PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

My first love was Architecture, and had hours of training and certificates for Mechanical Drawing and CAD from the 1980s, as well as training and certificates for Audio Engineering and Studio Maintenance, and worked since High School in Pro Sound and Audio Visual industries. Upon completion of my Associate degree in Electronics, I went to work for over a decade in Wireless Communications and Networks Manufacturing.
My first undergraduate program of study was Architecture in the mid-1980s with the University of West Virginia, but switched to Drafting with Carver Career Center in Charleston. Ironically, my first two areas of intense personal study were outrigger skyscrapers (WTC Towers) and underground construction (Bunkers). As I recall, the history of the term pancake goes back to the 1940s or 1950s in relation to SEISMIC studies of the performance of concrete and reinforced concrete buildings and was a descriptive term of the visible RESULT of collapses, NOT a MODE OF FAILURE. I knew then that the first explanation was pure propaganda, not scientific inquiry, and likely originated from some uninformed military source, not an educated civilian expert; especially since the means of destruction were different between the Towers and Building 7. The two WTC Towers were controlled explosions and WTC 7 was a classic implosion. In short, the evidence at hand convinced me that WTC 7 was a defacto standard controlled demolition, but that the towers were experimental silo demolitions; the most damning evidence being that the second tower struck was the first to fall in less than an hour. These [outrigger] skyscrapers are built to share the load between their cores and external frames, and any mode of total failure or progressive collapse begins with destroying both the core and frame on more than one side of either tower, and had the catalyst been any combination of plane crashes and office fires exclusively it would have taken several days to sufficiently weaken the towers (we know it wasn't plane crashes alone since the towers absorbed the crash inertias and redistributed their structural loads). Instead it was mere minutes. Some type of explosives and accelerants must have been used to account for the additional energies needed to trigger and to MAINTAIN the silo type collapses of the WTC towers. Lastly, it's funny how investigators who are Architects or Engineers are derided as not being Demolition Experts, but Demolition Experts with civilian or military experience are dismissed as not being Engineering or Architectural Ph.D.s (among internet message board discussions and other venues). The red-herring being that it assumed that the real perpetrators would have had to have had extensive knowledge of both fields to pull off these demolitions; the reality being that the 19 alleged hijackers had neither. Two planes, three different collapses. A child can do that math.

I've seen other investigations of the 9-11 attacks and they all point to the same thing, but the listing of reasons for doubting the official story as found on this web site is both the most succinct and compelling I've yet seen. As I read some of those points I thought Of course! I should not have needed an architect to point out those things! It is clear that further investigation is needed with testimony by experts such as Richard Gage.

I received my high school diploma and graduated from St.Patrick's high school. Shortly after I started an apprenticeship with Local 95 Heat and Frost Insulators and I am currently attending my 3rd and final 6weeks of trade school which will move me from the level of apprentice to journeyman.
I highly doubt the official story about the WTC buildings for a number of reasons. 1) The fact that the buildings fell at nearly free fall speed encountering no resistance on the way down. 2) The buildings were built to withstand multiple plane impacts and the buildings still fell. 3) Jet fuel does not burn hot enough to melt the structural steel and cause a sudden collapse. The jet fuel only has the capability of warping and bending the steel beams which in my opinion would not be enough to bring the buildings down SUDDENLY. 4) The concrete was completely pulverized suggesting the possibility of explosives being used. 5) Molten metal was seen by the first responders dripping down the steel beams like lava. Pools of molten metal were also found underneath the rubble of the towers. If a fire isn't hot enough to melt structural steel then what caused the molten metal?? Could it be some sort of an explosive? 6) Many interviews have been done with the first responders, and people who where there who said they heard explosions in the building before and during the WTC collapses. There is video evidence to prove this. Also a man named Willie Rodriguez who was a janitor in the basement levels of the towers heard explosions in the basement just a few seconds before the plane actually crashed into the building. You can find his videos online through Google or Youtube, just type in Willie Rodriguez. 7) Before 9/11 no steel framed structure has ever collapsed due to a fire. This would make the WTC buildings the 1st in history according the the commission report if it were true but I know it's not. And remember WTC building 7 was not hit by a plane and it still collapsed. 8) If the buildings collapsed by fire then why were steel beams thrown hundreds of feet away from the towers. In one case a steel beam was even lodged into a neighboring building. If it was a natural building collapse the beams would have fell straight down not across the street. The amount of force needed to throw a steel beam this far and lodge it into another building would have to great. My conclusion explosives were used. I'm not an architect. I'm not an engineer. I'm not a scientist or a physicist. I'm just an average JOE. Evidence of the truth is in plain sight and easy to understand if you are willing to open your mind. It doesn't take a great mind to see behind the lies of the commission report.

I currently work as a design engineer at a top aerospace engine manufacturer specializing in CAE tool development including finite element analysis.
I have an analytical as well as gut-level feel for how structures should behave under loads. WTC1 and 2 buildings were designed with redundant load bearing members for the explicit purpose to be able to absorb impacts from airliners as this was one of many design considerations at the time. The buildings should each have remained intact for longer than was witnessed below their impact zones - if a dynamic failure were to occure with upper levels impacting the lower levels, each structural framework in each floor below would offer some resistance, significantly slowing the speed of collapse compared against a free-falling body. The rapid speed of descent as seen in footage indicates no resistance in the members meaning something more was going on in the levels below the impact and fires. The clouds of pulvarized concrete billowing out during the collapse also raises flags. The amount of the dust generated is extreme and its pyroclastic behaivor indicates it had been superheated which is not readily explained in a simple collapse scenario. When I first saw the collapse of the towers on September 11, I was just out of high school and had basically no engineering background. In my journal that day I noted how it looked like the buildings were being demolished like the old casinos in Las Vegas. Concerning the complete casino-style collapse of Building 7, this was simply overt and is beyond suspicious. I hadn't seen the videos of Building 7 until several years later, but anyone who watches these videos is hard-pressed to explain the complete symmetrical collapse of the building with the top descending at near free-fall speed as a result of fires only.

My husband, who has a degree in Civil Engineering from UC Berkeley, and I watched the hideous sight of the Towers falling the morning of September 11, 2001. At the time, we were both struck by the apparently fluid nature of the fall. This has troubled my husband ever since. He has worked in construction management since 1970 and has never seen anything like it in his construction experience. The official report that came out from the government did not seem accurate.

However, anyone who has the gift of common sense should easily conclude, based on scientific facts and the laws of physics, that this was indeed an inside job... controlled demolition. As these events were taking place, there were so many cameras fixed on the Twin Towers that you can notice by careful observation bombs going off on floors below the plane wreck. It's quite obvious that the main supports of the building were being demolished. Also, why was the evidence carted away so quickly?

I am currently teaching and have taught Community College mathematics for 26 years as of Spring 2012. I worked as a Software Engineer on the B-2 project in Southern California for 6 years.
It is clear that the Twin Towers and Building 7 were brought down by pre-planned demolition. In the Twin Towers, the fires were basically under control, and most of the firefighters would have survived if there were no explosives. Most of the surviving first responders would be in far better health today if all they had to deal with was fire and if there were no explosive materials involved.

I made my way to ground zero on the afternoon of Sept 13, 2001 with my brother, a NYC police Lieutenant. There was nothing there, no collapse, no bodies, no rescue effort. Just debris removal leaving and phone trucks coming. We were turned away from every entry point by machine gun toting military, I had to wait until the 13th to go down until my brother could meet me because his badge normally would have given him access to any area in the city. He ended up stopping a Verizon phone truck a block north of a check point, flashing his badge, and we climbed in the back. We had been watching the check points and noticed Verizon phone trucks were simply waved through. It looked more like the effort might after 6 months. We went to help, there was nothing happening, nothing to do so we walked freely around and then left. As we did it started to pour, washing away the post apocalyptic moonscape that was ground zero. You could feel something wrong about the whole scene and how it was portrayed on TV. It felt a little like a movie set between takes, waiting for someone to scream action.

To even the casual, impartial observer the video footage of those two skyscrapers falling clearly indicates deliberate implosion. Retired teacher -Special Education-The movie Loose Change convinced me, but my eyes did not start to really open until I retired and had time to investigate further.
There is no doubt in my mind that there is more than sufficient evidence to warrant a new independent investigation into the cause of the destruction of the 3 World Trade Center buildings. If this is your belief please act now to help initiate this action. We ask ourselves why the German people did not stand up for the Jewish people before and during World War II. Let's not have our children and grandchildren asking why we didn't stand up for our rights as they devalued our currency and took away all our freedoms.
