PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The official explanation of office fires cannot be true. If such fires could bring down a steel skyscraper, would anyone ever feel safe in one, or set foot in one again? The destruction of evidence and lack of a real forensic investigation make me very suspicious. Somebody got away with murder. Who? and Why? I have been very skeptical about the collapse of the twin towers and in particular WTC 7 from day 1. Not simply as someone who is wary of the establishment and governments, but simply as an architect. - - - - I have shared my theories in more detail with friends, but have often been met with a degree of skepticism or disinterest. - - - - I have read, but never believed the official report. The most damning evidence (for me) was from a particular video of the top of (one of) the two towers starting to topple in one direction. Yet miraculously, the mass starts to correct itself and the building falls pancake style. This defies the basic laws of physics. The momentum developed by that mass in one direction could only correct itself if the feet of the building were pulled out from under it. (I don't believe this was anoptical illusion. - - - - WTC 7: controlled demolition, no questions. - - - - I believe that after the 1993 bombing, all the WTC towers were wired for controlled demolition in order to pre-empt a potential domino effect in downtown Manhattan should a more powerful bomb cause one of twin towers to topple. The damage would have been potentially catastrophic. - - - - This could have easily been accomplished, and would certainly fall under a national security operation, complete with a legitimate and understandable blanket of confidentiality. If ever the towers did need to come down (which it turned out they did) the act would be committed under the need for national security.

Have been in electronics for over 20 years. I was in the Army as an Avionics Equipment Repairer and hold over 2300 hours of documented work in an Aprentiship for Journeyman Electrician Radio Repairer, or something like that, with the Department of Labor. US Army 1988-1991. Have direct knowledge of how RF and the surrounding principals work. I held a N.A.B.E.R. (National Association of Broadcast and Educational Radio) for almost 10 years. Worked as an Assistant Engineer for several radio stations.
The evidence proves that 9/11 was not performed by merely 19 hijackers. The evidence proves that there is no way that ANYONE could have used cell phones to call people from those planes. The calls just would not have been successful. The plane is acting like a faraday shield and would prevent the signals from reaching the towers, especially with the plane over 4,000 ft and traveling over 200 MPH. The evidence also shows that there was thermite/thermate used in the destruction of the WTC's. The complete and utter destruction is not possible by a natural collapse, and it is not possible to destroy the lower columns completely as they become thicker and stronger the lower you go in the building. It's like a tree, it's bigger at the bottom to provide better support.

A uniform collapse of a building over its full width and length at free fall acceleration for 8 stories (as was noted by NIST for building #7), is more than likely not a product of office fires. To achieve this one would need simultaneous and almost instantaneous failures of all supporting columns in a building. The finding of iron microspheres and unignited material which has the signature of nano-thermite based on a team of international scientists (including nano-Chemist Niels Harrit with 60 scientific papers published in the best journals) is equally disturbing and merits an independent investigation into all 3 buildings.

The collapse of WTC 7 is clearly the most disturbing from my perspective, given that it did not appear to have fatal structural or fire damage. But I am also troubled by the complete lack of respect of the site as a crime scene and the deliberately blase attitude of the officials charged with investigating the events in removing literally hundreds of thousands of tons of evidence. I find the lack of even an acknowledgment by the government of the myriad inconsistencies in the official version of events appalling.

Jet fuel cannot distribute itself to initiate a telescopic collapse at free fall speed. Jet fuel in any quantity cannot produce the 2750F needed to create molten steel found in the basements off all 3 buildings that collapsed. That was the by product of thermite that was used in what had to be controlled demolitions. The terrorists did not have access to set the charges in the buildings or the technical knowledge and capability of pulling it off. The official story not only doesn't make sense, it defies science.

When you look at the empirical data, instead of making it up to conform to your presuppositions (the official conspiracy theory) as did NIST, then you are compelled to suspect some aspect of government complicity in this tragic false flag psyop against the American people. Holder of several US and Canadian canoe and kayak safety patents that are currently posted on the US Coast Guard Office of Boating Safety website. These simple buoyancy devices (sponsons) save lives by permitting human bodies to escape the water that will eventually kill by hypothermia, regardless of wearing a PFD. Physics, common sense, and the appearance of controlled demolitions all call for research into what happened on 911. Buildings that are damaged should not fall as a controlled demolition would. You would see some point of resistance and not a free fall into itself. WTC 7 never had answers to why it fell. WTC 1 and 2 appear to have fallen exactly the same way that WTC 7 fell. What did happen that day?

It took a few months for it to sink in that I was not seeing a collapse of the towers, but an explosion. When first looking into 9/11 truth, I encountered a lot of silly theorizing, and had to learn to see with my own eyes. The work being done by scholars and engineers is impressive, and I hope in the end it allows us to get an honest and fair investigation into the whole sorry episode on September 11, 2007. There are so many things that make no sense in the 'official' story, and so many reported anomalies that are not consistent with the reports from the 9/11 Commission and from NIST.

What concerns me is that most people don't even know about tower 7. The fact that the 9/11 commission did not even mention it in the the report concerns me and raises many red flags. That fact, along with many others about the commission- such as Zelikow's obvious conflict of interest- should be enough cause for a new truly independent investigation.

I have built and helped build numerous commercial and residential buildings over twenty years and the science of building has changed over that time. But the physics of how buildings fall has not.
A building of this magnitude does not fall cleanly. It has been engineered for the possibility of strikes by airplanes. A basic chemistry student can tell you exothermic reactions can only occur with input of chemicals that can react to create them. (i.e. thermite, bomb charges, etc). The pictures of the towers show massive exothermic reaction secondary to the initial impacts that is not consistent with solely jet fuel fires. The fires were basically burned out in numerous photos. Where does the 'fuel' come from for the additional explosions that are seen (light flashes) on many films of the collapse? Where does the 'fuel' for the massive upper explosions come from? The findings are not complete or plausible with what can be seen on film. Why was there such a hurry to remove the evidence without adequate investigation? I demand a more thorough investigation with independent impartial scientists, engineers and expert demolition investigators.

I am a well educated American with a profound respect for our country, it's constitution, and the founding fathers who would certainly not stand by without questioning such an event that is surrounded by ulterior motives, and driving our nation into world wars in the name of money and power for a select group in control.
I am interested in an independent and authentic investigation on the events of 9/11 without omission or manipulation and will support this pursuit as long as I live. I knew that this did not look right from the start the way the buildings fell and were turned into dust in a matter of seconds. Me fears were confirmed when evidence of thermate was revealed along with seismic reading consistent of explosives rather than a collapse. Finally, the arrogance of the government to pull WTC7 astounds me and strikes me as the most damning evidence of a cover up/inside job. I would simply ask people to take a look at the evidence and consider the 6 years of the motives for a war on terror that is waged illegally and incites hatred against our great nation. It is physically impossibly for the upper floors of those towers to fall through the path of greatest resistance at anywhere near free-fall speed. It is physically impossible for jet fuel to melt steel. The evidence is incontrovertible.

Cuts on vertical members strongly suggest the use of shaped charges. Bursting, billowing smoke from the WTC towers, long, deep rumbling and reports from MANY who were in or around the towers, as well as INITIAL news media reports suggest the use of controlled demolition. Strong similarity in appear-ance to what one sees in films of controlled demo-lition. Official reports neglect to mention the mas-sive core vertical members, and that the building were speciall designed and constructed to withstand airliner collision. Aircraft fuel is low-temperature burning KEROSENE. Very squirrely non-response by NORAD after the first impact upon the North Tower.

These are the points I find most compelling: The discrepancy between the temperature of burning jet fuel and the melting point of steel, and the presence of molten steel weeks after the event. The missing energy required to pulverize concrete and eject steel beams laterally from the bldg. The verbal account of an immense explosion in the basement of one of the Twin Towers prior to collapse.

I wish some professional physics people would start talking more about the nature of potential energy (gravity) and explain that most kinetic energy calculations are based on the transfer of energy between solids. I am not a physics major but my gut tells me that there is not enough potential energy in a 100+ story building to pulverize that much concrete and eject steel beams laterally, even if the entire building were airlifted 1 mile up and dropped. True kinetic calculations would also be a nightmare and I am amazed at how simple both truthers and liars make them sound?
