PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in architecture from the Oxford School of Architecture, Oxford, UK. I then moved back to the US to work as an apprentice in the Master of Architecture program at the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture, Scottsdale AZ. During this time, my interest in the connection between landscape and architecture grew. After spending a year as an apprentice, I met a multidisciplinary designer named Pliny Fisk in Austin, Texas. I then moved to work with Pliny on the Texas A&M solar decathlon project, and I eventually attended Texas A&M where Pliny was signature faculty in the architecture department. While completing my Masters degree in architecture, I constructed my off grid shelter in Tuscola, Texas near where I grew up. I also collaborated with numerous architects and designers on award winning building projects around the world. Since that time, I have continued to work on projects at a variety of scales and types with an emphasis on connecting buildings and people to places with design. I'm currently a project designer at Laguarda Low Architecture and Planning in Dallas, and owner of Taproot Studio: a residential and commercial design practice.
To AIA members who voted down AIA Resolution 15-6: Why wouldn't you investigate a circumstance indicating that current best practices in steel building construction are endangering the lives of everyone in and around the building? How could you assert that you are upholding the reasonable standard of care if NIST says that low temperature fires in steel buildings can and do lead to free fall collapse scenarios as seen in Building 7? While some of you may suspect that NIST is being deceptive, you may view the incidents of 9/11 as disconnected with your own life and practice. If so, you're wrong there. If you let building 7 go uninvestigated, you set the stage for a repeat scenario (and in so doing fail to uphold the professional standard of care), as it could be your building next. We don't know how to safeguard against the real threat until we investigate a circumstance and determine the cause. Anyone with university level education in architecture in the U.S. has no excuse for not demanding an investigation into the collapse of WTC 7 in the interest of improving design factors and codes for steel construction.

I've been working in the construction field for more than 3 years now, on an structural design approach, for public and private organization in Colombia. I studied six months structural steel design in Mexico as well.

I happened to be at home on 9/11 and saw it live on TV. My mother said that she thought the towers would collapse, but I was sure that this would not happen, or only after a rather long time. And if it happened, then only the top floors above the impact zone would fall down. But then the towers were pulverized and I was sitting on the couch with my chin on the floor. All the evidence that has been found, as in the paper by Niels Harrit about thermite in the dust, confirms my initial doubt about the collapses.

I have 20 years of experience in designing large scale residential projects. In the capacity of co-owner of an internationally known architects office I have (co-) designed and coordinated various national and international projects. Being responsible from the conceptual stage to completion I have led project teams with colleagues from all over the world. In 2001 I was working on a project that included 2 identical 21-floor apartment towers in the city of Rotterdam, The Netherlands. One morning I had a discussion with the Fire Department regarding the fire equipment in the buildings. The firemen insisted that the capacity of the water-pump had to be twice as much as designed. They reckoned with simultaneous fires in both towers. I considered their demand to be too much, because in my opinion the chance of a fire in both towers at the same time would be so negligible small that a more economic pump would be sufficient. The firemen held their position. It was September 11, around 10 AM GMT. Less than 4 hours before the tragedy at the WTC...

Building 7 falling at free-fall speed should be enough evidence for another investigation. Why is the government resisting a new investigation? Because the evidence they are going to find will not lead them to some cave people in Afghanistan. Iraq for 8 years, Afghanistan for 10 and now Libya...obviously there is an agenda.

Although I have no technical education or experience in the architectural/engineering field my father, who is an engineer, has gone over in detail the concepts and premises on which these claims are based. My current field is in psychology with a focus on analytical and behavioral studies which includes the relationship between substance abuse and survivors of trauma (e.g. 9/11) and/or PTSD cases involving military personnel returning from combat.
I have been researching all 3 building collapses since the day this horrible tragedy occurred. What originally led me to the extensive time and effort it took to form an educated opinion based on expert and eye-witness accounts was the pre-mature announcement of WTC 7 collapsing. Doubt has plagued me ever since and has been supported through numerous outlets such as AE911Truth. The material and expertise collected here is impressive and astounding at the same time. I have watched several documentaries including but not limited to Improbable Collapse, Loose Change, The Explosive Reality, and Aftermath: Unanswered Questions from 911. I have also watched several presentations given by Mr. Gage and feel that overall AE911Truth presents evidence in a concise, respectful and professional manner without placing blame. After years of speculation and research, it is my opinion that WTC 7 was a controlled demolition and that WTC 1 and 2 collapsed as a result of explosives not fire as it has been claimed. The overwhelming evidence I have come across in my own quest for 9/11 truth is a result of many years of hard work from professionals in the field of structural engineering, architecture, various sciences and right on down to the firefighters, police and other eyewitnesses can only lead to my above conclusion. I sincerely thank all those who devoted themselves to this worthy cause and who gave and lost their lives on that tragic day in September.

It is my opinion that these collapses were planned demolitions as well. It is also my opinion that lack of communication or error caused these building to be demolished too quickly. I feel that the second jetliner or missile missed it's mark causing the demolition times being moved up on that building. The jetliners or missiles were both supposed to hit high on the buildings. This building is the key to finding the most visual evidence The security detail of the buildings should be called to court and forced to testify under oath. I believe that the security department saw something during repairs that would break this case wide open.

I heard Richard Gage recently in Toronto and when he showed the towers falling in slo-mo, which allowed me to see the pre-explosions exploding out a full 25 stories ahead of the collapsing building, in the case of both Towers, I learned something I never knew before, despite years of study of this issue, and I think this piece of information is especially damning and should be used to better effect by AE 911 Truth. I am a student who has been studying psychology for a few years now. I have thoroughly enjoyed watching the AE911Truth videos, and they really put science and knowledge out there for all to learn. I would encourage people to sign this petition, however, some people are too emotionally connected to the events of 9/11 to think that someone other than Bin Laden had something to do with it. Sadly, I am not sure what else we can do other than to present reality to people, and allow them to decide based on facts and knowledge they acquire in their lifespans.
If you watch a controlled demolition, you will instantly realize that 9/11 was a controlled demolition/explosion, and not just a simple collapse due to fire. So many people do not know anything about Building 7, there is even a YouTube video of Bill Clinton reporting he didn't know what Building 7 was. The horrific knowledge that so many people were obliterated into dust is hard to get around, but I hope one day the majority of my fellow Americans will realize the true culprits behind 9/11 are going unpunished.

I'm signing this petition because I believe that there are a lot of questions left unanswered. It's clearly known by the evidence that things have been overlooked and covered up. It's not fair that people who lost loved ones on 9-11 are not given any real answers. In any other murder case, the murderer is put on trial with all evidence put forward thoroughly and carefully. We also see what they're doing to all of our other civilian comrades, look at Egypt - they're all in military/'fema' camps right now, for the crime of protesting... not much dif than Syria.. only not necessarily shot down in the streets.. wonder what they're doing to those poor ex-'free' civilians that they are now 'holding'... I wonder - bcz that's another clue for us Americans - on what they'll probably try to do to us also. In Nazi Germany -- the INTELLIGENT professionals died first! This is what I learned from my Jewish/Irish friend who is highly educated in Europe... they taught what Americans would never really teach about the holocaust. She says that what is happening here and now is no different that what took down her fam in the past. When I saw the evidence of building 7, my mind began to start wondering... the explosions, the lies purported to the moos stating that nobody reporting seeing molten steel - when we all know, hear what credible people documented and even see the molten steel in recorded video. I can purport to know much about demolition or anything about buildings at all - but I can look at the evidence and see clearly that 2 airplanes can never drop 3 buildings flat in their own footprints! I think every human being and even animal should have the capacity to see the obviousness in that!

I believe the official report itself about World Trade Center 7 called for further investigation into its collapse. Many scientific individuals have had serious doubt that World Trade Center 7 could have collapsed as it did given that it was not hit by a plane. The chemical evidence given by residents across the street from the Trade Center was analyzed to have thermite in it. Furthermore, the high temperature days later on the ground is highly suspect to not be the result of fire. The previous investigation was not thorough enough to draw adequate conclusions. Therefore, I request another independent investigation into this matter.

I received my BA in Sociology from Edinboro State College in May of 1970 and both my MA and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois by Sept of 1973. 9/11/01 arrived at work~10:00am unaware of events, learned of first collapse from co-workers gathered around our secretary's radio and 2nd collapse when it occurred shortly thereafter. Was horrified at the logical mental image of two quarter-mile-tall towers (having previously stood at the foot of them) having fallen over (collapsed) from fire and plane collision, creating massive destruction as they crashed on surrounding buildings of lower Manhattan. When I saw video later, around 5pm, I was dumbfounded at the peculiar top-to-bottom, 4th of July sparkler, banana peeling action of the collapse that was so different from what I had imagined. Then I just accepted it, being distracted by and disapproving of the march to war. I was quite drawn to that problem and other facets of Bush Administration policy and actions which I followed closely. I was curious about the details of the collapse when some TV docs began to look at pancake models, and remember being vaguely aware of truthers as a flaky line of thought to avoid. My growing awareness and research on line of falsification of war justification and action lead one day to actually looking at your site and similar sources and the whole basic obvious science of a demolition (vs. collapse) was immediately apparent to me. It's almost hard to remember that at that point, despite being as politically skeptical as I have always been, the hard part was accepting the logical implications of culpability.
