PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I can accept that the fires in building 7 went unchecked given that the fire department took such a tremendous 'hit' earlier in the day. I could even accept that the frame could be weakened and the structure might lean in a crazy and dangerous manner. But I cannot accept that it would collapse with perfect symmetry in a matter of seconds. It has long been my opinion that the collapse of building 7 is the 'smoking gun' which will eventually unravel the official narrative.

I am not qualified to comment on the particulars of explosive demolition; however, the laws of physics strongly suggest that there is some other mechanism at work in the dramatic collapse of the twin towers. Certainly any structure capable of withstanding the extreme forces inherent in a stable structure of that size would offer some resistance to a collapse. I would expect that an asymmetrically distributed failure, the kind of failure implied by the nature of the impact and resulting fire, would provide asymmetrical resistance that would in turn create a pivot-shearing failure that would result in the lower structure remaining largely intact while the upper structure rotated and collapsed outward in the direction of the least support. Even if the building happened to collapse evenly, it is highly unlikely that the supporting structure would offer no resistance to the collapsing mass. I believe something is obviously missing in the official explanation since it does not correlate with what I know of physics. I would support and encourage an effort to accurately determine and explain the behavior of the three structures.

The so-called 'collapses' simply could not have occurred according to the official version. There just was not enough aviation gas to MELT the I beams to cause a critical structural failure. The footage of the planes also clearly show that a tremendous amount of fuel was expended on impact. And then the 9/11 commission states that the fuel traveled 78 stories down the elevator shaft to MELT the sub-basement substructures? That is so beyond what's physically possible its ridiculous.

I began pipe fitting and welding somewhere around 1977. I worked in many refinery's, petro /chem and power plants over the years. In the Mid 90's I continued my education to be an associate welding inspector. Moving south a few years later I changed occupations altogether.
At first, I was sold on the theory we were fed by the administration. Then I started to think about what caused the collapse of WTC 1 and 2 ...JP6 It's kerosene and I owned a kerosene heater at one time. Even though it is high octane it falls short of melting steel, especially steel that is encased in concrete. Then I saw a video of WTC 7 and I started my search to see what happened to that. Simple arithmetic, you cannot knock down 3 buildings with 2 planes... I feel a new inquiry is needed.

There is much overwhelming data to oppose the claim that the Buildings collapsed due to fire. All three looked to be buildings in complete free fall and collapsing within their own footprint. There are far too many variables and unanswered questions on this topic to not impose a full investigation.

It is imperative that a new investigation be conducted by an independent investigative committee, as the official report regarding the cause of the collapse of the 3 Towers does not match the physical evidence plainly seen. Additionally, when different lines of evidence all support the same conclusions (pre-planned demolition), the strength of the conclusion becomes self evident. Although the direction of the conclusions may require us to re-map our world view, this path must be taken in order to seek the truth regardless of the pain it may cause all of us. I find it difficult to accept the official position regarding the forces relied upon to have the towers destruct in the manner described and observed. Having considerable experience with the production of steel from iron through finish product and exposure on some temperature distribution versus tolerance for distortion, the idea that the airplane, lets assumed it was fully loaded with jet fuel at the time of impact, could raise the temperature of the construction grade steel beams, after expending most of fuel energy to excite the existing combustible materials in the area of impact, to a temperature consistent with the steel beams losing its integrity. Moreover, given the impact zones and assuming that the temperature rose enough to cause the beams to lose integrity, it would seem that the weakness invoked would cause the top portion of the towers to fail toward the weakened area and not come down as it did. Given the actual film of the plane hitting the South tower one can observe that the majority of the jet fuel burned catastrophically depriving the combustibles I believe of enough fuel to raise the temperatures over 900 degrees F. Even so, the outside wall of the South tower would have had the steel weakened in the exit corner and there should have been the area of distortion causing the tower to topple instead of pan caking as it did.

I was born in 1981. I was a fabricator of structural steel, including welding, for about 2 years. I took an introductory course, but have not been certified as a welder. I have, as far back as I remember, always been interested in general science, mathematics, physics and chemistry. My favorite things are big numbers and big structures. My mother is a librarian so I have a fundamental love of books and knowledge. In my 30 years of living I have read countless books, some popular, some technical, about metallurgy, physics, chemistry, astronomy, mathematics, computers, biology, etc. I do not claim to know anything about any of these subjects, however, I do claim excellent knowledge of the scientific process, having (re)discovered many things through its use. It is the best tool humans have ever used in search of truth and should be applied in ALL situations where knowledge, not opinion, is sought, without exception. I am currently the president of the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) club of Lord Fairfax Community College's Faquier campus.
It is clear that WTC-7 was a controlled demolition from, not scant, but overwhelming evidence, including collapse without any structural resistance (which would have put nearby buildings in danger from the asymmetrical collapse), the fact that the center of the building went first and the edges so closely behind that they form a perfect cup along the roof which is painstakingly sought over months of planning, not always successfully, by demolishers. It is symmetry that is only realistically likely in a consciously controlled collapse. Once, when I was a fabricator, I decided to test the power of my 6000 degree Fahrenheit oxy-acetylene torch flame. It was plenty hot enough for steel melting and above the melting point of all natural elements. Seeing a nearby rough quartz rock I though I would melt it. As it turned out the rock was more inclined to crack than melt, but I wanted melting from my 6000 degree flame. After about five to seven minutes of continuous envelopment by the flame, I finally succeeded. I succeeded in melting a smooth, but thin, skin upon the rock. I am not sure how long it would have taken to melt this grape-sized pebble, but longer than five minutes in a 6000 degree Fahrenheit flame. Acetylene produces the hottest flame of any fuel gas, such temperatures cannot be achieved with paper, wood, plastic or any other bit of material that can be found in a typical office. I had thought that the claim of the official investigative committee was that heat WEAKENED the steel, but did not MELT it. Turns out that there wasn't simply one governmental organization investigating, and the other reports don't match the official one. To get to the point of the above story, I want to know how CONCRETE was MELTED. That's my main concern; how did the circumstances I saw on live TV melt ROCKS? The fact that this line of questions was not perused confounds me further. I do not believe in conspiracy theories; just because you can't explain something at present does not indicate the work of magic, miracles, supernatural occurrences, or conspiracies. Because I do not simply write off the question with one of the above, I am actually mystified. I have only been truly mystified a few times before, so I take the pursuit of an answer to this concern, regarding melted melted rock and ceramics, very seriously. The answer must be full, true, and definitive; the official explanation is not. One reason that pops into my head for the crucial information to be a danger to public safety is that it could indicate the involvement of a high-level public entity, thus, if the public knew, it would lose all faith in the government to serve them and the country would melt, pun intended, into anarchy. That IS certainly a danger to the public. The people that form our government have a history of doing things, in secret, that the American people would otherwise not allow. This is not conspiracy or even necessarily bad government; these could be legitimate protections of the public. However, I truly believe that regardless of whether or not it's a good or bad idea, the moral and ethical issues should be discussed by the public. After all, it's already happened, so hypothetical government decisions could not be stymied by the public. The only reason to continue secrecy, that I can think of, is if they plan on making such decisions in the future. Let us open the wound and squeeze out the pus; it can only make us HEALTHIER. A proper investigation will happen because it MUST happen. Why not sooner rather than later? Why should our posterity know the facts of events that just happened, but not the people involved. Please, just tell me how the concrete melted. That would be enough for me; it's not so much for which to ask.

G'day 'guys', I worked as a Metallurgist for over 10 years in several areas of secondary metallurgy. Now bear with me a second, I was also a highly experience Skydiver with over 10,000 jumps and 30 years experience.
Skydivers rule of thumb:- It takes 10 seconds to fall the first 1,000' and 5 seconds for each subsequent 1,000'... the main WTOs were just over 1,000', they collapsed in about 10 seconds... THEREFORE THE HUGE 4, 3 AND 2 THICK 'H' BEAMS GAVE NO MORE RESISTANCE TO THOSE BUILDINGS COLLAPS THAN THIN AIR! THIS IS CLEARLY RIDICULOUS.

I was married to a sculpturer and I have a good metallurgical background and know that even with excessive bottled oxygen you can not get one inch of steel red hot with kerosene. Secondly, my grandfather and my father-in-law were blacksmiths and I learned my metallurgy over many years from the time I could pick up a hammer. That building burnt in an oxygen starved environment, the smoke told you that except when the thermite ignited occasionally and that was evident with the sparkling bursts of molten metal escaping out the windows. Note; thermite produces it's own oxygen in a chemical reaction in burning..

I am a technical engineering student at Pennsylvania College of Technology with a concentration in welding. I've been in the welding industry for 8 years and counting. Currently, I am welding pipe for a job shop that produces air compressors. Over the years I've been ranked in the top 10% of the welding students in PA during 2003, I've been recognized by the Latrobe Area Chamber of Commerce for Excellence in Education. The buildings fell too quickly. Jet fuel burns at roughly 400F, compare that to the burning temperatures to steel, aluminum-copper alloy, and titanium. The b-b shape pellets of oxidized metal that were found on the streets of Ground Zero are similar to those given off from a torch cutting process.

When viewed next to a controlled demolition, it becomes very obvious that there was no resistance in the collapses. There was no bending no twisting of metal. No resistance what so ever. There was no metal left to resist. Who knows where it went? Find out who sold nano thermite, how much and to whom in the period from 1998 to 2001. It must have taken literally years to install that much material in the structure of the buildings.

I am a male 55 year old U.S. born citizen. I have no engineering or architectural expertise. I did spend 20 years in metal fabrication as a welder/fitter which included much structural steel work. My training was received at The College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. It included math, blueprint reading, metallurgy and welding. I graduated and was certified in gas, arc and heliarc welding in all positions in 1975. I picked up other metal working skills in such as thermal-arc cutting, bending/forming, heat shrinking, etc. as I worked my trade. I do know a thing or two about the properties and breaking points of various metals as I have had to be certified to weld them. That process involves chemical dye tests, x-ray tests and physical breaking point tests. I know that a jet impact and resulting jet fuel explosion/fire COULD NOT POSSIBLY be ejecting multi-ton metal objects that were welded in place 30 floors and more beneath the impact area. Neither would there have been any explosive materials in the buildings capable of generating such heat and force as the official story suggests. Just viewing the explosions PRECEDING each floors implosion is enough to raise serious concern as to what really happened. Building 7 wasn't even struck and still mysteriously imploded. Yet none of the other buidings in equal proximity reacted in likewise fashion to the events of that day. Forget conspiracy. The events regarding the WTC buildings on 9-11-2001 bear investigation as, in my opinion, they certainly weren't coincidence.
Too many unanswered questions. Explosions can be seen ejecting material systematically preceding the progress of the imploding floors of the buildings. Neither jet fuel nor any building materials produce the heat required to effect the metals in the buildings structures in the way people have been told. The FAA had responded to 67 incidents of planes veering off course in the year preceding 911 and followed procedure to the letter in each incidence. That was not the case on 9-11-2001. I could go on all day. There are just too many unanswered questions and extraordinarily unique failures to follow standard protocols and deviations from the way an airliner impact would have affected those buildings. Investigation into the truth of these matters is a duty of the American people. Enough said.

Though I hold no officially sanctioned degree in engineering from a college or trade school I have, throughout my life's experience gathered a rudimentary knowledge of metallurgy, architecture and engineering sufficient enough to know without a shadow of a doubt that the government's official explanation, as given in the 9/11 commission report, is insufficient, inaccurate and downright wrong.
As a youth I was fascinated with the Twin Towers and their construction. I would learn and study every bit of information and technical data I could get my hands on concerning the Towers. This is why after learning of the first plane strike I was quite confident that the Tower would not collapse. When the second plane hit I knew that this was an attack and not an accident but I was still very confident there would be no collapse. The Towers were built to withstand the impact of a 707. They were built with triple, quadruple and in some areas quintuple engineering redundancy. When the first Tower came down I knew at that moment that something was very, very wrong. I could tell by the size and distance of the lateral ejections that explosives had to have been used. In the months and years that followed I would research everything I could get my hands on regarding the destruction of the Twin Towers. There is no doubt in my mind whatsoever that the Towers were demolished via explosive demolition.

I have seen many television videos of controlled demolitions and have been present at live demolitions of at least six buildings taller than ten stories. The destruction of WTC 7 and the Twin Towers appeared to me identical to controlled demolitions I have witnessed. As a toolmaker I am familiar with the properties of various steels and am convinced the collapse of these buildings had nothing to do with fire.

I have found many discrepancies and curious practices since 9/11. I also find it very convenient that many corporate lawsuits were terminated due to the loss of evidence from the building's destruction. I question consistency of buildings that basically fall within their footprint from control demolition, and the lack of buildings suffering from similar damages that have not collapsed. I've gone from cynical, to totally not believing the official line in New York City or the Pentagon.

In my first employment I was paid to come up with product designs with extremely high burning efficiencies. The best wood burning design products are measured by the amount of smoke they emit. Black smoke means low oxygen and slow burning process. Very inefficient design. White smoke, or better still no smoke means extremely high levels of burning and thus high efficiency. When I saw the two WTC with vast amount of black smoke I knew at a glance, oxygen starved fires with temperature aroung 600 degrees or less. Such temperatures would barely burn wood let alone steel. So you can imagine my surprise when I saw the two buildings collapse. I knew from an experienced heating technologist perspective - not humanly possible!

The Towers were planned and constructed to withstand multiple hits from airplanes in addition to the fuel carried by them. Only ONE plane hit each Tower. Shortly thereafter each tower collapsed. Either the architects were grossly incompetent or the Towers had additional 'help' in creating their collapse. One must keep in mind that from the time each plane hit the upper part of the Towers, the entire structure BELOW the damaged area was pristine and untouched. Not one of the videos displaying planes hitting the Towers shows ANY sway or movement from the Towers as they're being hit in response to the impact. That speaks for itself in how strong they were.

It is bad enough that a catastrophe like the destruction of the 3 skyscrapers with so many fatalities on the 11th of September 2001 happened. What makes it worse is the fact that there are legitimate doubts about what the Bush Administration and others told the world. What definitely should alarm everybody is the way a majority of Americans and the News Media etc. have so far dealt with people that raised honest questions.
