PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have been working as a practicing architect since my graduation in 2002, under the care of a fully licensed architect. I have also completed my internship, but I just never took the exams. I can complete town-approved drawings for residential homes (start to finish, including structure design), and have put together many packages for small scale commercial buildings.
For many years I went along with all reported news on the destruction of buildings 1 and 2 without knowing anything about building 7. A few years ago my girlfriend had me watch a documentary on the destruction of building 7, which really made me question my thoughts on it all. Since that day I have watched, read and reviewed everything I could get my hands on (including the actual building plans you have on your website) and have come to realize that many reported facts simply can't be true. The sentence That's just not possible is a phrase I now use often when it comes to this subject.

The 9/11 and NIST reports were childish in their attempt to explain the cause of events that had no realistic chance of occurring: namely, the destruction of a modern steel frame building with simple fire. The NIST report on 9/11 generated only shame for the governmental efforts to cover, cloud, and deny the facts of the events on and around 9/11. Among the scientific and engineering community is a patriotic effort to begin fighting for the truth of the incident - the first of its kind of America. And it's about time.

The collapse of WTC 7 is clearly the most disturbing from my perspective, given that it did not appear to have fatal structural or fire damage. But I am also troubled by the complete lack of respect of the site as a crime scene and the deliberately blase attitude of the officials charged with investigating the events in removing literally hundreds of thousands of tons of evidence. I find the lack of even an acknowledgment by the government of the myriad inconsistencies in the official version of events appalling.

Jet fuel cannot distribute itself to initiate a telescopic collapse at free fall speed. Jet fuel in any quantity cannot produce the 2750F needed to create molten steel found in the basements off all 3 buildings that collapsed. That was the by product of thermite that was used in what had to be controlled demolitions. The terrorists did not have access to set the charges in the buildings or the technical knowledge and capability of pulling it off. The official story not only doesn't make sense, it defies science.

Holder of several US and Canadian canoe and kayak safety patents that are currently posted on the US Coast Guard Office of Boating Safety website. These simple buoyancy devices (sponsons) save lives by permitting human bodies to escape the water that will eventually kill by hypothermia, regardless of wearing a PFD. Physics, common sense, and the appearance of controlled demolitions all call for research into what happened on 911. Buildings that are damaged should not fall as a controlled demolition would. You would see some point of resistance and not a free fall into itself. WTC 7 never had answers to why it fell. WTC 1 and 2 appear to have fallen exactly the same way that WTC 7 fell. What did happen that day?

It took a few months for it to sink in that I was not seeing a collapse of the towers, but an explosion. When first looking into 9/11 truth, I encountered a lot of silly theorizing, and had to learn to see with my own eyes. The work being done by scholars and engineers is impressive, and I hope in the end it allows us to get an honest and fair investigation into the whole sorry episode on September 11, 2007. There are so many things that make no sense in the 'official' story, and so many reported anomalies that are not consistent with the reports from the 9/11 Commission and from NIST.

What concerns me is that most people don't even know about tower 7. The fact that the 9/11 commission did not even mention it in the the report concerns me and raises many red flags. I have built and helped build numerous commercial and residential buildings over twenty years and the science of building has changed over that time. But the physics of how buildings fall has not.
A building of this magnitude does not fall cleanly. It has been engineered for the possibility of strikes by airplanes. A basic chemistry student can tell you exothermic reactions can only occur with input of chemicals that can react to create them. (i.e. thermite, bomb charges, etc). The pictures of the towers show massive exothermic reaction secondary to the initial impacts that is not consistent with solely jet fuel fires. The fires were basically burned out in numerous photos. Where does the 'fuel' come from for the additional explosions that are seen (light flashes) on many films of the collapse? Where does the 'fuel' for the massive upper explosions come from? The findings are not complete or plausible with what can be seen on film. Why was there such a hurry to remove the evidence without adequate investigation? I demand a more thorough investigation with independent impartial scientists, engineers and expert demolition investigators.

I am a well educated American with a profound respect for our country, it's constitution, and the founding fathers who would certainly not stand by without questioning such an event that is surrounded by ulterior motives, and driving our nation into world wars in the name of money and power for a select group in control.
I am interested in an independent and authentic investigation on the events of 9/11 without omission or manipulation and will support this pursuit as long as I live. Strong similarity in appear-ance to what one sees in films of controlled demo-lition. Official reports neglect to mention the mas-sive core vertical members, and that the building were speciall designed and constructed to withstand airliner collision. Aircraft fuel is low-temperature burning KEROSENE. Very squirrely non-response by NORAD after the first impact upon the North Tower.

Video footage of the collapse of WTC building 7 leaves no other conclusion than that it was brought down by controlled demolition, a process that must be planned out long in advance. WTC 7 has not been commented on in the public discussion of 911.

These are the points I find most compelling: The discrepancy between the temperature of burning jet fuel and the melting point of steel, and the presence of molten steel weeks after the event. The missing energy required to pulverize concrete and eject steel beams laterally from the bldg. The verbal account of an immense explosion in the basement of one of the Twin Towers prior to collapse.

I am single, childless, 46 years old, and have a dog named Lucy and have been a Nurse since 1989. My B.S. degree from OSU was to help me pursue graduate studies in dolphin research but I never pursued that. Currently I work in a Level 1 trauma center as a staff RN.
I wish some professional physics people would start talking more about the nature of potential energy (gravity) and explain that most kinetic energy calculations are based on the transfer of energy between solids. I am not a physics major but my gut tells me that there is not enough potential energy in a 100+ story building to pulverize that much concrete and eject steel beams laterally, even if the entire building were airlifted 1 mile up and dropped. True kinetic calculations would also be a nightmare and I am amazed at how simple both truthers and liars make them sound?

It is highly doubtful that the current, official account would be accepted as a credible root cause for the WTC collapses by a diligent review in my industry. Hence, we are left exposed to potential recurrence unless the actual root cause is identified and mitigation is implemented.
