PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I worked on the Standard Oil Building design team at Perkins and Will Partnership (1972-74), when it topped out as the tallest building in the world. That was just weeks before Yamaski's Detroit design team's 1st World Trade Center tower topped out and beat us for that record. Our Chicago team was joint ventured with the NYC-based building design firm Edward Durrell Stone. Each tower design team had been following the work of the other for several years. Many of us became friends and associates. I reviewed and studied the 911 FEMA structural analysis report of the New York City and Pentagon incidents when it was published and noted hundreds of discrepancies and apparently deliberate omissions. I worked on several major project designs for over a decade with the Seattle-based structural design firm that designed the World Trade Center towers. I was intimately familiar with the structural characteristics of the WTC towers. They were quite obviously deliberately demolished internally by high-temperature explosives placed by professional demolition experts at hundreds of key structural joints. There is no other way those buildings could collapse within their own footprints as they did.
This was a deliberate act on the part of those who already had all the access to the WTC site that they required; they used the airliner attacks as a diversion. Apparently they were aware of the planned air attacks and used that knowledge to their internal American political strategic advantage. The Neocons?

There are many flaws in the official story and I think it has been demonstrated that the towers did not fall due to the impact of the planes alone, but from a planned demolition. Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney and others to justify going to war. This is an act of treason taking a country to war just like it was by Nazi Germany prior to World War 2 that was based upon a lie. Many within the military-industrial-petroleum complex wanted to go to war against Iraq and Saddam Hussein because they are use to getting several million dollars worth of contracts annually and could not tolerate having that public money being spent for other American needs. Americans should know that Saddam Hussein was a Central Intelligence Agency recruit so that the US would have easy access to oil and natural gas just like it was done with Iran years prior. This 9/11 act of so-called terrorism is the Pearl Harbor that was identified in 1992 by the Project for the New American Century after the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991. The group that prepared the PNAC needed to find another enemy quickly. They did and many in the US have been fooled. Americans should understand that having a war against terrorism is very convenient. Any open minded and honest person that would view carefully the films of the collapse of the Twin Towers should conclude this was a controlled demolition when they critically view the periodic puffs of smoke as the buildings came down. Likewise, any open minded and honest person that would listen carefully to the testimony of several people present said there were sounds of explosions should conclude this was a controlled demolition. Any person that knows anything about temperature to melt structural steel utilized should conclude that jet fuel could not melt or weaken the structural steel and cause it to collapse in the manner it was filmed. These World Trade Center buildings are the first high rise buildings in the US that came down due to fire or by an airplane! Any person that saw pictures of the structural steel left at ground zero before it was quickly removed from the premise in a around the clock effort should witness the uniformity of cut angles that assisted with the building collapse. According to the book called Censored 2005, The Top 25 Censored Stories of 2003 and 2004 by Peter Phillips and Project Censored, story #15 that did not get published was called Israelis seen filming 9/11 tragedy. The source is the Scotland Sunday Herald, November 2, 2003. Israeli intelligence may have known the attacks of 9/11 were going to occur, but did nothing to stop them. Five Israeli intelligence agents were spotted filming and celebrating as the World Trade Center fell. All of them had links to Mossad. Finally, Americans should know that the owner of the World Trade Center made a handsome profit from the insurance coverage, which is more than just being lucky or a good business man.

I have believed from the beginning that this was a controlled demolition just watching it happen. I have been in the building and was familiar with the design by Yamasaki. I worked for architects who were key people in his firm. I knew that the building was supported primarily by the elevator core. Later I heard that men had been doing work in the elevator shafts for many weeks leading up to the disaster. From there, I read a number of articles on who may have been responsible.

All three WTC buildings fell at free-fall speed into their own footprints, classic intentional demolition via internally set explosives. Building 7 collapsed without significant damage from planes, or other obvious external sources. Several first responders including firemen reported explosions in building 1 and 2, including in the basements, prior to the collapse events. Combined with the prodigious volume of fine-grained dust (blown outward from the buildings, and the smoking gun of thermite residue analyzed from metal girder samples, plus persistent pools of molten metal beneath rubble (kerosene jet fuel cannot melt steel), highly suggest the intention demolition of WTC high-rise office buildings independent of external damage caused by aircraft collisions. The mainstream explanation of the WTC demolitions cannot explain away the above observations. A politically independent panel of experts must be convened to finally expose the truth of what happened to the WTC on 9-11-2001.

I have no expertise in this matter, although this is a required field to fill out. HOWEVER, I find compelling the fact that a significant number of people with presumed expertise find the evidence to be inconclusive, and therefore feel it must be given some weight and deserves the right of rebuttal in formal hearing.
I have not reviewed the evidence sufficiently to offer any substantial opinion for or against the official statements. That being said, when a sufficient number of qualified persons are banding together in organized form with coherent questions and in request of coherent answers on matters of such import, I think common sense dictates that adequate response must be given, or at minimum adequate reason why the inquiries are not sufficiently tenable to be given deserved attention. The official story leaves so many questions that it is more likely the result of disinformation and the fundamental attribution error than a full impartial review of evidence. Those who have fallen prey to the aforementioned error also appear so committed to their erroneous beliefs that they won't accept any evidence to the contrary, even if it's piled to the moon. It is quite evident that buildings do not collapse in that fashion; they only do so in the context of a controlled demolition, furthermore, the fact that the twin towers were SPECIFICALLY built to withstand direct impacts from multiple jet airliners, puts a 'collapse' explanation into question. There are so many more inconsistencies with the entire event: no interception of planes; explosions in the base of the towers; building 7; molten steel several stories below grade, under tons of rubble, still smoldering for several days, if not weeks; politicians told not to fly that day; extreme market movement the day before; they are the only steel frame buildings to 'collapse' due to fire, EVER! and both occurred within minutes of each other. It goes on and on, which is all very disconcerting, but there are facts and undeniable photo and video evidence to support claims of wanton demolition.

I have studied logic and science in my college career and because of my education and my rational thinking and training I have come to the conclusion that the official explanation for the collapse of the World Trade Center buildings cannot be correct and therefore is misleading to the American people and the global community.
There are far too many reasons why an independent and thorough investigation into the collapse of the World Trade Center buildings is needed. However, the forensic proof of chemicals that can be traced to sophisticated explosives should be reason enough to further an investigation. Also, the true manner in which the buildings fell is simply not in line with the official conclusion that they were caused to collapse by fire. The math just does not add up. One cannot look at the facts and science in the face and ignore the truth. The American people deserve a more thorough and impartial investigation.

I am intrigued by the way that psychological, and emotional forces can be used as a tool to help such huge populations of people bury their heads in the sand, and close their minds to information that will upset their schemas of how the country works, and how protected and secure the population can feel.
Even when watching TV on the day of 9/11, when I saw Building 7 fall I said to myself, That's not how a damaged building behaves. Further reading convinces me that there are people powerful enough to get the cooperation of many organizations in helping them cover up the killing of innocent people in huge numbers. The only way to make us somewhat safer, is to bring such people to justice, so that others with that kind of power have a disincentive to not wield that power the way it was on 9/11.

I wondered who would benefit, financially, AS those two buildings, our front teeth, came down. Learning a third building collapsed next door, hidden from the world's attention, sealed my doubt as to perpetrators being ''19 fanatics acting for the guy who lives in a cave (on dialysis.)''Immediately after, I heard someone? collected and disposed of all emergency phone calls and the control-tower recordings of that morning.

Any intelligent, well-informed person who has studied the collapses of the WTC buildings, as well as the events and circumstances surrounding this event, cannot come to any other conclusion than the explanation provided by the 911 Commission Report is at most, a fraud and coverup, and in the least, a biased, unscientific, incomplete, and misguided excuse for an investigation.

I have taken the college calculus course at Southern Oregon University. Since then I was a compresed chemical gas mixer and a cryogenic vacuum technician.
I read a book entitled Tall Building Criteria and Loading edited by Edwin H. Gaylord. On page 423 he describes an incident where a B-25 aircraft hit the Empire State Building in New York City in 1945. I think the incident deserves another look and should be publicized like the Pentagon Papers in the 1970's.

I saw the 9/11 building collapses on live television and on re-plays. The collapses looked like controlled demolitions as did the Building 7 collapse later in the day. There are too many unanswered questions that were not adequately addressed by the 9/11 commission in its investigation. A new impartial investigation needs to be carried out.

New York is my city of origin and I completed my High School Studies there. After several years of employment working for a major airline in the area of marketing and sales in New York, I relocated to the state of Florida. Based on my academic knowledge of science, I am convinced there is reasonable doubt about the reasons for the collapse of the Twin Towers. The evidence exhibited by the architects revealing how other steel frame buildings have fallen over provide compelling reasons for re-opening this investigation. It is within the principles of our democratic system of government for the American public to learn the truth.

I was trained in Social Work and Psychology in the early 1990's in South Africa. I have traveled extensively. I have recently moved to the US with my family, who are US citizens. At present I am working at a Women's Shelter which helps women and children in situations of domestic violence.
I have deep concerns about the manner in which the buildings collapsed i.e. directly into their footprint and not over to one side; and at nearly free fall speeds into the area of strongest resistance. I am also concerned with the possibility of the use of nano thermite explosives. If the buildings were demolished subsequent to the airplanes hitting them, it is this that killed the largest number of people on that day. Therefore I believe this to be a question of great importance.

I've been in the machining trade, and worked with all types ferrous & non-ferrous materials for nearly 30 years.
It defies logic, and I would imagine physics, for these building to collapse in such a manner, straight down, in their own footprints. This is a crime scene, and was not treated as such.

I am not an architect or engineer, but my education and experience have taught me to be a critical thinker. And when shown the extent and type of evidence that was shown here, I can make a very educated guess of what happened.
Even though I am not an architect or engineer, I knew enough about steel and fire to be skeptical that morning when I heard that the first tower had collapsed. Then when I heard the second one had collapsed, I couldn't believe it. And when I actually saw the images on TV, of how straight down they fell, I couldn't help but think implosion. But as much as part of me couldn't help but see an implosion over and over, the other part of me wanted to believe what they were telling us on the news: It was the burning jet fuel that brought them down.

The events of 09/11/01 changed my life and changed the lives of every one of my clients. The story of three structural steel/concrete buildings ... owned by the same individual ... (primarily) collapsing because of heat ... all on the same day ... deserves a more thorough, honest and intelligent explanation ... well beyond what THE 9/11 COMMISSION REPORT AUTHORIZED EDITION (NO publication date cited on ISBN page) did not explain.
The total and sudden collapse of Building 7 on 09/11/01 has never been explained by either reasonable or plausible explanation for this surreal event. I believe that the 39th or top floor of this EXTRA SECURE STEEL AND CONCRETE FORTRESS housed the OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND INTERAGENCY PREPAREDNESS (OEM) or what was the DISASTER Command Center for the Greater NY Metropolitan Area. Wasn't this building designed to remain intact and functionally operational (with its own independent life support system) during and/or following the most extreme conditions ... a building so secure that it was used (in part) as a VAULT for the safe storage of VERY IMPORTANT documents, perhaps even classified documents for government agencies that are abbreviated by three letters including: SEC; FBI; CIA? ... and then early in the evening of 09/11/01 this entire FORTRESS rewrites the laws of physics with a beautifully mellifluous implosion (or explosion) upon itself. They're pulling the building!
