PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I was first introduced to 911 around 2005/2006 when I saw 3 documentaries, Loose Change, 911 Mysteries: Demolitions, and Fahrenheit 911. While at that point in time, I was not very convinced by some points shown in them, the one that caught my attention instantly was the towers falling. The more I watched it, the more I was convinced there was something very seriously wrong here. In the recent past, I have revisited 911, and had a look at it in a more objective manner. Here is what stands on top of my list today: 1. Eyewitness reports and video evidence have been completely ignored and kept aside. I would think, this is the first step when it comes to solving any crime. One need not look further to be convinced that something is seriously wrong with the 911 investigation and media reports!!! 2. Three buildings that are designed to withstand enormous loads, 2 of which are 110 stories tall, and had an acre sized floors, and both falling at free fall speed like there is absolutely no resistance below. Seriously? Did the building resistance decide to take an abrupt vacation and crumple down to earth? 3. The energy simply doesn't even begin to add up for the buildings to get demolished! I don't even need to get a calculator. A building with an acre floor span, 110 stories tall, is designed to take loads multiple times its actual load. The energy required to demolish such a building and so quickly, is off the charts. Anyone who has a basic understanding of real world science will tell you that the massive energy hole between what was needed and what was available means that the extra energy had to come from another source. 4. WORST CASE scenario, if something seriously had gone wrong in the buildings, I would absolutely expect the buildings to tilt and fall over. Again, this is a worst case scenario!! Falling straight down through themselves and their enormous resistance, and this at free fall speed, is not even a possibility here. No way. Not happening. 5. The buildings crushed/demolished themselves in such a way that would make it seem that buildings are brittle by nature. 6. If 911 happened the way it was told, it should be called The Amazing Coincidences Day! There were that many amazing co-incidences and all in the same day. Even if one of these amazing coincidences happened on one day alone, would be quite amazing, and we saw a spate of these happen all on the same day. Jaw dropping!!! Enormous capital is controlling most of our planet, and it has strategically made media very expensive. This has in turn coupled media tightly with enormous capital; hence, media is now the voice of capital interests. This is why media is no longer free and unbiased, and exactly why mainstream media does not cover 911.

History has shown that I made a massive mistake and feel I owe George McGovern an apology for believing Nixon's lies about him, especially after reading about McGovern's WWII bomber pilot exploits in Stephen Ambrose's excellent book 'The Wild Blue'. While discussing politics with a conservative friend, he asked me how my political views could change from being conservative to Liberal. My response was I got an education. That's what we need here. We need to learn the truth, educate people, and take steps to ensure this never happens again. Remember The Maine!

I have been an electrical engineer for over 30 years. I have worked with computer models of electronics including the modeling of semiconductor devices so I am aware of how dependent the accuracy of the model is to not just the equations but the data provided.
It seems clear that even a short 2 seconds of free fall constitutes a basis to demand a real investigation, not to mention all of the other facts and observations. And seeing the continued attempt by government and media to conceal the facts speaks even more loudly. This website is the primary one I point people to examine the issues. I feel there are other elements of 9/11 that have equal need of investigation, but the demolition collapse thesis is the one most likely to be compelling to most people.

Here is my synopsis of the situation: 1. The 3 World Trade Center buildings that collapsed were designed to withstand commercial jet impact and the subsequent fire. Unless the design margins were compromised, they should not have collapsed. 2. If the design margins were compromised, and they were reason for the collapse, the buildings would still not have collapsed in the extremely controlled fashion that was observed. Thus, design margin does not appear to be the cause of the collapses. 3. In searching for a plausible cause, the evidence first pointed to explosives. Evidence of explosions was provided by the numerous people that reported hearing them, by the evidence of high velocity radial trajectories of debris, and by the degree to which the debris field was pulverized. 4. The evidence then pointed to demolition-class explosives. Evidence of demolition-class explosives was provided by people seeing molten steel in a fire that should have been at least 1000 F below steel's melting point, by the debris field being permeated by bb-sized steel-based spheres that shouldn't have been 'vaporized', by the presence of elements unique to a demolition-class explosive in the debris field, and by the fact that all 3 buildings 'free fell' to the ground as if their infrastructure had suddenly disappeared (as is typical of demolition). 5. The evidence finally pointed to the use of military-grade demolition-class explosives. 6. If the conclusions from this evidence prove true, and to date they have not been refuted, the group of people responsible for the destruction of the WTC buildings remain at large, and the threat that destroyed the WTC buildings remains. 7. Unfortunately, the official root cause report does not account for the use of explosives at all. 8. For the United States to hold its own in a rough world, the reality of the situation must be irrefutably determined, and appropriate corrective actions taken. The current official report may be right, incompetent, or a cover-up. If the current official report does not withstand challenge, and the demolition claim stands, corrective actions must be taken against the people responsible, as well as the people that authored the root cause report, either for incompetence or for a willful cover-up. To do otherwise is to encourage a repeat performance.

The theory that the towers came down through office fires is not plausible and incoherent. It does not agree with our knowledge of steel structures. When a scientific theory is rejected by a substantial number of your colleagues, one cannot simply ignore this and pretend to go on as usual. Within the academic world, such an attitude is considered unscientific. Within our post-911 world this attitude is primarily seen as immoral. It is clear that the people want that we stop and account for what has happened. So far, they feel this has not been done. If this is the will of the people, then there ought to be a follow-up. It is indeed a decision between going on and stopping. It is truly a paradox. When we decide to go on as usual our future will come to a halt. Yet, when we stop now and provide an account, a new and certain future will open up that is based on their trust and confidence.

I had watched the WTC towers being built in the late sixties and early seventies, and became familiar with their general structure. I then came down to work on the pile with other firefighters, police, medics, and iron workers for the first three days after the attacks. I noticed the following that is inconsistent with the official story: the almost complete pulverization of structural concrete and office contents, the ejection of 30+-ton peripheral sections which were embedded into the upper floors (20 or 30 floors high) of surrounding buildings that were several hundred feet from the Twin Towers, the molten (yellow-orange) edges of steel core box columns, the collapses of the three buildings were inconsistent with the expected behavior of gravity-driven collapse of weakened structural components, e.g.., the simultaneous failure of columns with the mass of the buildings falling into the path of greatest resistance at approximately free-fall speed, the description by firefighters, medics, and police who witnessed the destruction of apparent explosions and/or detonations just before and during the collapses, and the lack of military response during the first hour of the attacks that strongly suggest a stand-down of our air-defenses.

There is no way that the precision required to bring down Bldg 7 could possibly have been carried out in the time-frame that they claim it to have been done. As a physician I was trained in the sciences and find the information and evidence presented by Richard Gage's website compelling for controlled demolition of the WTC buildings.
Given the information, evidence and expert opinions present on the ae911truth website, I find I cannot come to any other conclusion than the controlled demolition of the WTC buildings. I'm not an engineer. I've had basic college level physics. The rest of my training is in the biological sciences. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's of science in medicine and a doctorate in medicine in 1981.

I like so many others, was so shocked by this event that I didn't even begin to question the validity of the official explanation. However as the shock has worn off, I am utterly amazed at the amount of disinformation our government disseminated. Now, I am dedicated to ensuring that a new investigation be opened. I spend numerous hours researching all that I can about what really happened that day and sharing all that I learn to everyone I know and some I do not.
The official report defies all logic and reason. After having seen Mr Gage's seminar regarding the collapse of all three buildings, I am convinced that they were indeed controlled demolitions.

When tall things fall, they tend to fall to the side rather than straight down. It might technically be possible to design buildings such that if they failed, they would fail in a particular manner (straight down). However, I have never heard from any source, credible or not, that WTC 1, 2, or 7 had any design features intended to ensure a straight down collapse. Thus, the likelihood of such a collapse occurring 3 times by chance is low.

It is not physically possible for burning jet fuel to melt steel. This can be shown repeatedly by experiment. Molten steel was present and that fact is well documented. Extremely high temperatures, much, much too high for jet fuel or building fires to obtain, were also recorded on the ground and from space. Where did these temperatures and the molten steel come from? Dr. Steven Jones has done verifiable and falsifiable forensic work on samples of steel from the WTC and identified an explosive used, Thermite / Thermate. Building 7 was not hit by a plane and collapsed completely into its own foot print at free fall speed and molten steel was under its wreckage. How was that caused? No steel frame buildings have ever collapsed due to fire.

I am a Registered Nurse in California and am currently on a short term visit in Connecticut. I was a political activist in Los Angeles for 25 years and ran for Congress as a Democrat in an open primary in 1992.
My primary concern at this time is the recent legislation authored by Rep. Jane Harman in the House of Representatives, The Homegrown Terrorism bill. It already overwhelmingly passed in the House by over 400 votes and will probably pass in the Senate the last week of November, 2007. It will be signed by Bush. During the Sub-Committee hearing last Tuesday representatives from The Rand Corporation and the Simon Wiesenthal Center suggested that the 9/11 Truth Movement is a terrorist organization because they have created a parallel truth to the official story that is a threat to our national security. They accused the 9/11 Truth movement of doctoring videos etc. It is absurd to equate architects, engineers, physicists, fireman, first responders etc. to terrorists because we are trying to find the truth regarding the events of 9/11.

Like Einstein's Thought Experiments, without even seeing any of the videos, the near freefall speed of the collapse is sufficient to convince me that the supporting steel structures underneath had to be blown out. The videos of the first seconds of collapse of the twin towers strongly suggests massive explosions. Steel and huge dust clouds are ejected outwardly in all directions at high speeds. This does not appear at all compatible with collapse caused by gravity acting on a weakened frame. And finally, the crumpling of Building 7, like a house of cards is absolutely unexplainable without controlled demolition.
