PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I agree, completely, that physics and the scientific method do not support the official story. I remember thinking it odd that the towers fell on themselves, but didn't question the official explanation - out of blind trust. When I first learned that the WTC buildings collapsed in freefall, I realized that something was wrong. Then I learned that the amount of energy required to pulverize concrete into the size of the resulting dust particles was much larger than the amount available. Then I learned about thermite and evidence of its use. None of these things are explainable by the official explanation of 9/11. I love the rights I used to have, liberty, justice, & the pursuit of happiness ... and want them for my children and their children too!

There are too many unanswered questions about the physics related to how only the impacts of large airplanes caused WTC Buildings 1 and 2 to collapse (explode and melt). For example the melted steel beams would indicate use of thermite; and the many months of steel remaining molten in the ruins would indicate possible use of small (low radiation) nuclear weapons. How could only the jet fuel and kinetic energy of the collapse cause such intense heat (for months)? How could they cause the buildings to explode so far upward and outward? How could they cause so much of the buildings' concrete and steel to be pulverized (almost vaporized) into fine dust (2.5 microns)? Was the energy required to do all of this much more than that from the jet fuel and the kinetic energy from structural collapse? Basic physics principles (conservation of energy) do not appear to support the official story. What other sources of energy were involved? Also, there are many unanswered questions about how WTC Building 7 was destroyed; the official story was that small fires caused an internal column to buckle. However, all videos show it was an (obvious) implosion that was very level (i.e., level pancaking typical of engineered demolitions). So, did a demolitions team engineer and place the many explosives needed to cause its orderly implosion? If so, how did the team find the time and resources to do all of their work during the chaos on September 11? Or, was their work done before September 11, as a precautionary measure (for safe, controlled demolition) in case of attack? Hopefully a few brave, patriotic people will eventually address the many unanswered questions. If not, life will still go on, and the many good people of America will continue to improve our beloved nation.You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.

There is no way those three buildings collapsed from structural steel failure due to fire. A fire of that nature could never reach temperatures hot enough to melt structural steel. Presence of molten metal at the base of all three buildings and visible dripping from one of the towers before collapse is consistent with the use of Termite or Thermate.

I just want to know the truth about what our government has done to the future of this country...we as American people have a right to know why innocent people have to die because of someone else's greed. I want answers as to why this nation can't come out of the financial ruin we are in and mostly why nobody cares enough to get mad and do something about it.
Only buildings that are a pert of a controlled demolition fall the way the towers did. Why didn't they tip to one side? I would think that they would break off at the access point of the plane but instead collapsed on itself. Where are the black boxes from all the planes. Especially the plane that hit the pentagon. Why is there an exit hole in the other side of the pentagon; the plane didn't go through the entire building, just one side, so where did the hole come from? Where is the plane? Jet fuel can't melt the material the plane was made from so where is the rest of it? Where is the video footage of the plane hitting the building? Seventy surveillance video's and not one is able to catch a 747 hitting a building? Where is the indentation of the wingspan on the building? And if it is there, why isn't it wide enough to show that a 747 flew into it? Why didn't the plane hit anywhere else on the building and only hit the part of the pentagon that was newly reconstructed to withstand a bomb? And why were key people on that particular flight and not just regular civilians? I have many more questions but I will just start here.

I attended the University of Tennessee Knoxville where I majored in Civil & Environmental Engineering and received a BS degree in 1975 and MS in 1977. I worked primarily for environmental regulatory agencies of the State of Tennessee in the areas of coal mining regulation focusing on water impacts and solid and hazardous waste. I retired in 2013.
From everything I have read (and I have been interested in this from the beginning and have read quite a bit) I seriously doubt that the impact of the planes or fires resulting from the plane crashes caused the collapse of the towers. A diesel fire just doesn't burn hot enough and not nearly enough heat near the top would be transmitted to the bottom of the support columns to cause significant weakening. Even in the unlikely event that a weakening and collapse of part of the structure started near the top, the lower structure would most likely retain enough strength to resist a 'pancake' type collapse. And if one accepts that the structure could collapse under the weight of the upper levels, it would be a slow, uneven collapse, not the 'free fall' type collapse that occurred. Such an event would only result from explosive charges placed throughout the building as in a controlled demolition which this most certainly was. And the fine pulverization of the structures also points to use of massive amounts of explosives rather than a slow collapse.

I am 100% sure the official story is a planned made up fantasy! There is no way any of those buildings fell because of fires, it would take a lot bigger fires and a lot more time to drop one of those buildings -- like days not hours then when they did fall they would have dropped and contorted, not imploded. This was a planned demolition in all aspects, the planes were just a nice diversion from the truth and that is what these people fear the most!

I have worked in the civil construction industry (construction management field) around Australia for the past 22 years. Projects completed include works on elevated road structures, bridges, asphalt roads, major earthworks (including blasting), tunneling and marine facilities.
It seems obvious the collapse of the twin towers and particularly WTC 7 was controlled demolition given the near free fall speed, debris pattern, eye witness accounts, presence of thermite and molten metal. The most recent NIST report, having taken 7 years to conjure, is a baseless, poorly reasoned case for a new phenomena known as thermal expansion. Totally implausible.

Many years ago, as a police officer, I was given training by the ATF with respect to explosion investigations. After examining the information provided by this resource as well as others that include 911revisited, I am thoroughly convinced that the official government report is not factual. I have a work background in construction. Some projects that I have worked on were heavily involved, at some stage, with demolition. It wasn't difficult for me to see the demolition of these buildings taking place, and nothing will convince me otherwise.

The collapse could not naturally occur along the path of maximum resistance at free-fall speeds unless it were a controlled demolition. Essentially, a solid cannot pass through another solid without being affected in someway (either speed or direction). The answer is to change the state of the solid being passed through into particles small enough as to not effect the path of motion of the other solid. By sequentially exploding each solid floor into dust, the collapse occurs at the same speed as if passing through empty air. Also, most photographs show unburnt paper, mixed with dust from the buildings debris. Where is the evidence of intense fire as in the official story? Wouldn't some of the paper at least have a charred edge or two?

Suspicious. Studying the videos and photographs, I noticed material flying out of the side of the building below where a floor would collapse onto the other. The firemen on the scene reported explosions before a fell onto another floor. To me it looked like a pre organized demolition. When watching the original news clips of the twin towers collapse, I understood, immediately, that the colliding aircraft had nothing to do with the overall collapse of the buildings. i think it is high time someone made the real people responsible for this tragedy accountable the peolple that died there were unknowing citizens going about their lives only to have them ruined as well as the countless others involved thank you for finally trying to shed some light on this it certainly looked like a controlled demolition to me and im not buying the official story

I was locked down at Pittsburg Int. that morning and watching the collapse in the only open bar there. I knew then the buildings were taken down by controlled demo. The reason I immediately considered it was because of the B.S. story in Oklahoma City. A person doesn't need an engineering degree to know it was an explosion inside that building also.

In reviewing the Media as well as other footage, it is clear to me that all three buildings were brought down using explosives. Our Government has provided us a half baked investigation, found certain parties guilty of the crime of a terror attack, invaded two countries, is occupying one and hundreds of thousands have lost there lives. I graduated in Construction Management with a B.S. Degree from BYU-Idaho. With my basic understanding of structural engineering and demolition it is near impossible, after research of both sides of this debate, to believe the 9/11 commission version of the events. This to me is one of the most important issues of my time because decisions based on this event have dramatically affected each of our lives. I am glad that I have been woken up to the truth of this issue because it is very liberating to know which direction I am fighting for. I believe that these buildings were brought down by controlled demolition and that those that were behind it should be brought to justice.

I studied engineering at three schools but due to running a business and having a family I did not have the time to finish my degree. No regrets on that!
I studied the plans in an engineering class during the construction of the twin towers. It was built to withstand the impact of two of our largest jetliners. Due to the unique construction of the towers, it is absolutely impossible for them to fall in any way, let alone free fall speed.

The official story never fit what my eyes saw. Heating metal to melt point with paper, furniture and kerosene doesn't work well for me, and the pulverization of hardened concrete without fracturing forces doesn't work for me either.
