PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The work of Dr. Steven E. Jones and other researchers in the Journal of 9/11 Studies shows clearly that the NIST investigations of the WTC collapses did not answer the question of why and how the buildings collapsed. The NIST investigations were based on unfounded or ill-referenced assumptions, and have been carried out with an unacceptable set of restrictions and a lack of professionalism. The refusal by NIST to discuss the obvious and severe issues regarding their findings incriminates them.

After earning a BS in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University in 1978, and an MBA from Columbia University in 1983, I've have had a 40+ year career operating my family's small telecom utility business in Western Montana.
I now believe the official explanation for the tragic events on 9/11/01 was clearly implausible, certainly incomplete and most likely a criminal deceptive fabrication. All three towers collapsed in close to free fall precisely into their footprints. It was the collapse of Building 7, which dropped with precise symmetry 7 hours after the twin towers fell, officially claimed to be caused solely by fire in the lower floors, that shattered any credence I had previously given to the official story. Specifically, when I also learned not a single similar steel frame skyscraper had ever collapsed anywhere from a similar fire alone, this juxtaposition of implausible claims convinced me the entire narrative was most likely a preposterous and criminal fabrication. Building 7 fell exactly as if it was carefully prepared in advance with explosives for a controlled demolition. Controlled demolition is the only plausible cause for Building 7 to collapse as it did. Explosives had to have been placed prior to the attack, further indicating the official narrative was preposterous. These, and the many other anomalies in the official story, demand a new, independent and honest investigation

I received my Master of Divinity Degree from the Starr King School for the Ministry in Berkeley, California, in 1986. From 2000 until the present (2010) I've been, with my partner, in charge of the Fellowship of Humanity in Oakland, California, a deep green Humanist Church.
I've seen a dozen documentaries on the 9/11 truth scenario and they very convincingly show and tell how the WTC buildings, including Building 7, could not have collapsed the way they did (in some 8 seconds?) because airplanes hit them near the top. It is apparently a matter of physics that steel can't heat up that much or that fast from the initial burning of jet fuel on the top floors to take down the entire buildings in a short time. I was also concerned about how all the evidence of the melted beams on ground zero was removed so quickly, almost over night, so that they couldn't be adequately examined. Then there was the taped voices of the firefighters who heard explosives going off as they were working on the ground floor or the lower floors. There was so much compelling evidence for demolition -- it's all in the documentaries on this subject available to anyone I think.

While I do not posses a degree, I do have the equivalence of a BSEE degree specializing in RF (Radio Frequency) with satellite communications. My current title is Engineer II. I have worked at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory from 2002 to 2009 and have a 27 year career in RF propagation. I worked as an engineer for the satellite division of GE in Princeton NJ on 9/11 and lived in Jersey City NJ. My girlfriend was in the South Tower when the first plane hit.

No commercial airplane (or military) could possible bring down one of the twin towers. Any such aircraft would be shredded by the collision, not poke its nose out the other side. Further, there would be aircraft parts everywhere if it had been aircraft that impacted the towers. The impacting vehicle had to have been something more along the lines of a bunker buster cruise missile, which would also not bring down the building. Also, even the best pilots in the B-1 test program would have a tough time hitting the towers at that speed. Again, the precision needed could be realized using a cruise missile.

The thermite connection is strong evidence that somebody orchestrated cutting the under-pinnings of building 7 and probably had the twin towers prepared for demolition.

It boggles my mind that all three building came down in under 10 seconds due to fires and that people don't speak up about how absurd that is. Also, the Pentagon crash should not be ignored since no one has ever seen a video of a plane hitting the building. If people think that the guard gate camera is the only one that views the Pentagon, then they need to wake up! WHy haven't we seen a plane hitting the Pentagon? Probably because it wasn't a commercial airliner like we were told.

The causal thesis of fire simply doesn't match the evidence. It is at odds with basic principles of physics. The top 1/7 of a tower cannot crush the bottom 6/7 through gravity alone'Newton's third law; equal and opposite reactions and conservation of energy'and free-fall speeds violate Newton's second law. WTC7 most exposes the deception in the most visually clear way, looking cleaner than maybe 90% of controlled demolitions. Buildings don't implode, and they don't fall uniformly and symmetrically into their own footprint, the path of most resistance. Asymmetrical damage never results in symmetrical failure. And of course there are giant metallurgic problems with temperatures to even substantiate the initiation of failure in any part. NIST's investigation is a fraud and the American people deserve justice for this atrocity against life and liberty worldwide.

I have been studying martial arts beginning in 1975 as well as meditation. Previous to that I was a theatre student. After receiving my BA in theatre at West Georgia I began a study of Humanistic Psychology with a concentration in the study and practice of meditation.
I began subconsciously to doubt the attacks were caused by airplanes perhaps on the first day as I changed from channel to channel on my TV dial and noticed different background colors from each station. Later I realize that if you are one of us who believe no planes in fact struck the towers that this was probably a blue screen effect that each station was using to make it appear that planes had struck the towers. I also had significant doubts as to the ability of an airplane to fell a skyscraper. Even as I child I had wondered about that possibility until I had been educated that these buildings were constructed to resist such an occurrence. At the end of the day I watched as Building WTC-7 fell and knew something was wrong. It had not even had significant fires and was to far from the WTC-1 and WTC-2 to be falling because of a pancake effect. Indeed its roof was clear of any debris from the earlier collapses of WTC-1 and WTC-2. The 9/11 Commission did not even bother to mention this building in its final report even though it was announced by the BBC and at least one other TV channel to have fallen at least thirty minutes before it fell. For me this is further proof that the stations must have been orchestrating the story rather that reporting it. Later I read books by David Ray Griffin such as The New Pearl Harbor (2004), The 9/11 Commission Report: Omissions and Distortions (2005), and learned even more important facts and discovered that this was just like the John F. Kennedy assassination cover-up only on a scale that is so incredible as to make it nearly impossible to conceive and yet it is clear to anyone who will take the time to look at the facts and view a few online videos for themselves. I meet people every day who agree with me and even people who don't realize this know we are only in Iraq for the oil.

The evidence laid out in scientific method format is so clear that everyone who reads it can come to no other logical conclusion but to at the very least, question what went on at the WTC on 9/11. Even as a non-engineer, video of the building collapses strikes me as impossible. The cause for these exploding collapses is but one of many of unanswered questions about the events of 9/11, including our military's non-response, our M.I.A. leadership, why widespread foreknowledge and warnings did not lead the government to stop the events from happening, why the Commission was not interested in the financing or testimony of so many whistle-blowers, and most importantly, why the American People and Congress continue to give away our liberties with essentially no outcry, knowing the ongoing destruction of our Constitution is being justified with lie after lie. I honor the Engineers and Architects who are now leading the search for truth about the destruction of the buildings, and all the people who join this demand for truth.

I believe George Bush, Dick Cheney and members of both their cabinet and PNAC planned the entire false-flag operation as an excuse to attack any country they wished to implicate in their fabricated War on Terror for the sole purpose of profit and power. I'm a trained physiotherapist. Before that I took courses in physics and chemistry at University of 'rhus, Denmark. But most of all I'm a human being living the laws of nature everyday with a wide range of experiences from plus 30 years on this planet.
I was watching the attack from the second collapse of the towers live on TV in Denmark. The news were talking about: - how could this happen - why wer'n't there any fighters sent up - the collapses were talked about as being controlled demolition - I saw the towers collapses live on TV thinking like the newsreporters that this is clearly controlled demolition - one specific situation was the unknown livefeed from the crash in Pennsylvania. There was no debris. And even the governor confirmed that. - the live media from The Pentagon didn't show any airplane and was commented like that - any many more... I filed my thoughts away mainly because they weren't welcome were I was. Now here in 2008 it's very different.

It's hard to argue with this evidence. There should have been a frame left standing if it was truly a collapse due to the damage from the planes.
