On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have been very skeptical about the collapse of the twin towers and in particular WTC 7 from day 1. Not simply as someone who is wary of the establishment and governments, but simply as an architect. - - - - I have shared my theories in more detail with friends, but have often been met with a degree of skepticism or disinterest. - - - - I have read, but never believed the official report. The most damning evidence (for me) was from a particular video of the top of (one of) the two towers starting to topple in one direction. Yet miraculously, the mass starts to correct itself and the building falls pancake style. This defies the basic laws of physics. The momentum developed by that mass in one direction could only correct itself if the feet of the building were pulled out from under it. (I don't believe this was anoptical illusion. - - - - WTC 7: controlled demolition, no questions. - - - - I believe that after the 1993 bombing, all the WTC towers were wired for controlled demolition in order to pre-empt a potential domino effect in downtown Manhattan should a more powerful bomb cause one of twin towers to topple. The damage would have been potentially catastrophic. - - - - This could have easily been accomplished, and would certainly fall under a national security operation, complete with a legitimate and understandable blanket of confidentiality. If ever the towers did need to come down (which it turned out they did) the act would be committed under the need for national security.

Consider the sheer mass of the building compared to the mass of the jet. Buildings don't fall faster than free fall. The buildings falling resembled controlled demolitions. What happened to building 7? Why were 4 foot cross sectional I-beams cut at 45 degree angles? Why were they finding hot molten steel in the sub basements weeks afterward?

I have spent a lot of time researching the WTC failure modes and the one conclusion I have drawn is that the official explanation fails to explain the events of 9/11. Some example questions I have are: 1) Where does the recent finding of the explosive thermite in WTC dust fit into the official explanation of the WTC collapse? 2)An open fire consisting of office debris and jet fuel will burn with a maximum temperature of ~1800F. (as a side note, on 9/11, the fire was much cooler as proven with the orange flames and black clouds of soot). It is well known that structural steel will lose ~1/2 its yield strength at 1800F. So my question is how does a structure designed to be 100 to 1000 times stronger than required fails when only 50% its strength is compromised? In other words, the structure would have had to lose over 99% of its strength to have failed when in fact worst case it lost only 50%. 4) What are the odds of all three buildings failing with the same symptoms and questions as outlined in questions 1 through 3? If someone can find answers to these questions that is supported by physics, I believe we will be heading in the direction of truly understanding what took place on 9/11.

The 9/11 and NIST reports were childish in their attempt to explain the cause of events that had no realistic chance of occurring: namely, the destruction of a modern steel frame building with simple fire. The NIST report on 9/11 generated only shame for the governmental efforts to cover, cloud, and deny the facts of the events on and around 9/11. Among the scientific and engineering community is a patriotic effort to begin fighting for the truth of the incident - the first of its kind of America. And it's about time.

If mechanical failure were to occur, it would have occurred almost instantly and certainly asymmetrically.

Even the day of the atrocity, I marveled at how each of the buildings came down so cleanly. I was in school at the time, and the shock of what happened had us all aghast. I saw immediately the repercussions. So many more people would die. Our world would be forever changed. What I did not anticipate was the changes that took place in our own country. The 'Patriot' Act. The bloom of the NSA. The creation of the Department of Homeland Security. War was not only brought upon two foreign countries in the name of the dead, it was brought forth on the American people as well. Only for us the assailant was domestic. Make no mistake, it is not an overt war. There are no tanks in our streets. But our privacy is rapidly becoming an impossibility, our freedom is being converted to a system of rights and privileges that can be taken away from us at any time. In the name of all our founders fought and died for, I cannot sit idly by and watch this happen. Physics would not allow those buildings to fall like they did. I felt it twelve years ago watching the events unfold live and I feel it now. We must demand justice for those who have died, both on foreign soil and domestic, as a result of these heinous acts. Let's start with the most glaring anomaly. What brought down Building 7? And once we answer that, what brought down the tallest structures in the city in such a way that they completely collapsed on their own footprint, unbelievably minimizing what should have been horrific collateral damage?

It is impossible that heavy steel columns could collapse at the fraction of the second within each story and subsequently at each floor bellow. We do not know the phenomenon of the high rise building to disintegrate internally faster than the free fall of the debris coming down from the top. The engineering science and the law of physics simply doesn't know such possibility. Only very sophisticated controlled demolition can achieve such result, eliminating the natural dampening effect of the structural framing huge mass that should normally stop the partial collapse. The pancake theory is a fallacy, telling us that more and more energy would be generated to accelerate the collapse. Where would such energy would be coming from ?

I have never considered this to be an inside job until I watched some of the live videos from the News Station helicopters. I have also spent at least 3 hours or more reading all the facts and it looks to me like a massive coverup. None of the facts given by the government make any logical sense. In the videos, it does not even look like regular planes. I just now read that jet fuel burns up in 10 minutes. It would take probably close to 24 hours for a fire to melt the steel. These also appear to be regular building demolitions and not a terrorist attack. I want to know the truth and hold the people responsible for this held accountable.

I was watching the broadcast of the WTC being crashed into from the beginning of the news broadcast, right after the first plane hit. I remember telling my mother on the phone to turn on the tv because we were being attacked by terrorists. After seeing the second plane hit, I remember telling her that the towers were going to fall. She didn't believe me, but I just had a strong feeling they would. And not long after that, they did. What amazed me was that it was just like one of those controlled building demolitions you see on tv once in awhile. 10 years ago, I stumbled across a video on YouTube talking about how engineers believed that it was a controlled demolition and described how it could not have happened the way they claim it did. I believe it and I also believe that the govt has something to do with it.

I was retired on 9/11. I began watching shortly after being told there had been an airliner crash and the WTC was on fire. I began watching TV shortly after the second plane crash in time to hear a TV commentator mention a report of a plane crash at the Pentagon. That was in the morning of the first day here on the West Coast. I recall seeing a flying aircraft crash into the Pentagon. It did not look like a huge passenger aircraft due to its small size, and lack of airline colors. Shortly thereafter there was a scene from an elevated position looking down at the Pentagon, at a smoking circular hole in the outside wall. At that point the TV commentators talked about the strange scene of the crash with no apparent debris, and the word from people on the scene saying that the entire aircraft - fuselage, engines, wings, and vertical stabilizer had gone inside the relatively small smoking hole. I continued watching the televised coverage most all day for several days and never saw the two scenes above again. Then later the Pentagon wall collapsed into pile of rubble making it easy for people viewing the scent to imagine a large jetliner under the debris So. given what I had seen, I was skeptical about what I I was hearing - including the falling buildings, that looked like buildings brought down by controlled demolition. Weeks, or a few months after 9/11 I heard the Europeans were saying that the ''Americans did it themselves''. Curious, I began looking at the web and found evidence that things were not as evident as the Government was saying. Over the years since 9/11 I have found mountains of evidence produced by private investigators, e.g books, reports, news pieces and videos describing evidence compiled by private investors, such as Architects & Engineers for 9/11Truth that make it impossible to believe the official government story of the attacks of 9/11.

I have a MS and a MSW degree. I've worked a lot of places over the course of 40 plus years, first as a licensed counselor and later as a licensed social worker. I retired after 28 years working as a social worker for a VA Medical Center, I am married (51 years) to a wonderful woman. She is also retired, has a 4 year RN degree, and a MSN degree from the University of Arkansas Medical School. She worked for the VA Medical Center for 40 years.
I don't have anything 'new' to say. For me it's overwhelming and hard to accept thousands of people were killed by government. What disturbs me even more is those we trust to discover and report the truth (i.e FBI, etc.) just went along. I really shouldn't be surprised. It took 50 years for the truth to come out about Vietnam. How many people were killed in Vietnam and how many lives ruined? Will it take 50 years for the truth about 911 to be understood by the American public. I worked for state and federal government and I know how the wheels grind and how responsibility is passed around. Look how the Mueller investigation 'report' is being handled, and we know about that? It's nothing compared to 911. I'm 74 and won't be around long, but II can't ignore 911. I need to stand up for what I think is right and to support those who are able to bring the truth out.

Steel beam construction skyscrapers do not crumble to dust when planes hit them, and they certainly don't crumble to dust if NO plane hits them (Building 7) but DO crumble to dust in exactly the same manner as these buildings when brought down by a controlled demolition. Lets's have another go at this from the side of truth, shall we?

The evidence now available is not consistent with the conclusions of the 9/11 Commission and NTSB studies regarding the WTC towers, Building 7, and the Pentagon. The 9/11 investigation should be reopened in light new evidence that was not available at the time of the original investigation.

I began my career straight out of college as a teacher, but only two years in I decided it was not for me. I switched gears and with appropriate coursework and training, went into IT. I was a programmer, software engineer, then finally a regional director for the Department of Veterans Affairs. I ended my career as a CIO, having gone back to work at my VA facility and transferring from VA Central Office. I am now retired.
The WTC destruction seemed impossible and, at the time, I failed to comprehend how it could have happened. My son and I both knew victims of this horrific event and the magnitude of it left no American untouched. After a year or so, I questioned why so little intelligence was involved and why no one seemed to have inside or prior knowledge of the event. I have considered our intelligence in the US to be inadequate in recent times so I began networking with others who held my same opinions about 9/11. When I began digging for information, I became even more skeptical. As time passes and I see more people shedding light on the events, I am certain the investigation was not properly conducted, at the least. Politicians, after reading the unredacted report made statements of being 'shocked' or 'sick' which is a red flag to re-open the investigation into the events of 9/11.
