away. Immediately Building 7 is so obviously taken down that anyone could tell.

I was born to be in aviation. It hurts me and the rest of aviation that events this 9/11 day were tied to aviation. I have wanted to be in aviation definitely since I was young watching them fly landings and take-offs over my house by Des Moines Intl., and from my first flight when I was 7. I have since taking an FAA Part 147 course which enhances my high school physics courses and other studies, to become a knowledgeable FAA A & P Mechanic.
From other disastrous encounters with planes and high rises, or even the fact that a high rise gets engulfed with flames more intense than the flames on 9/11, yet the buildings that suffered more still stood. How sprites were evident as building was collapsing on all buildings, even WTC7.

As I watched the Twin Towers burn, and then mysteriously collapse after such a short time, the hair on the back of my neck stood up because every fiber of my being knew it was impossible. I am co-owner of an aviation company (1st Class Air, Inc.) in Springfield, Illinois. www.1st-classair.com I have been in aviation for over 20 years. I am an FAA licensed airframe and powerplant technician with Inspection Authorization. My experience with aviation fuels (100 LL aviation gasoline and Jet A aviation kerosene, etc.) gives me some knowledge of their burn capabilities. Neither fuel has the stored energy to produce temperatures as high as needed to melt structural steel. Unless the fuel is ignited under high pressure and focused on a small area (such as with a cutting torch, etc) the temperatures are insufficient to have caused the collapse of the towers. I have many years experience in transportation having worked for a few railoroads and in the automotive industries. I am a veteran of the Vietnam war era having served in the US Air Force from 1971 through 1977 as an electronic equipment repairman. I am honorably discharged.
Having read the book The New Pearl Harbor and the report on the World Trade center attacks by the 911 Commission and many other publications I feel that a full independent investigation is overdue into what actually brought down the towers. While it is true that 911 changed everything I believe that the truth was not told to us. When the investigation that needs to be done is completed that will truly change everything. It must be apolitical and far-reaching.

I am the grassroots, the bottom up. I am curiosity and learning. I am open eyes and with them, I can see 9/11 was an inside job.
It's provable that all three towers fell at near-freefall speed. This in itself proves the official lie is a lie. NIST NCSTAR 1-5A lists 9 seconds for a 415m fall. Freefall time for that height is 9.1 seconds. Even to justify a 15-second collapse estimate would require enough jet fuel to fill 903 (for each tower) Boeing 757s, and way more oxygen than was present. 903 Boeing's worth of fuel and an enormous supply of oxygen could theoretically heat the building to 1500F, maybe reducing the strength to as low as 30% of normal temperature. This is presuming that the airplane destroyed 95% of the building's structure all the way down the core to the basement. I think if this is what would have happened, we would have seen the building exterior including glass glowing red or brighter. So, the official story, even assuming absurdly high numbers just doesn't work. Any genuine expert purporting the Official Lie deserves to be imprisoned or executed for treason, they know better.

It is my educated belief that the WTC collapsed as a result of a controlled demolition. The official story is simply inadequate and is in need of being reinvestigated by a government-independent group of architects, engineers and demolition experts. Our country and the world deserve the truth about what happened.

I'm a load master in a cargo company; I can see everyday a 757 Boeing the planes was not a commercial planes... not a 757 ....
The steel structures are strong and flexible at a same time, i can believe that a fire reduce a concrete in dust.. only a big power could have done this.

Because of the evidence of explosions, the speed and symmetry of the collapse, we need a new investigation as the current explanations cannot explain the factors.

I've seen the films, I side with the engineers. On October 11th 2001 I flew the LAX red-eye into EWR. It was the last time I saw the World Trade Center. Four days later I stood in a Dunkin' Donuts parking lot, in Cambridge Mass., and watched two fighters refuel from a tanker overheard and thought, things are moving way to fast!

I am a flight attendant for a major airline who was flying out of New York the morning of 9/11. I am a core member of Pilots for 9/11 Truth and support the work of other objective organizations such as Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth.
I would like an explanation as to how the towers both fell at nearly free-fall speed into their own footprint without the resistance from the floors below removed through the use of explosives.

Born in 73, I grew up in So. Cal, but traveled the states long and hard before deciding where to settle, which is of course The SF Bay Area due to the per-capita ratio of SANE, RATIONAL and OPEN MINDED folks that live here, in addition to being at the epicenter of KPFA's long (but not long enough...) broadcast reach. Any travels I take now only reinforce this notion and makes it feel good to be back home...I've always had a fascination with physics, although I'm not trained in any particular discipline so as such consider myself an 'armchair engineer'. The truth upset me free long ago though... well before 9-11.
BIGGEST SCAM IN THE HISTORY OF HISTORY!!! I guess it's testament to just how STUPID we are as a nation and how effective the assault on intellectualism has been all these years. I am a pilot and don't believe for one second the airplanes could have brought those buildings down by crashing into the middle of them.
The official stories and explanations do not match there way the buildings fall. Anyone that has watch a controlled demolition can clearly see the similarities.

One thing that puzzles me is that if the buildings did collapse, the remaining steel beams would be bent, but 99% of what one sees in photos they are all straight and clean cut. To the best of my knowledge no process other than any form of actually cutting them would get that end result. I would like to see simulations on how much damage the potential energy stored in the buildings could do. there simply was not enough energy to result in the pulverization of the concrete and the pyroclastic flow according to my gut feeling but I have seen no calculations or simulations about this.
