PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The Pentagon event shows that the official story is false because of the improbable flight path flown by the 757. The Shanksville event shows that the official story is false because of the characteristics of the aircraft debris field.

I have a BS in Engineering Technology from Cal Poly at San Louis Obispo. I spent 25 years as an HVAC facilities project and design engineer for high tech facilities. I also spent 10 years as a piping materials engineer in the petro chemical industry.

How did a hit on one corner of a tower cause a symmetric collapse? How did a fire on one end of building 7 cause a symmetric collapse? What about building 7 free fall, all of the witness testimonies that have been blocked out by the media, molton steel, thermite, the whole US defense apparatus failure. Why? We invaded the middle East countries largely because of 9/11. There has been a lot of dying and maiming over this. The truth must be exposed. So far both political parties and the mainstream media are complicit in allowing the cover up of the 9/11 attack. The dead and their loved ones deserve a real investigation.

Physics was my favorite subject in high school, although I also enjoyed mathematics greatly. I attended WPI for engineering, and took courses in statics, dynamics, thermodynamics, etc., graduating BSCE with distinction, with an emphasis in environmental engineering. Following graduation, I have worked in water resource management, and most recently performing civil engineering and land surveying work, mostly associated with single family house construction. I believe that the destruction of the Twin Towers and Tower 7 of the World Trade Center is not adequately explained in the 9/11 Commission report and that an independent investigation, by private parties (non-government sources), must be performed to accurately assess what happened to the Towers and determine if further investigation into who caused the destruction of the towers is needed.

The events of 9/11 were horrific indeed and continue to affect the world today, especially the countries and innocent people of the Middle East. When I look at the evidence presented by the AE 9/11 Truth about the collapse of all three Towers, it is overwhelmingly clear that explosives were used to bring the buildings down. So why lie about and cover-up this fact? The implications of this answer is indeed very dark and hard to believe, however that is not a reason to keep my head in the sand. One does not have to be an architect or engineer to know that those towers could not have fallen the way they did from fires resulting from a plane crash. Controlled demolition means there was foreknowledge by authorities.

I am thoroughly disgusted with the manner in which the people of the United States accepted the garbage spewed out in the form of the 9/11 Commission. Anyone with any knowledge on the design and constraints of this Commission would easily see it is no less contrived to not find the truth behind the devastation and killing on 9/11/2001, as was the JKF assassination. The purpose of the 9/11 Commission was not to bring to justice those culpable, it was designed to squelch the truth and have all roads lead to simply nineteen hijackers. I respectfully submit where I feel there's the greatest need to commence an investigation. Stratesec was the security company charged with the security of the Twin Towers and Building 7. Barry McDaniels was the COO with an extensive background in Black Ops and demolitions. Stratesec, and all those involved in this operation from the secretary to every employee and officer, should be brought in for a detailed questioning under oath. There was statistical significant PUT option purchases on key invest houses and, in particular, American and United Airlines in the week preceding 9/11. Every one of these PUTs should be investigated and each investor brought in and questioned under oath. An independent investigation must be conducted on the debris from 9/11 and any evidence of incendiary and/or explosive material be identified. There is surely evidence of nanometer-sized thermite and military-grade thermate found in the peer-reviewed research thus far. Nanometer-sized particles have to undergo a complex process to make and is not an expected product of simply steel destruction. The people of the United States love their country but not necessarily those who are elected within. Corruption in this country has been unchecked for so many years that a large number of elected officials have lost their moral compass. The only way there might be a means to regain the trust of the American people is for the US Government to show they deserve it. Opening up a new investigation conducted unlike the Warren Commission and 9/11 Commission. The new investigation would have every intent to find all those culpable and bring them to justice.
