PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have over 60 years of experience in the design and construction of mechanical systems for all types of buildings including high-rise office towers. I am an expert in heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing and fire protection systems. I support the work of Dr. Steven Jones. He has provided a scientific foundation for the collapse of the three World Trade Center (WTC) towers. I read the FEMA September 2002 report, prepared by the American Society of Civil Engineers, and initially accepted their theory of the collapse of WTC 1 and 2. As more information became available on the web, I was motivated to research the subject in a more rigorous manner. I have carefully studied the Jones 2006 paper, 'Why Indeed Did the WTC Buildings Completely Collapse?' and concluded that it is a rational step-by-step study that met the acceptable standards for scientific building research. His critical reviews of the FEMA, NIST, and 9/11 Commission reports are correct. I have signed his petition calling for the release of all U.S. Government-held information regarding the events of 9/11/2001. Richard Gage and Steven Jones's call for a serious investigation of the hypothesis that the WTC 7 and the Twin Towers were brought down, not just by impact damage and fire, but through the use of pre-positioned cutter-charges, must be a rallying cry for all building design experts to speak out. They are following in the footsteps of Dr. Linus Pauling of the California Institute of Technology, who rallied his fellow scientists to oppose the development of the Hydrogen Bomb and the testing of nuclear weapons. He was later awarded the 1962 Nobel Peace Prize for these efforts.

I am retired from Saudi Aramco where I was a Loss Prevention Engineer for 12 years. I conducted several major industrial investigations at Saudi Aramco. Previously I was an investigator with a forensics engineering firm in Kingwood, TX (1993-1997), a research engineer with Amoco in Naperville, IL (1985-1992), and a design engineer with UOP in Des Plaines, IL (1972-1981). (Between 1981 and 1985 I was at Northwestern Univ completing my MS and PhD degrees in Chemical Engineering.)
I was always more skeptical about the collapse of WTC7, i.e., as compared with WTC1&2 which pancaked down. WTC7 seemed essentially whole in its upper floors, as it fell, indicating failure of support columns lower in the building. However, after reviewing ae911truth films, I'm now no longer so sure about WTC1&2, i.e., thermite/thermate evidence. I certainly would support an unbiased thorough investigation. I would volunteer to be on it, but I have a strong bias after my years in the Middle East, i.e., very much anti-Israel, which could hurt the investigation.

All my life I have been interested in the physical world and have observed the way things worked and interacted. Out of high school I went into the Navy and worked on aircraft, learning the fundamentals of how planes fly and the workings of aircraft carriers. After 18 years at large, watching the world, I started my engineering education at City College in SF, transferred to San Francisco State and graduated in 2000 with my BS in Civil Engineering. While at SFSU, I took great interest in the controlled demolition of a seismically damaged dormitory on campus, watching it in person. I obtained videos of other controlled demos just to study how the structures fell. I have been working for Caltrans as a bridge engineer since 2000. While I don't remember all the formulas for the physics, I certainly retain my understanding of the physical laws of the known universe.
Once I recovered from my initial shock of the WTC collapses and started watching the videos over and over, it became quite obvious that a controlled demolition had occurred. The photos of the massive steel backbone of WTC1 & 2 as they were being built should make even the most casual observer question how such a robust structure could possibly collapse, essentially into its own footprint without the help of controlled demolition. Count how many stars there are in the universe and that number may approach the odds of even one of the towers collapsing into its own footprint, let alone two or three. I knew WTC7 was a controlled demo the instant I saw it go down. It collapsed from the bottom up - the support for the lower floors had to be blown out of the way as the upper floors came down. When one stands back and looks at the larger picture, things become quite sinister. The high level of planning and secrecy required to pull off such an insane scheme as 9/11 is mind boggling. Apparently a CIA field office was located in WTC7...that's enough incriminating evidence for me...to...oh boy! Now we're beyond the engineering into the real scary stuff.

I just know that planes that are so fragile that hail can damage them severely, would not be able to knock the steel girders down. I watched the collapse on TV when it happened and I knew that there was no way this could happen. I don't believe I was just in denial of such a terrible tragedy. It was no way this could happen given the cause. Not counting the billions that was made on this. It makes me sick thinking about it.

A large part of my over 40year career as a nurse has been working with hospice patients and their families. They have taught me many lessons about the dying process, grief and loss. My heart still aches for the families, friends and the world who lost those close to them in this unspeakable disaster. But speak people must in calling for an honest, comprehensive investigation to address the many questions left unanswered.
If this country has any semblance of a Republic still left where the citizens have a voice that will be not only heard but listened to, the AE911Truth Petition is speaking on behalf of those voices that were silenced forever. This Petition is enacted for their loved ones as well as the citizens of the world that deserve and have the right to know exactly what TRULY went down when those towers and Building 7 were demolished. I think it was an ''inside job''. The carnage and destruction was more than planes could have done, especially since the buildings were designed to take a plane impact. Building 7 wasn't even hit by an airplane but appears to be a controlled demolition.

The whole 9/11 story and its aftermath seem to have been engineered to remove freedom to Americans. The explanation about the airplanes being responsible for the collapse of the towers does not make sense, neither is the explanation about the Pentagon or building 7.

With background information about who was to benefit from this set of collapses, and seeing the buildings and reading the information from those who were there, this is obviously our own government playing roles of secrecy and destruction using pawns that include men, women, children, and those of the service sectors (police, firefighters, etc.) that were trying to help and did heroic jobs.

The absolute Truth is owed to the families of the Firefighters and Paramedics that died on 9/11. They went into those buildings to help people who could not help themselves and were met with a scenario they never trained for. Something happened that can only be put in an Other category. I felt something was wrong with the official statement from the beginning. That a fire was the cause of the collapse was not the truth. I know that central core building steel is fireproofed. That even if fireproofing was not there that it would take more then jet fuel and office supplies to damage the core of a modern high rise.
