PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I do not have enough experience to dissect and double check all of the original structural calculations of the towers. However I do thoroughly understand the laws of physics, building geometry, and materials of construction, and I agree with many other engineers' opinions that the towers would not fall the way they did from a single impact. I thoroughly believe that the towers came down due to controlled demolition.

Watching the symmetry in which all three three towers collapsed directly into their individual footprint was both momentarily hypnotic and totally unbelievable. During the myriad of replays I viewed, before and during each tower collapse, I saw and heard different events taking place that fully convinced me other forces were at play bringing these buildings down. To name a few: 1) explosions coupled with smoke appearing at the base of the towers moments before the collapse. 2) squibs appearing to shoot out from various floors far below the initial damage area. 3) the manner in which the dust and smoke seemed to be expelled up and out from the building like an explosion as it descended. What also disturbed me was the area was totally void of being treated like a crime scene by police and government officials. Structural material was readily hauled away and shipped to foreign lands without any scientific or engineering analysis being performed. Having spent over 23 years in the military I knew in my gut with the speed at which critical evidence was disappearing and flat out lies being told by government agents, i.e. Like the aircraft black boxes found by fireman and taken by FBI agents, then making statements they weren't found. Mohammad Atta's wallet found in pristine condition a couple blocks away. Well gentleman, I smell the same rat I smelled at various times during my military career. Thats my story and I'm stickin' to it until the truth is known and all involved held fully accountable, regardless of how far up the chain this trail leads us. There WILL be accountability for 9/11...

Dr. Jones was an archeologist/physicist at BYU before resigning due to the controversial nature of his research into the 9/11 attacks. BYU had no desire to have their name associated with controversial topics of political nature, as I'm sure it is something most institutions would seek to avoid. Dr. Jones makes a compelling case for controlled demolition on the WTC towers.

I am a licensed civil engineer, land surveyor, and general engineering contractor in the State of California. I have my own practice in Chico, CA. Structural engineering, during the housing boom, was the majority of my practice. I have designed hundreds of building structures. Out of college, I worked as a bridge engineer specializing in post-tensioned concrete bridges. During college I took numerous structural engineering courses in addition to the normal requirements for a BS degree. I took: matrix analysis of structures, finite element programming, structural dynamics, advanced strength of materials, advanced concrete design.
As an experienced civil engineer, specializing in structural engineering, I do not believe that a local failure due to fire could cause the collapse that I witnessed on video (WTC 7). I find this very disturbing along with the evidence of explosive material in the dust. It is shocking to me that the evidence (the debris) was allowed to be destroyed.

From first exposure to the 9/11 Truth movement's explanations about the collapses of the Twin Towers and Building 7 (in DVDs, books, and public presentations), all of them solidly based on physics, chemistry, and clear logic, I immediately accepted them as the true version of what happened on 9/11. The scientific evidence is compelling and clear that the U.S. government's official story, embodied in the 9/11 Commission's Report and NIST's reports, is largely false. A new, independent, full 9/11 investigation must be conducted, asap, to reveal the truth of what happened, and the perpetrators of 9/11's horrors must be prosecuted and punished.

From what I understand it is impossible for steel to melt at the temperatures created by a jet fuel explosion. As a prior FEMA inspector, I have seen many steel-framed buildings damaged by fire and the frame remains intact. From the research I have done, the only plausible explanation that seems relevant is that other explosives (with a higher temperature than what kerosene is capable of reaching) were implemented to cause the buildings to collapse.

Initially, like the rest of the planet, the hijacked plane ramming WTC seemed the only explanation. However, as soon as the buildings collapsed it was suspicious to me as a scientist and a demolition fan that something was not normal. Then, as WTC7 imploded, it was very clear that this was not due to the planes colliding into WTC1 & 2. Later, the lack of airplane photos and parts at the Pentagon sealed it for me. Within days, additional evidence arose in spite of the obvious, active obscuring behavior of the government agencies involved added to my doubts.

I was working the night the collapses occurred. After the first plane struck my colleagues and I were trying to work out how the pilot could make such an obvious error, given the near perfect conditions. In academia, I was involved with Fishery Biology obtaining my M.S. in Alaska. I worked for the Alaska Department of Fish and Game as a seasonal biologist for a few seasons. I did not return to California after University but became a seasonal worker at Denali National Park and Preserve my current Post Office. Later, I accepted a permanent job in utility operations. I supervised water and wastewater plants. Also, as part of my water work, I developed the first drinking water Microbiology Lab at Denali Park and trained several employees as lab technicians. I also operated backhoes and other water/wastewater related equipment. I did that until retirement in 2004.
I witnessed the second plane strike the second tower on CNN. Later, I watched the towers fall and instantly I knew that fire did not do that, nor the plane strikes in combination. I heard Dan Rather say that he speculated that bombs were involved in what looked like to me also, controlled demolition. Then I watched the video and heard the commentary of building 7 going down. That pretty much convinced me that explosives were involved. A lot of evidence cited by scientists, structural engineers, police, and firefighters supported and filled out that contention. The coverup by the administration and MSM, the lack of a criminal investigation, and the conclusion that they arrived at, just reinforced my fears. I think this is the crime of our lifetimes. The government did a terrible case of stating what happened on 9-11. But then they did the same thing with the murder of JFK. 'Makes a fellow cynical.

I retired from the Foreign Service after 32 years of service, mostly overseas. I spent many years assigned to some of our Embassies in the Middle East, Since I am an accountant, I served as Budget Officer at these posts.
I hope that some day the truth will be known about 9/11 and accepted openly and discussed in the main stream media. This would have a dramatic effect upon our foreign relations and upon the whole world. The fact that this great hoax was planned and carried out is in itself astonishing and will go down in history.
