On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I concluded early on that the official explanation, even before the 9/11 Commission report, did not add up. The first couple of items that I found suspicious were 1) the pulverizing of the concrete and 2) the free fall of the Towers in less than 10 seconds. Since 2001 I have read many books on the subject starting with Painful Questions by Eric Hufschmid, The New Pearl Harbor by David Ray Griffin (I saw him speak in Berkeley a year ago with Peter Phillips) and Towers of Deception by Barrie Zwicker the latter of which included the CD The Great Conspiracy. From the latter book I agreed with the author (and Richard Gage whom I heard on KPFA today) that there needs to be another, more thorough, investigation of the events of 9/11/2001. To add to my list of suspicious items, I saw a public showing of a CD, in 2004, where the focus was on experienced criminal investigators and how they were making the case about the rapid shipment of the steel from the Towers to India and China and that act was destroying evidence at the scene of a crime. I worked at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center from 2001-2005. I was amazed how otherwise very savvy physicists and engineers didn't want to entertain the thought, or evidence, that the official explanation did not add up. They willingly accept the official pancake theory. I have my own theory about their willingness to accept the official explanation. Several years ago I came across a term called cognitive dissonance. The psychological description goes like this: the term describes an uncomfortable mental tension that arises from results from having two (or more) conflicting thoughts at the same time i.e. The Towers falling was a bad, terrible event and My government is here to help me and they couldn't have had anything to do with the destruction of the Towers.

And the way that the building fell, with such symmetry and neatness, can only be accomplished by implosion demolition. We have all seen video footage of buildings destroyed in this way, done by experts; this is the same. My field of education was about exactly this type of thing: stress and structural failure. There is no other way that it could occur, and I stake my reputation upon it.

Whilst I am a graduate of Aeronautical Engineering from Sydney University, upon graduation I started a business in a different field & pursued self employment in other fields for my entire working life. As such, I have never worked a day in my life as an engineer. That said, I still have a reasonable grasp of the scientific principles involved & am well aware that the aircraft that struck WTC 1 & 2 could not possibly have been commercial 767's as they exceeded their flight envelope parameters (esp. in relation to their speed at sea level) . People think jet fuel must be hot if it can lift airplanes into the air, but in reality, it must burn inside a metallic engine without damaging it, so it doesn't burn hot enough to even melt structural steel. Most of the jet fuel hitting the twin towers flashed off on impact, leaving little left to finish off the towers. And what exactly was supposed to have caused world trade 7 to come down? There have been a few intense fires in steel frame buildings, and they all leave the frame standing when they're over. Fire cannot explain the near-instant collapse of world trade 7.

I have studied the drawings of WTC ONE and WTC TWO. I have also studied the consruction technology of very large suspension bridges, the technology of Gravity and Arch Dams and much, much more. I have an intimate knowledge of highly advanced Mathematics. I also have a 99.994 percentile IQ.
From the very first time that I viewed the Video of the collapse of the South Tower I just knew that something was very, very wrong. I saw exploding dust in all directions, yet no images of the tower itself, nor it's floor by floor collapse. I immediately purchased the FEMA Building Performace Study, the 9/11 Commission Report and finally the NIST Study. My initial concerns were twofold, first there was not enough potential energy to collapse any more than 5 to ten stories due to gravity loading, and second the fires were not of any length of time nor hot enough to weaken the structural steel to a level of plasticity. I immediately started to research every document that I could find. And I learned more and more. In addition, the collapse of Tower 7 some seven hours later was indisputably due to controlled demolition. All of my research led me to the conclusion that the official explanation was totally incorrect.

After watching the video of the W7 building collapse and other video evidence and listening to the official explanation for the destruction of the building I have come to the conclusion that, in good faith and with a clear conscience I cannot accept the NIST report, because it just goes against common sense and even a basic understanding of the laws of physics. Besides, their direct admission not to have investigated any other possibility for the catastrophic total collapse of the building in itself is a sad demonstration that the outcame of their study has been forced to be what it is, even when their own 3D model doesn't even correspond to the events and contraddicts their own conclusions.

I watched the towers fall on TV from my school classroom, with 3 other teachers. I saw the airplanes hit the towers, and when the towers fell i knew immediately that no airplane could cause this. I agree with the statement that it is not possible for a building to fall that symmetrically by office fires. All engineers know that even if the temperature of the fires were hot enough to melt the structural beams, it would have to be done simultaneously, which is nearly impossible, and even then that wouldn't guarantee and symmetrical fall. For a building to fall that symmetrically and quickly, it needs to fail at the base of the structure with all the supports failing at the same time, which can only be explained by a designed demolition with a substance having more potential and explosive energy than a jet fuel. This is why I feel obligated as a honest US citizen to help get the truth unveiled.

WTC7 data shows that it free fell. That is the indisputable smoking gun. If fire and falling debris could case its supports to spontaneously disappear like that, then it would be the first time in history. I have been around the block, read a few books, digested experience and reflected on life. It's ridiculous to suggest that a steel frame structure could collapse from office fire. Three in the same vicinity on the same day is impossible! Controlled explosives and or accelerants of some kind must have been adopted with precision within the framework of the buildings to have them collapse in on their footprint.

A government major at Dartmouth College, I graduated in 1992. I have become a devoted student of A Course in Miracles and decided to dedicate my life to the study of healing and its relationship to forgiveness.
It was not until I read my favorite Course in Miracles Teacher's Book, 'Love has Forgotten No One' in 2014, that Gary Renard's nonphysical teachers communicated to him that our government played a role in the collapse of the World Trade Center Buildings using CIA-directed 'night crew' explosives experts and super thermite. I did not believe it at first, and was actually ready to dismiss him altogether. But the words read, 'It's not like there isn't plenty of evidence for it.' And now I can only say that peer-reviewed science, witnesses, video, and structural expertise will have to take center stage. I'm still open to the evidence.
