PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The planes did not cause the collapse of the buildings; explosives did. The WTC buildings collapsed in a way very similar to a building rigged for controlled demolition. The official story did not adequately explain the explosions that many witnessed and heard at ground zero; the government even tried to deny it. There are just too many coincidences of events leading up to 9/11, starting with planes not intercepted to military personnel playing war games. It's not hard to see that those responsible are amongst those who benefited the most from this tragedy, including but not limited to big oil and private reconstruction contractors.

As the dreadful events on 9/11/2001 unfolded I was keenly aware that I was watching a planned spectacle, much like the Kennedy assassination. It was poorly coordinated, in my opinion, because there were so many glaring inconsistencies with the common assumption that we were under attack (an opinion formed too quickly and too emphatically to evade close scrutiny), such as the very obvious fact that two jet planes under human pilot control could not strike such relatively narrow targets so consistently (the first one I almost accepted as blind luck, but when the second hit in just the same way I knew they were electronically guided). The really obvious thing for me was the ill-disguised detonations timed (poorly in my opinion) to suggest that it was the planes that brought down the towers when this was not possible. I remember remarking to my engineer colleagues that there was no way the buildings would collapse: They withstood impact and the thick black smoke was clear indication that the fires were oxygen-starved and relatively cool (well below the melting point of steel). Sounds of explosions could be heard over several news feeds, each building collapsed in a very rapid and controlled way, and the demolitions were performed too soon after the planes struck. A third building, much smaller than the towers, was brought down even though it was not hit. I am sure there were good reasons for bringing it down, but did the people who did this really think no one would notice?

It is in the interests of all building professionals to get to the bottom of this. There is no way that building 7 could have collapsed due the the light fire damage it sustained from the other buildings, the eye witness testimony also points to this fact. All building collapses defy the laws of physics - energy is needed to pulverize the concrete, thus if explosives were not used then you would expect to see the buildings as they fell. The buildings also collapsed through the path of greatest resistance.

I was surprised to see how many interior columns there were when the plan drawing was briefly shown.

The collapse mechanism / sequence of all three buildings is of great interest considering that the official 'story' is that the superstructure of each of the buildings was damaged principally by fire and the in the case of the twin towers also in part by plane impact. In my opinion, as a professional engineer, these factors could only act to weaken the structures asymmetrically, which in turn would lead to asymmetric failure modes - ie at least some signs of toppling which when initiated would continue. Instead, the extensive footage from the day shows a complete, symmetrical drop in all three cases. This lack of asymmetry in all three failures coupled with the rate of failure (comparable to gravitational acceleration) suggest that the entire superstructure of all three buildings ceased to bear load almost instantaneously. From my knowledge of the US government reports, these issues are in no way dealt with. Other explanations, such as the possible role of pre-placed explosives, must be considered, as the official version is inadequate. In particular, the failure of Building 7 so closely resembles that of a controlled demolition it is extremely difficult for me simply accept that a number of fires within the building was the sole cause of it's collapse. The evidence presented by the remains of the collapsed buildings also requires careful consideration. The abundance of pulverized concrete and segmented steel beams /columns resulting from all three collapses is of particular interest. As a qualified engineer these are the principal issues which are of interest to me when considering the validity of the official explanation of the WTC collapses.

I would rather not fill in too much here but I am actively pushing this issue and this website to everyone I work for etc.. I have found people listen and for the most part agree but are not interested really. I love your website and have read it all including Loose change and Mike Ruppert The Truth & Lies of 9/11 to name but a few.
I feel as do many, controlled demolition is obvious. The path of most resistance was the path taken by each building which shows something sinister. Nano thermate found in the dust including chipping of unused thermite also adds to the evidence. Multiple explosions heard by hundreds of police and firefighters, not to mention the media reporting it on the day, speaks volumes. I find it disgusting that no further investigation has been launched by the government or other officials. Seeing WTC7 fall is the nail in the coffin in my opinion with a Lieutenant stating the building was to be pulled and the explosions of inner columns shows a controlled demolition to which AE911truth says fire does not have this precision. The evidence is exhausting and the official story is quite small but again the media convince the masses. You don't have to convince all of the people all of the time, just some of the people some of the time!! Keep up the campaign, and remember compared to JFK or Pearl Harbor we have the internet at our disposal, the most powerful media device of all. The reach is growing everyday.

It is obvious that the Twin Towers and WTC 7 were brought down by controlled demolition. I am completely convinced that no plane could have hit the Pentagon, either. This is obvious to anyone willing to actually consider the evidence. Additionally, the lack of wreckage at the Pentagon and the slim wreckage in Shanksville, PA comports to a plane crash the way WTC collapses comport to destruction by fire...i.e. not at all.

I have watched controlled demolitions of old Las Vegas hotels'they're perfect. Controlled demolitions are unmistakable as they're the only times building enter perfect free fall. Fuel alone did collapse Building 7 perfectly. Fuel compromising the integrity of WTC Building 7 would have lead the building infrastructure to partially fail if at all.

I have been had a great focus on science my entire life. Aviation has always been my passion, I love, live, and breathe flying.
Just as other have stated, jet fuel can NOT burn hot enough to melt thick steel girders. Furthermore, an impact on the side of a building from a large aircraft that results in the total destruction of that aircraft would result in a disproportionate amount of damage to one side of the building than the other. Therefore if a collapse even COULD occur under these circumstances, the severed top part of the building most certainly would not fall straight down.

On 9/11/01, I was on a medical LOA from United Airlines subsequent to back surgery and watched in shock and horror as the events unfolded. Although I didn't know any of the crews involved, the loss was felt personally and professionally. Over 2100 pilots were furloughed after 9/11,subsequently recalled and over 1500 furloughed again, including myself, from 2003-2009. I was able to reactivate my RN license and work between the furloughs, but haven't been able to find employment since the 2009 furlough.
I believe the facts support controlled demolition including but not limited to: the multiple eyewitness accounts of explosions, the temperature discrepancy between burning jet fuel and steel melting temperature(as a pilot, I can confirm that the engines aren't dripping molten metal after burning jet fuel for thrust after many continuous hours),the pictorial evidence of diagonal cuts in WTC beams that could have been made by shaped cutting charges plus evidence of molten metal(the key proof for me). The clincher for controlled demolition was seeing and hearing Larry Silverstein, the WTC lease holder, say that they had made the decision to PULL building 7. It had to be controlled demo since nothing hit it and the termto pull a building is the industry term FOR controlled demolition. Plus he profitted billions in rare terrorist insurance. Also the towers were built to withstand an impact from a Boeing 707, so they couldn't have fallen from the impact or the burning jet fuel. Process of elimination plus all the other evidence points to controlled demolition, despite the brazen attempts to cover this up.

From an engineering standpoint, the findings were always questionable at best and the A&E 911 Truth video w/ Asner moderating invites even more difficult questions. It's still so surprising to see how galvenized even close friends and relatives are to accepting what they've been told for years on national television as being truth and to even consider another perspective is purely a waste of their time. And I'm their friend! For common things discussed everyday like what movie is worth seeing in the theater, place to shop or even dentist to see there would be no question they would strongly consider my opinion. But bring up 9/11 and immediately the vibe changes and friends say things like Don't tell me you're one of those Truthers? and that there's no way I'm gonna convince them that something else brought those buildings down. I was watching TV when the aircraft flew into the Towers and erupted into flames. When the Towers collapsed I was in disbelief and have always doubted the story being told that the Towers came down from their own weight. I liken it to someone starting a fire in a candle that resembles the Towers. The flame would not spread down the candle but would continue to burn the material above it. Even if the portion of the candle fell down onto itself it would not take the candle down to its base. The structure of the candle is similar to the Towers except that the main columns of buildings are designed to support even more weight than the total weight of the building.

I went on to become involved in North Sea offshore installation construction inc the fated Piper Alpha, the Claymore (Occidental) Shell Brent Spar, Bravo. I have been involved with engineering for over 40 years and have held senior posts for three major consultancies in power generation and oil and gas.
There are many unanswered questions and too many to state here, but the most glaring is the free fall way in which the towers fell. Each approximately 9.2 seconds confirming just that free fall and almost perfectly matches Galileo's law of falling bodies given the height of each tower.

I'm in my mid-20's and attended Ohio University where I studied Aviation (Flight Option). Currently I am awaiting my multi-engine rating to complete my bachelors. Aviation fuel, in particular jet fuel, will only burn when in certain states. I believe any scholar within the field/industry would concur that the fuel from the aircraft striking the Towers would not be cause to their destruction but in fact would be irrelevant. This being said I do believe there to be reasonable and sufficient doubt that the American people were told the truth regarding the events of September 11th.

8 years as a aerospace machinist and a aircraft nut I have been watching aircraft for at least 40 years at numerous airshows.
I watched live on this day of the second plane hitting and when the buildings begun to fall I knew in my heart that this was not right and that there was no way jet fuel burnt hot enough to melt the core beams . Like the angle of the second plane taking out the corner of the building it at best would have fell side ways and not straight down.

I have a Diploma in Fashion Design and Technology from Massey University in Wellington, New Zealand and have been working in this field for the last 5-6 years. In that time I also completed a Certificate in Aviation through Whitireia Polytechnic on the Kapiti Coast. I have my NZ Commercial Pilots License and through that, a good knowledge and understanding of aviation practices.
I have no doubt that the official cause for the destruction of the Twin Towers, and more significantly Building 7, is completely false. From what I have read and researched I believe the evidence clearly points to explosives being used to collapse the buildings. Witnesses hearing explosions, explosive residue, molten steel and the buildings falling into their own footprint are all things too huge to ignore.
