PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

My career in aviation spanned 38 years. As a pilot and Certified Flight Instructor, I specialized in the most basic concepts of flight which I have long since found is woefully absent from most flying curricula. As an ATCS, I earned OTJ Instructor and OJT Examiner ratings. I have worked in an Air Traffic Control Tower, a Radar Control Facility, an Automated Flight Service station, an air traffic data processing facility (as a system analyst), and in private industry, I worked in an Automated Flight Service Station Hub.
First, as a certified flight instructor, I can say that no pilot with the experience level of the so-called hijackers could have possibly flown ANY of the three flights that struck their targets. As far as collapses of steel structures with enormous amounts of steel re-inforced concrete throughout the structure, I can say that, since 911, I have aquired many, many photographs of such steel structures that burned more than 10 and more than 20 hours at far higher temperatures with far, far less billowing smoke (meaning a hotter and a more well fueled fire). None of these buildings ever collapsed. More importantly, as it clearly visible in the second strike against the South WTC tower, most of the aircraft fuel was expended in the initial contact with the building. And just as liquid jet fuel (kerosene) was observed in the North Tower raining down through the elevator shafts, any kerosene that was not initially ignighted was of little threat to what is possibly the most re-inforced steel structures ever built. Lastly, the famous video of the first airplane to strike the North WTC tower was filmed by the Naudet brothers who, by chance, just happened to be in a place where they would film the alleged B767 striking the North Tower. These brothers also happened to be the perfect position to film the second strike of an alleged B767 sticking the South Tower. However, in BOTH CASES, the Naudet brothers DID NOT film the aircraft in flight, rather, they focused (quite literally) on the strike point that these aircraft would eventually hit. And, as I have been informed, the Naudet brothers were later in the perfect spot to film the collapse of WTC7 which suffered no serious damage prior to its perfect, state-of-the-art collapse into the exact footprint that it architects drew on their original blue prints. And as a final note, although I never acted as an ATCS in an ARTCC (commonly known as an air traffic control center), I am well aware of the responsibilities of these air traffic facilities when an aircraft loses both radio and radar communication. There is no way I could EVER conceive that even a SINGLE passenger jetliner would proceed as long as the first aircraft did, let alone four aircraft. In short, IT DID NOT HAPPEN! Please review 3 ten minute videos that I believe show the most likely scenario of 911 as well as an in depth expose of the Naudet videos that just happened to have had the best shots of the two strikes on the TwinTowers and was also focusing on the collapse at the very moment that the building inexplicable collapsed, and from the best angle that anyone could have wished for to take that video.

Upon viewing the video of the collapse of the towers and comparing that to controlled demolitions of similar structures, I speculated that the official story was not the truth. A few days ago, I listened to a podcast and was thrilled that the experts are pursuing a disclosure of the truth. Though I believe the truth is much different than the official story, none of those who perished (including two USNA 1981 classmates) can be restored to life by bringing the perpetrators to full account. It is obvious that the attacks didn't collapse the building. Apart from the view that jet fuel doesn't melt steel (let alone the very little amount of fuel with respect to the the vast amount of massive steel), there were sub street level explosions before the buildings came down.

These buildings were designed to withstand the impact of heavy aircraft like the planes that hit them. No steel framed building has ever suffered complete collapse, even from fires that burned much longer and hotter than at the WTC. I believe the modelling of the structural elements and failure mechanisms as done for NIST contains unrealistic loading factors and only through those factors are NIST able to show a total collapse happening.

It has become very obvious over the years that the 3 buildings collapsed in free fall in what can only be a controlled demolition. For a fire to have simultaneously melted all columns causing collapse from one floor and then to another is physically impossible. That the 3 buildings are the only structural steel buildings to have ever collapsed in such a manner in history and all on the same day is reason enough to raise questions about the accuracy of the original investigation. For the sake of the freedom of humanity, questions need to be answered and people must be held accountable to discover the truth of what occurred on 9/11/2001.

When he first saw the video of WTC 7, my son (recently graduated with an MS in Construction Engineering), remarked 'That was a controlled demolition'. I have a BSME from Ohio State University (graduated 2010). I passed the fundamentals of engineering exam and have yet to take the PE exam to get certified (I would like to at some point). Currently I work in the aerospace industry as a contractor to General Electric Marine division who supplies aeroderivative gas turbine packages to marine customers (primarily navies) around the world. I have 10 years professional experience. I have worked on many root cause analysis investigations as wellwhere it is imperative to consider all evidence to conclude probable failure modes and make proper recommendations for corrective actions.
The vast amount of evidence I have seen presented in the numerous AE911 documentaries, webinars, etc. that refutes the official conclusions of NIST is alarming and disturbing. The evidence is overwhelming and needs to be addressed in an official investigation.

The way the structures were collapsing could not have been due entirely to an aircraft strike and the resulting jet fuel fire. There was another building that collapsed that was not hit by an aircraft. Buildings were in free fall and explosive residue was found in the dust. There is something else going on.

The type of explosions and the fact that the buildings fell onto their own footprints is definite proof that the buildings were rigged with explosives. It was definitely an inside job. This is unmistakable.

I was 12, saw the collapses live on TV, couldn't figure out how planes caused it, but there were reports of planted bombs. Over the years I've seen all proper documentaries, and the TV ones as well. I've read a few books, like Another Nineteen. I watch almost everything from James Corbett, Jason Bermas and ae911truth. Jet fuel can't melt steel beams.

I have followed this sad event virtually from the beginning. Watching video of the collapse of those three buildings, it was obvious that aircraft hitting the upper region of WT-1 and WT-2 didn't cause them to collapse, especially when the collapse for one started more or less at the ground floor. The collapse of WT-7 later in the day was a pathetic joke. Like the 'in-house' murders of President Kennedy and Robert Kennedy, perhaps the official white wash will be scrubbed away. As Roosevelt needed Pearl Harbor to get the American public supporting entry into WW II, the US needed a strong reason to get support for a pre-planned invasion of Iraq.

The days following 9/11, as the news reported out on TV, I was standing alone in my living room and watched for the first time the third building collapse. I said out-loud to myself, 'that's a demolition'. From observation alone, it clearly was a demolition as the building uniformly collapsed in free fall. This made me more carefully observe the collapse of the twin towers as the video footage was replayed on TV. The more I watched the replays, both buildings also uniformly collapsed in free fall. Then weeks, months after the 9/11, there were news reports about the sustained extreme temperatures in the rubble. The remains of the building collapse was mainly dust, There were no body parts, no bones, no office furniture etc. Later I learned that the official explanation was that the buildings collapsed from the fire. I knew there was definitely more going on than fire to take down all three buildings in uniform free fall, with the remains being only dust at extreme high temperatures.

I hold a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University. I am now retired, but I spent most of my career in the manufacture, or disassembly of explosives and explosive devices. I have worked on a number of high profile programs such as the Space Shuttle, Peacekeeper and Trident D5 ballistic missiles. I have managed ordinance demilitarization operations, and have invented two families of novel commercial blasting agents. During the course of my career, I have personally set millions of pounds of explosives and performed everything from small scale test shots, to million pound plus mine production shots.
As an explosives engineer, the most telling feature of the events of 9/11 was the collapse of Building 7. It appears to me to be quite evident that Building 7 collapsed as a result of a controlled demolition, and not as a result of aircraft colliding with either of the towers. Furthermore, the fact that portions of the limited investigation that have been performed are being withheld from the public clearly demonstrates that there is need for an independent investigation to honestly report all of the facts to the American people.

I had never previously viewed the videos of the building collapses with a critical eye until watching documentaries that state the elapsed time of the collapses and provide eye witness accounts of explosions within the buildings that were unrelated to the airplane impacts. Also, the open-air burn temperature of jet fuel did not provide a heat source sufficient to melt the steel structure and produce a building collapses at near free-fall speeds.
