PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

My concerns with the Twin Towers lie in the inconsistency with the method of collapse, i.e. a symmetric free fall collapse, when damage incurred was asymmetrical - one would anticipate a toppling of the upper tower. - - Tower 7's collapse is not at all consistent with the collateral damage it received - it's collapse was as well completely symmetrical and within its footprint that is difficult to rationalize from asymmetrical damage and fire. - - It is my opinion that the official story falls well short of explaining what happened on 9/11 and further investigation is required.

I started my working career as a piano technician. I went through the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard Machinist Apprenticeship. Later got a BS in Mech E from Seattle University, then spent 4 years with Boeing as a Liaison engineer in the Wing Responsibility Center. Finally worked 16 years with US Navy as a Nuclear/Radiological engineer.
The NIST scenarios are not believable. The WTC 1 collapse is equivalent to crushing two US Nimitz class nuclear carriers in 10 seconds, given that they have about the same amount of structural steel. It's simply not possible. The NIST explanation for the WTC7 collapse is even more ludicrous. Their model shows massive failure at the back of the building, but somehow that doesn't distort the glass windows on the front of the building. I used Working Model 2D to model the effects of the conservation of momentum on WTC1. It showed that the upper stories would be significantly slowed by impact with the lower stories, adding several seconds to a free fall collapse, which takes it outside of the actual collapse time. Ergo, the lower floors were already falling when they were hit by the upper floors. Frankly, I'm extremely disappointed by the almost total lack of curiosity displayed by most of my working colleagues over the years. Lots of really smart guys who lacked the courage to ask a few rather obvious questions.

There has been never a nail or chisel existed in the world we live, which got pulverized because a hammer or slash hammer hit them into head. The chisels have been hit billions of times onto their head with slash hammers during the 18th century while our railroad system was build, where back then the steel was not that advanced as in the twin towers and they got hit and hit and hit and never got any of them pulverized. How come on 911 two steel structures, each sticking out like a huge chisel into the air get hammered once on the side and these 48 chisels shaped like two letters of H molten on two legs together and having a with of 6 inch, get to be pulverized onto their ground. That is not possible without explosives embedded into the sections of the huge chisels. In addition if you look at the videos, evidence captured on that day, you would be very soon aware that the buildings were not collapsing, rather they were exploding in all directions and pulverized extremely similar to material or matter that had been exposed to explosives. It is time for us to open an independent investigation into 911 and bring everything into day light; instead insisting that it was orchestrated by terrorist. If 911 is really orchestrated by terrorists than there shall be nothing to be scared of an independent investigation. Thank you.

I have two undergraduate degrees: biomedical engineering, and applied mathematics. I am well versed in physics, and I almost completed my masters in Engineering Management. I work in the R&D department of an animal research equipment manufacturer. I had previously interned at the Penn State Electro-Optics Center working with Ultra-fast laser research.
Looking at the evidence objectively, I can only conclude that the plane crashes and resulting fires were not the sole cause of the collapse of the Twin Towers. The way the buildings collapsed indicated that there was some pre-meditation allowing for the near perfect collapse of the towers with no real damage to the rest of New York City. Furthermore, what most people forget, is that a third tower fell that day, WTC 7. I have yet to find a satisfactory answer as to why a few office fires and some falling debris could bring down the entire WTC 7 building in a manner identical to the other towers. The physics of it all make no sense based on the 'approved story', and I believe we deserve the truth.

I graduated from college and passed my Mass. state E.I.T exam in 1991. Upon graduation, I began working for a local engineering firm doing HVAC design for commercial buildings. I then moved on to performing structural analysis/ design for the same firm, and finally ended up as a manager in charge of demolition projects for a Natural Gas equipment company, where I worked for 8 years. I have since moved on to being self-employed in an unrelated field.
The buildings that fell on 9-11-01 appeared to me, to fall at near FREE FALL speed. Without performing any experiments or calculations, and just relying on pure, old fashioned common sense, this is not possible in a steel building .... even one that had the structure weakened by fire. If the Pancake theory is correct, it stands to reason the resistance that the falling mass would encounter as each floor collapsed, would slow down the fall, at least intermittently. I simply DO NOT believe the official report and would like to see a new independent investigation.

I remember pretty clearly what I saw on 9/11, even if 18 years have passed by and I was only 16 years old at the moment. What I saw that day it was incredible to me, out of rational facts. Not only the impact of the planes and sudden fall of the towers (including a 3rd not related with the impacts) but how it was all narrated by the mass media: it was like a film, not journalism. Nobody on TV or press made questions about all the inconsistencies between the official version and the real images everybody saw on 9/11. And some things did not match.Three or four years after (I was then in the Engineering School) I randomly read something on internet about the truth movements and I started to look for alternative sources about the attacks that lead me to further news, reports and videos pointing out many of the black holes occurred during the 9/11 events. And that's how I found AE911. And that made the whole sense for me: people with similar degrees I was studying were giving rational facts and using science to try to understand how it could happen. Nowadays, the most astonishing to me is how the scientific method was deliberately trashed in the official investigation and nothing happened. Like if there was an only 1 possible predefined interpretation and what did not fit in it, it simply did not exist. Are these the lessons learned for the future generations? Not to pursue the truth at all costs but create it. If our thoughts annoy our government, better to shut up or you'll be treated like an insane person. No matter what you do, it won't be useful. Sit down and swallow the news.

I am a retired physician. I have attempted to stay current with the science of the 9/11 events that have uncovered evidence which casts doubt on much of the official story. My main source of information has been through Global Research publications and the website. The CBC program 'The Passionate Eye' (November 2009) was a very well-presented look at the twin towers' collapses and aided in convincing me of the need for a 'fresh look'.
Having seen the film clips of the collapse of the towers and having read the summaries of the technical data (e.g., the discovery of nano-thermite in the rubble, as well as much other evidence for the controlled demolition of all 3 towers), it is absolutely clear to me that a new, thorough, and unbiased investigation of the twin towers' collapses must take place.

It sure looked like a building demolition to me--not what happens when a plane hits something. A third tower went down without a plane hitting it. There were scud marks to the Pentagon, but no plane. And no legends of families of the dead appeared on any talk shows, not even Oprah, and we'd still be hearing from them if that event had happened as portrayed by Bush. And my cell phone doesn't work at the edges of town---so it's not going to work 6 miles up in the air. Besides, Bush wanted to take over the world. This was far too convenient.

I have been a resident of NYS from birth. I live in a town and have 4 children. I am married and work as an LPN in a local doctors office. I have not had time to do a lot of research on our government or the 911 event, but if I did I am afraid of what I would find. I can only hope they are not watching this site right now. I have been astounded by our lack of ability to question the glaring untruths of the 9/11 story. the physics, science, motive, methods, and subsequent military events bely anything official said about 9/11the big questions for me have been: what muslim would have selected 911 as a memorable date?; how could anyone from 7 time zones away possibly plan and execut a controlled demolition(and I didn't know at that point that it takes up to 40 men no less than two weeks to set up an episode of this magnitude); building 7's implosion without having been hit by a plane?, and immediate and repeated recollections of krystallnacht were triggered by this event.

I have been an avid 9/11 Truth supporter since I read professor Jones's paper WHY INDEED DID THE WORLD TRADE TOWERS COLLAPSE? a few years ago. Dr David Ray Griffin is another hero of mine. AE for 9/11 Truth shows that we are an educated and PEACEFUL group of citizens. We are disturbed that our fellow citizens, including rescue workers, lost their lives on that fateful day and our legitimate questions have never been answered.
Through AE for 9/11 Truth, there is no doubt to me that building 1,2, and 7 all collapsed by controlled demolition. How else would steel high rise buildings fall at free fall speed and land in their own footprint? Never mind that no steel building ever collapsed due to fire...until that day...and 3 of them collapsed. This creates the question of HOW these explosives were planted. It sure wasn't Al Queda. This leaves only a select few possibilities, and they can only be either the GOV'T, or those close with the GOV'T, in my mind a bit of both.

As a 56 year old health care provider I have lived through the assassinations of John & Robert Kennedy and Martin Luther King. I have entertained some of the ideas of conspiracy theorists regarding these murders and dismissed them for lack of credible evidence. When I initially heard remarks made to the effect that the powers that someone in our government had knowledge of the 9/11 attacks in advance, I dismissed them as well. I no longer dismiss them.
We, the people of the United States deserve a credible explanation for how & why the World Trade Center Buildings collapsed like they did. The collapses appeared to be due to controlled detonations. The complete pulverization of the debris seems consistent with controlled detonation. I feel convinced by what I've seen online that a new investigation is merited in to the collapses of the 3 WTC buildings. I am not satisfied by the NIST reports findings (Based on evidence brought forth by Architects and Engineers and Firemen). I am curious why I knew nothing about Building 7 until recently (years later). I'm ready for a reopening of the investigation to discuss these missing issues.
