PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I find it impossible that two buildings of that magnitude would collapse within hours of each other after small (relative to the size of the buildings) airplanes crashed into the upper thirds of the buildings. The planes would have been shredded trying to penetrate the steel exoskeleton and, if there had been a jet fuel fire, it would not have done enough damage to collapse the whole building at near free-fall speeds. WTC 7 is the smoking gun... how the heck does a building suddenly collapse many hours after the first two came down due to 'office fires'. It was a steel frame building. It would take a lot more than a standard office fire to bring it down. The way it fell is suspect as well. It looks exactly like a controlled implosion.

While I understand the strategy of focusing on the WTC-7 building collapse, it is painfully obvious from just watching all three WTC buildings collapse that they were brought down by controlled demolition. There is absolutely no other possible explanation from a science and engineering point of view. Science has no agenda. The additional supporting evidence (squibs, thermate, eyewitness accounts, etc.) is very useful, but ultimately, not even needed to prove with 100% certainty that all three WTC buildings were destroyed by explosive demolition. A scientific/engineering analysis of video showing the collapse of the 3 WTC buildings is ultimately the only evidence required to prove with 100% certainty that all three WTC buildings were destroyed by explosive demolition. Again, science has no agenda.

There are many different technical things from material science to metallurgy to computer science issues that are obviously incorrect and or fabricated.

I watched the destruction of the WTC from a hotel room in Vietnam. When the first building collapsed I at first did not realise what I had just witnessed. My wife said the tower collapsed and I replied by saying that was not possible. I was completely stunned. It was not until some time later that I began to seriously question the official narrative. Although suspicious, it was not until later that I started to review the collapse of the towers via the internet, and I can recall the first time I saw a video of the building 7 collapse. I understood immediately that it had to be controlled demolition. From some angles it just looked like a complete and structurally intact building had just fallen straight down against the backdrop of a largely clear sky. I particularly remember the reaction of the dutch demolition expert Danny Jowenko, he was completely incredulous.

Almost anything can be made to look suspicious, but when a suspicion is shared by large numbers of experts in fields directly related to that suspicion, it becomes time to inquire further and to directly address the questions involved. A democracy cannot function when there are reservations as to the truth of major events that effect the lives of its citizens. Therefore, a full, fair, open and thorough investigation into the evidence surrounding the collapse of WTC 7, as well as the other two WTC collapses, has become necessary to confront the growing number of concerns that are being brought forth as time goes on. These concerns will not go away by ignoring them. Resistance to the opening of such an inquiry would simply feed fuel to those who claim a cover-up is taking place and would be an unwise move on the part of anyone who has nothing to hide from such an investigation. Even if it's a waste of time and money and nothing out of the ordinary is uncovered, and everything that appears anomalous proves to have a benign explanation...even if nothing more than this is the result of such an investigation, the very least result will be that the questions will have been put to bed and we all will be able to rest more easily. Until that time, however, the fact that they remain unanswered will disturb our sleep and eat away at the core of our democracy. We must not let this continue.

I lived in Manhattan below 14th street for 20 years and was very familiar with WTC and its environs. I watched the towers' destruction from my rooftop terrace 1.5 miles away in Greenwich Village. With my somewhat advanced generalist knowledge of construction and physics, I simply cannot accept the official explanation. Those towers were designed to stand hundreds of years, and it simply beggars belief that they fell down in the manner observed as a result of the airliner crashes and the resulting destruction and fires. The likelihood of this outcome is vanishingly small. There must be a simpler explanation - that the towers were demolished. It's the only answer that makes sense.

It's been 13 years since 9/11 and the thoughts of that day had fleeted to nearly none. That is, until I got some free time and decided to watch a documentary called 9-11: In Plane Site. It sparked my curiosity and caused me to revisit the memories I have of the horrible time in our history on the the day of 9-11 and the weeks, months, and years which followed. Then I realized, I never really questioned what happened. I simply went with the story given to us by our government. Since that realization, I've tried to dig for info, watch as many documentaries as possible, and follow the brilliant James Corbett, whose research, interviews, and overall take on the events surrounding 9-11 are impressive and convincing to say the least. I want to know the truth, and I want to hear it from the people who were in charge of protecting our country and failed by either incompetence or (more likely) staging the attack themselves.
It seems clear, upon revisiting the footage of Towers 1, 2, and lesser known 7, that either the greatest coincidence in the history of humanity happened by all of the falling at free fall speed and on top of themselves by virtue of fires, or there was some carefully planned and precisely executed demolition of all three structures. Furthermore, the fact that there was molten steel present in the buildings before the collapse, and indeed days and weeks following the buildings' collapses, suggests the use of extremely powerful and volatile explosives which quite possibly caused the collapses of the buildings.

I have extensive experience in metal working. I understand the kind of energy that is required to melt metal and keep it liquid. Furthermore I understand the amount of strength achieved by welding. I also understand how basic physics work from years of sports activities.
Unless the joints of the steel armature of the building were not attached to each other by bolts or welds and the building was hollow and without anything inside of it, the building could not fall at the speed of gravity. You really don't need to be a scientist to see these facts. This is applied knowledge from 10th grade physics. Its very difficult for me to understand why the scientific method has not been used to examine the collapse of the world trade center buildings.

Those buildings were built to be hit by a plane so if God forbid a plane ever did hit one of them, the fire department could knock the fire out with a couple hoses and they can begin to rebuild.....but that isn't what happened. An aluminum plane with jet fuel melted 'steel reinforced concrete' in a matter of minutes which is physically impossible unless you have something to help with the melting like nano-thermite or what we all know as C-4. Explosions were heard and can be seen all throughout various footage of that day.

I watched the news coverage all day and into the night on 9/11 from the beginning of the reports of the North tower being hit. Recently, I watched a news video from 9/11 which led to watching many more, which led to my signing your petition. Though the image of the South tower exploding is etched in my mind from nearly 13 years ago, I did not realize the profound effect of the events that unfolded that day. Obsessed I watched video after video; some news reports, some conspiracy theory oriented, some scientific based, some independent video's shot on 9/11. In spite of all the videos that I watched what affected me the most was watching the towers fall. I had a profound understanding that what I had SEEN on 9/11 had been overwhelmed by horror, shock and fear. I realized I had seen the towers explode, I remembered the moment that it began in the South tower and how I simply couldn't believe that the tower had disintegrated before my eyes. I think it only takes seeing those videos again for anyone to understand today what happened on 9/11 more clearly. It was a process for me that took a few days to accept. First the sadness of the event flooded back, then came feelings of betrayal and anger, then came feelings of wanting to escape from this truth, and finally acceptance and a desire to support revealing the facts of the events on 9/11. With the official explanations lacking evidence and the worldwide political manipulations which has led to wide-spread loss of life and suffering both here and abroad it is our duty to our country and the world to reveal the truth.

Thanks to the internet, today, everybody can see how those Towers went down, free fall! And Building 7 went down, free fall, that one without even being hit by a plane! How this can happen is no magic. There had to be demolition work being done and then we hear, the owner of the Towers say to the New York fire department, 'pull it'. It's just too much. How can the two highest towers of New York go down like that, at free fall, absolutely defying the laws of physics and then have the whole country say nothing? It's called 'mass control' through 'fear'... absolutely evil. Should be restored to reality. The truth HAS to come out. I am so proud to be counted as an advocate for this. I am a high school history teacher with over twenty years of classroom experience. We should not accept an official story that defies science and reason. When architects, engineers, scientists, and pilots produce evidence that calls into question the official story then we must listen. Recognizing that jet fuel cannot melt or weaken steel is not subject to belief: it is a fact validated by the scientific process. Buildings that tumble at a near free-fall speeds and expert and eyewitness testimony that reveals that explosives were present, then it is irrational not to question a story that ignores the evidence. In the end we must be people of science and reason. We must let the evidence lead us to the truth.

Quite frankly nothing in the media report event rang true in the light of the incredible way the buildings came down. I love the TV program 'AirCrash Investigation' and I have seen enough planes crash to know they break up (being a hollow cylinder) on impact with a solid immovable object e.g. a building, and all my reading and viewing since that time has served to convince me that the 9/11 atrocity was exactly that; an act perpetrated on the American people by their own government (and I understand their reluctance to acknowledge that) which has been followed by further false flag events eg Sandy Hook shooting which the media has also reported as fact despite all the evidence to the contrary.

It is blatantly obvious that the official story, as reported by the 9/11 Commission, is a complete fabrication. As someone who has stood on the roof of the WTC and experienced the enormity of those buildings, it is inconceivable to me that these towers simply collapsed. As someone who has watched (many times over) the disintegration of those buildings, I am unable to reconcile what I have observed with the official story (which also requires suspension of belief in the laws of physics). And don't get me started on the Pentagon...
