PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The official story is that the buildings, weakened by fire, and falling under their own wight, pancaked down. The collapse happened in less than 10 seconds, which is about the time for a free falling object from that height to hit the ground. Resistance of building joints at each floor would have slowed the fall and possibly caused a much less even descent, perhaps even toppling. Pancaking would have left much more evidence. Explosives would have removed all evidence leaving only dust.

It is ludicrous that the 911 commission did not investigate the possibility of intentional demolition by use of explosives of the 3 world trade center towers. I believe the 'Patriot Act', written well in advance of 9/11/01, is the biggest destruction of American liberty. It needs to be repealed after a REAL investigation of the events of 9/11 brings out the truth of what happened on that day.

WTC7 did not pancake, as seen from the footage this was controlled demolition as confirmed by the landlord.

' As a former fighter pilot, I regard the failure to intercept the first airliner on 9/11 prior to impact, as one of the worst derelictions of duty in the history of this nation. We routinely scramble fighters 80 to 100 times every year to intercept 'unknowns,' some even turning out to be flocks of birds or radar ghosts. An alert interceptor from FLORIDA could possibly have arrived in time to intercept the first airliner. I'm sure it would have broken the pilot's heart to shoot down an airplane full of people: the inevitability of its flightpath makes the math simple: they were going to die, drop them somewhere that minimizes additional deaths on the ground. An airliner switching off its transponder squawk, turning 180 degrees off course and failing to respond to radio calls, sets off alarms across the entire Eastern seaboard. Don't try to feed me the crap the media was spooning out, that Boeing 767's 'disappeared' from radar. Civil air traffic control routinely informs pilots of flocks of birds, which show up well on low-tech air traffic control radar even though their squawks lack airspeed and altitude telemetry, and NORAD TRACKS SCREWS DROPPED BY ASTRONAUTS IN SPACE. Failing to intercept an aircraft in these circumstances is equivalent to gunners smoking and joking on the deck of your ship watching kamikazes crash into it. That's just the first impact. Recall that at that moment, there were two or three other aircraft 180 degrees off course with transponders and radios off: CONFIRMED HOSTILES FLYING TOWARDS OUR NATION'S CAPITAL. National defense policies adhered to for decades require enough interceptors sitting strip alert 24 / 7 / 365, within striking distance of the world's most heavily defended target in the most powerful nation on earth, to get most of a *squadron* on station in the time available. And instead, several news crews perform the intercept successfully WITH HELICOPTERS; so we can watch on TV while it happens TWO MORE TIMES. Next you have two buildings collapsing symmetrically into their own footprints, in defiance of the laws of physics, after taking hits they were specifically designed to withstand. And then a third, that wasn't hit by anything. After that, we watch while for some 200 days firefighters pump water into the steaming wreckage, to cool down exactly what? YOU CAN'T MELT STEEL WITH KEROSENE, right? Black smoke means low-temperature, oxygen-starved combustion, right? Water from fire sprinklers will not extinguish a petroleum fire, fuel spills absent retardant generally burn until all the fuel is gone, right? Why do you suppose the steel scrap recovered from the debris was shipped off to CHINA as quickly as it could be loaded onto trucks and ships, while even routine analyses was FORBIDDEN, if only in the interest of discovering why this steel failed so remarkably--a failure unprecedented in the history of engineering? As a military man you could not look me in the eye and try to tell me that an operation the size of our invasion of Iraq was possible without planning begun more than a YEAR prior to 9/11. I don't give a damn about any 'conspiracy theories,' theories are not relevant to the dereliction, omissions and obviously preplanned fabrications associated with 9/11.

I watched the burning buildings on September 11 and was amazed when they seemingly exploded into dust. It was clear from the outset that there was something I did not understand. Over the years since 9/11 I have been approached by several people I respect regarding questions they had but I could not fathom as possible the ability any alliance to pull off a crime of such magnitude. Why would Building 7 collapse on its own footprint because of a few small fires started inside the building (after conveniently turning off the sprinkler system)? Why would Building 7 collapse in this very hour when no airplane even flew into it? Isn't this too much of a coincidence? I am a graduate student in Molecular Biology and am currently working on my PhD in cancer research at University California Irvine.
Commissioners Kean and Hamilton of the 9/11 Commission have stated in their book that the commission was set up to fail. We need a real investigation into 9/11. There are many troubling things that have come to light since that fateful day. It should be investigated why Building 7 collapsed despite not having been hit by a plane, while building 5 and 6 which were more proximate to the Twin Towers, remained standing. The NIST report does not adequately account for these anomalies and overly relies on computer models to account for the near free-fall of Building 7. These models can easily be tweaked to match a predetermined outcome. The 9/11 commission report stated that the US government have not been able to determine the origin of the money used for the 9/11 attacks. Ultimately the question is of little practical significance. In an apparent break from one of the most sacred laws of investigation (follow the money), the 9/11 commission admits its failure. We need a new investigation into this most heinous act. An independent investigation into the near free-fall of Building 7 and the Twin Towers is tremendously important to the prosperity and freedom of the American people. 9/11 has been used as a pretext to make enormous changes to this nation. The American people have the right to know if these changes were built on false information. Please open a new independent investigation with broad subpoena power.

I have a 4 year degree in Biology and and have worked the last 10 years as a Lab Manager for Kent State University. I have been co-author in two published science journal articles. I have also worked on several water quality projects were I had to enumerate E. coli bacteria as part of our data collection. On one of the projects, I was lucky enough to be able to work with the USGS. I have also done work in Molecular Bio, as well. I am currently working on a Master's degree in Public Health with a concentration in Environmental.
I always had a problem with the way the Towers came down and the fact that there wasn't any large concrete blocks in the rubble pile. Something just never seemed right about it. After seeing the footage of WTC 7 from ae911 truth, I knew that my apprehension in believing the official story and my thoughts about controlled demolition had been confirmed.

After viewing several videos of witnesses and experts speaking about the 9/11 events, the National Institute of Standards and Technology report does not make sense and seems to be biased. All of the steel framed World Trade Center Towers could not have come down as fast as they did as a result of planes crashing into the 2 main Towers, and especially the office fires in Building 7. The evidence of destroyed buildings were disposed of too quickly without adequate analysis. I think the public was misled. Many lives have been lost in war that followed, much tax money has been spent to finance the war, and much hatred in the world has resulted. The citizens of the United States, and especially families and friends who lost loved ones in the 9/11 events, deserve to know the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
