On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

In 1995, I graduated from BYU with a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (Math minor). Since then, I have worked in the computer industry for over 12 years. I'm an experienced programmer and professional network and system administrator.
There are many inconsistencies between the official explanation and the facts. Here are some observations. 1) The lateral ejection of 20 ton steel beams hundreds of feet from a building--some reportedly in clean even lengths. 2) The beams were ejected in absolutely symmetrical patterns. (see http://911research.wtc7.net/wtc/analysis/collapses/mushrooming.html) 3) The manner and speed of collapse were suspect. WTC1, WTC2, & WTC7 did not topple over as you might expect from a building weakened unevenly due to fire. 4) The mass of a fully loaded 767 with fuel would be less than 1/10 of one percent of the above-ground mass of one of the twin towers. 5) A variety of dust samples have proven the existence of iron-rich microspheres commonly produced by thermate reactions (explosives). In fact, the existence of these spheres has even been documented by the government. Some people may say that it is not likely or highly improbable for the trade center towers to have been wired with explosives due to the difficulty involved. This reasoning is used to dismiss any possibility of this scenario actually having occurred without considering the real evidence. Please find out the facts yourself. Don't let the so-called 'experts' (PhD or otherwise) and network television make up your mind for you. Attempt to understand and evaluate them yourself. Do your best to critically evaluate their statements to understand who has credibility and who doesn't. It is very important to consult experts, in print and on video, but do not let them make up your mind for you. Find out who is trustworthy and well-grounded in scientific principles, such as the founder of this group, Richard Gage and many others in the truth movement. Thank you.

I`m a 25 year old engineer working for the Canadian Federal Government in Motor Vehicle Regulations. I have obtained my bachelor`s degree at Ottawa University in 2009. I have designed a steel structural chassis for an amphibious vehicle which was fully analyzed, designed, and documented with drawings for manufacturing of the parts.
The core column for the twin towers was a combination of massive steel rods and cement and were amongst the strongest steel columns in the world. A fire in open air could potentially have weakened the steel in the column at a single point on the 100-sotry buildings, although this is highly unlikely given the steel melting point is much higher than a fire by kerosene in open air. But the cement in the column would still have sustained the building upwards. The problem is the column could have flexed and broken at that point, but the building would have fallen sideways. The floors below were designed to sustain 10 times the weight of all floors above at full capacity. The only way the column could have collapsed upon itself is if it was brought to malleability from top to bottom simultaneously, including the skeleton structural steel rods. But this was not the case. And even if it was, all the floors, walls, and other structural components would have created resistance and the collapse would have been slow. What the evidence shows is that they collapse at free fall speed minus air resistance. This is only achievable in a controlled demolition which removes the matter with explosives before the above floors reach the ones below. This is not to mention building 7. You don`t need expertise to break that one down.

I worked on the Standard Oil Building design team at Perkins and Will Partnership (1972-74), when it topped out as the tallest building in the world. That was just weeks before Yamaski's Detroit design team's 1st World Trade Center tower topped out and beat us for that record. Our Chicago team was joint ventured with the NYC-based building design firm Edward Durrell Stone. Each tower design team had been following the work of the other for several years. Many of us became friends and associates. I reviewed and studied the 911 FEMA structural analysis report of the New York City and Pentagon incidents when it was published and noted hundreds of discrepancies and apparently deliberate omissions. I worked on several major project designs for over a decade with the Seattle-based structural design firm that designed the World Trade Center towers. I was intimately familiar with the structural characteristics of the WTC towers. They were quite obviously deliberately demolished internally by high-temperature explosives placed by professional demolition experts at hundreds of key structural joints. There is no other way those buildings could collapse within their own footprints as they did.
This was a deliberate act on the part of those who already had all the access to the WTC site that they required; they used the airliner attacks as a diversion. Apparently they were aware of the planned air attacks and used that knowledge to their internal American political strategic advantage. The Neocons?

In the case of Building 7 I'm very confident that there was a true and very well studied implosion, demolishing the building so that it collapses straight down into its own footprint (the total area at the base of the building). This feat requires such skill that only few and very experienced demolition experts in the world will attempt it. Among other evidences, the way and time of the building collapse indicates a previous study of the building structure. The motion during the fall was almost vertical and therefore cannot be by hazard, or even caused by a fire, because all supports must be cutted at the same time, or in a specific way that the columns at the center of the building are cutted before the other columns so that the building's sides fall inward.

As I watched the Twin Towers fall to the ground on live television, September 11, 2001, I knew in my heart of hearts that the narrative that would unfold would be filled with lies and obfuscation. I knew that governments and media outlets could not be trusted to tell the truth about the events of that day. I knew that the citizens of the world would soon be subjected to tyrannical suspicion. Now, looking back, was I wrong in thinking that as I watched the towers fall? For me, the WTC Building 7 event blended in with the rest of the days events on 9/11. At first, it was a footnote. But, now after all that I have seen and heard from countless credible sources, particularly the voluminous evidence presented by Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, I am convinced that WTC 7 did not fall due to 'Office fires'. I read 'The Big Lie' by Thierry Meissen which was the first book to be written about the 9/11 attacks. Consisting predominantly of news clippings of actual news reports and printed quotations from witnesses of the events, the book was a convincing compendium of journalists reports. I immediately started trying to pass it on to some of my American friends whose reactions were 'I do not want to believe it.' Later, when it was released, I watched the movie 'Loose Change' many times. While on assignment in the Dominican Republic, I expressed my opinion that I did not believe the official story of the attacks of 9/11 and that I suspected that forces inside the United States government were behind it to a group of educated, highly placed and educated officials. Their response was that they thought the rest of the world believes this but this was the first time they had ever heard an American express this view. As someone who actually witnessed on television both the assassination of JFK and Jack Ruby, followed that story, and therefore never believed the Warren Commission, I had already lost confidence in the veracity of governmental commissions. Since studying the material presented by the Architects and Engineers, I have NO CONFIDENCE Whatsoever in the official explanation of the attacks on this nation on 9/11. I hope that one day the truth will be revealed. I am not optimistic that it will be in my lifetime, however.

We need to reopen the investigation as to why the towers imploded. A steel building like the Twin towers would have crumbled perhaps but would not have imploded as they did. Twin towers aside. Although it wasn't my eventual field of work, many decades ago I studied Civil Engineering at Lehigh University, at the time, one of the top engineering schools in the country. Due to circumstances, I didn't graduate, so I still consider myself a 'student'. I have been studying the events of that fateful day in 2001 ever since, and will continue to do so, until we have a truly impartial, scientific examination of the evidence.
Because of my Civil Engineering studies, I knew from day one, that the lightest, weakest, upper portion of the towers wouldn't have the kinetic energy to crush the largest, strongest portion of the twin towers to the ground. Additionally, the free-fall acceleration of the WTC7 roof line is a dead give-away for those without an engineering background. That's not the way physics works, as anyone who had high school science class.should understand.

A technician in audio and visual for the most part, but also hold a degree in motorsport engineering with a large element in aerodynamics. I have spent the years follwoing my high school exams (right when 911 occured) progressing my professional career in varying directions and always coming back to a technical post.
Steel doesn't melt and gravity doesn't work sideways unless it's being forced to. Aerodynamically, there is no way that those vast chunks of steel could travel that far laterally - unless there is one hell of an ejecting force behind it. They don't even spin while the air would be correcting it's natural fall - until much later. There's no question that explosives had to have been used. The question is why?
