PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I earned my B.S. in Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2002. I earned an M.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis. I worked in the defense industry from 2003 to 2008 at The Boeing Company as a Controls Engineer.
My main concern here is the lack of analysis performed in the Official 9/11 Commission Report, and glaring omissions such as the collapse of 7 WTC. The Commission claimed that 1 WTC collapsed in a pancake fashion (p. 308) and that 2 WTC fell in ten seconds and collapsed into itself (p.305). Given that free fall speed for the buildings would be around 9.2 seconds, and that the law of conservation of energy would prohibit such a rapid collapse under the pancake theory, the lack of scientific evidence and analysis leaves much to be desired. Furthermore, research on the WTC dust yielded highly advanced nano-thermitic compounds, indicating the true cause of collapse of the three WTC buildings was indeed through the use of explosives (Active Thermitic Material Discovered from the 9/11 World Trade Center Catastrophe. The Open Chemical Physics Journal, 2009). That finding supports the mechanics of collapse observed, including the coincidentally high degree of symmetry, lack of rotation or bending of the upper sections of the North and South Towers above the plane impact zones during collapse, and of course the speed at which they fell. This and video evidence of sequential explosions during the towers' destruction indicate that the twin towers were brought down by systematic controlled demolition. The nature of fall and lack of structural damage to 7 WTC also indicates an organized, deliberate demolition occurred here. There is more than enough scientific evidence to cause for demand of an independent investigation of the nature of the events on 9/11/01 and an unbiased diligent effort applied into discovering who was involved.

How is it that the buildings fell at free-fall acceleration and straight down, doing virtually no damage to any surrounding buildings (especially building 7, which wasn't even hit by anything)?

I have witnessed & have seen many videos of building demolitions. I have investigated buildings toppled by wind. I have investigated a fire in the core of a high-rise hotel building and one in an open air garage. It is obvious to me that the 911 towers were demolished with explosives. The fire in the twin towers was like that of cars burning in an open garage building-the fire can not become hot enough to cause enough structural members to deform to the point of failure. Building number 7 collapsed just like any other controlled demolition I have witnessed. The buildings did not topple.

Of the two buildings that sustained similar damage (i.e. the twin towers), the last building hit fell first, after 54 minutes. The other building fell after 100 minutes, despite that these building were subjected to similar forces. These anomalies warrant further investigation.

Unfortunately, that conclusion caused me to be quite concerned at the direction that the thought process then takes you. At the very least, the disaster must be investigated with new eyes on the nature and causes of the building loss and the loss of life. Who or what is responsible? How could it have been done? What part did the planes really have in the collapse? I don't know but would like more answers.

I have interests in finance, and increasingly in an honest government that defends the constitution and helps ensure the America my son grows up in is as good or better than the one I grew up in, with liberty and freedom.
The building 7 collapse was obviously a controlled demolition. There was no direct plane crash, and a diesel building fire somehow caused a perfect demolition internal collapse. This was no accident, and to me, completely discredits the official report, and must be investigated and scientifically explained. I would like a release of any and all evidence related to 9/11, so the public can decide. There are many unanswered questions in my mind. How come raw materials from the demolished building are hidden away in warehouses, and not publicly available? Let independent auditors test metal from the wreckage for nano-thermite. Why is there no open scientific scrutiny and study? Why is the public prevented from seeing an analyzing the evidence? Why were air force pilots kept occupied training for the exact scenario (hijacking exercise) the day of the attacks? (air traffic controller saying is this real world, or an exercise). Where are the black boxes? Security footage tapes? Release the pentagon footage - all of it (there must be some hi-res footage not publicly released), showing the crash, to refute claims it was a cruise missile / inside job, and confirm it was a plane. Explain the Pennsylvania crash - why are there no large plane parts? Explain how black boxes can fail to survive all crashes. These are designed to survive, and yet *all* 4 vanished? This isn't possible. If it were, then there are serious problems with black-box design and a national redesign should be in force. Again, science to overcome this exact scenario (crashes) somehow failed? This contradicts the official report, and must be explained. Explain how diesel can melt steel. Modern material science is advanced enough to show jet fuel can't melt steel (1400 degree jet fuel fires can't melt steel at almost 2800 degrees), so how *did* it melt? Refute nano-thermite questions with evidence. Again, why does science contradict the official report? If it is eventually determined nano-thermite was actually used (contrary to the official findings), then go further, and identify who could have done such a thing? On such a massive scale? Undetected? Open up video security footage from inside the buildings to help identify the individuals involved, expose street camera footage to allow vehicles in/out to be identified so we can understand who could have done this and how they pulled it off. Motive and opportunity. Who stood to profit from 9/11? Follow the money trail. This hasn't received enough investigative attention. The whole affair smells of a cover-up. Too much contradiction with science, too many (easily answered) unanswered questions. If there is nothing to hide, why is all the evidence hidden away in private? All of these issues and many more need serious investigation, openly, by the public, which can only happen with access to the evidence in question. Currently there are too many secrets, too much evidence held in secret, preventing people from analyzing the evidence openly, drawing their own conclusions, and thus determining their own truth. Let's make the evidence public, so people can find truth, get closure, and move on once and for all.

I graduated from UCLA and spent a year in grad school to get a CA teaching credential. After 6 years I moved to NYC and got into sales/marketing. My second job in NY was in the 104th fl of the North Tower. Fortunately, our company was sold many years before 9/11. After starting in sales/marketing I was promoted to management of these area. Much like the Warren Report of the Kennedy assassination there is too much room for doubt regarding the government's explanation. What happened the the plane that supposedly hit the Pentagon? Thank you for this website. I have always questioned the 'official' story and do not believe it. I hope there will be an investigation of this evidence you've presented. So sad that our own government lied about this incident and covered up the physical evidence (starting with the removal of debris before it was even examined) as well as many past incidents. I am signing this petition because of the blatant lack of evidence provided to support the official story told to the general public. It's clear that a proper investigation was not conducted when it should have been, and it is clear that a proper Federally backed investigation will never take place. The evidence is overwhelming from qualified persons who are adamant that the buildings could not collapse of their own volition after exposure to aviation fuel. I believe that the trade centers were an inside job done with controlled demolition. I work at a steel mill and watch them try to melt iron with 3000 degrees temperature and being blasted with oxygen. We must find out the truth.

In my opinion the tragic and disastrous incident of 9/11 was premeditated, only to gain would sympathy and allow the US to gain direct military entry into Afghanistan. Everything that happened in Afghanistan after the 9/11 disaster is clear and like a open book. I have a guy feeling that Osama bin Ladin is still alive. He was never an enemy of the US. The enemity shown between Osama bin Ladin and the US was only a false image portrayed to the world.. whatever mentioned above is only my opinion and feelings

It is horrible to discover that a significant building such as WTC7 is vulnerable to attack and this level of destruction. I continue to be amazed at all the after effects.

When I first saw the Building 7 on the day that it happened, it reminded me of some video footage that my Uncle took when I was a child. My Uncle's footage showed the planned implosion of a nearby brick tower that was no longer needed in relation to the business of which it was a part of. The brick tower crumbled neatly as it fell in a perfect direct vertical drop. Building 7 had that same 'perfect fall' appearance.

I remember when 9/11 happened. I was teaching first grade. I was trying to pull myself together enough for the children's sake, because I was horrified by what I had just seen on television in the other room. After recently reading some of the untold truths about what happened on that day, I don't fully believe the story that was given any more. I think the victim's families have a right to know the whole truth.

Even before going online or reading any books challenging the official story, it just seemed wrong; more a demolition than an accident. I now believe that those initial suspicions were correct. I had no understanding that day what was going on. I still have not experienced the loss these people have gone through. Give these people what they deserve. Coming together for this is important.
