On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have amounted the denial of the true reasons for the WTC buildings' collapse in the architecture and engineering field to a simple emotional unwillingness to examine the facts. If you know the collapse times, if you know what fireproofing is, if you know how little fireproofing would be knocked off by the plane crashes (comparatively in terms of the whole building size), if you have a comprehension of steel and concrete strength and what would happen in a true failure, if you know EXACTLY how these towers were built--you would know that is absolutely impossible that the WTC buildings collapsed due to fire caused by airline crashes. Again, the denial of the true reasons for the WTC buildings' collapse in the architecture and engineering field must be amounted to a simple emotional unwillingness to examine the facts--and I have met many deniers.

One of the government's most commonly stated missions is to protect its citizens. Regarding 9/11, this duty would certainly include understanding the true root cause of the destruction in New York City that day...for all three buildings. For NIST and the government to assume that combustion of office materials in a small area of the building caused the symmetrical collapse of Tower 7 is simply irresponsible. It also demonstrates absolute neglect in their duty to protect its citizens from attack. If terrorists could fly planes into WTC 1 and 2, could they not have wired tower 7 for demolition? Shouldn't we be absolutely sure that's not what happened? Looking at the collapse, nobody can deny that it appears to be controlled demolition. So the next question is, who wired the building? The refusal by NIST to test for residues of explosives is beyond belief.

I find no historical or factual evidence to support the official theory of a pancake collapse due to a gas fire. Studying video footage of these towers being destroyed, I do not see a normal demolition collapse. Something totally new happened here: 200,000+ tons of steel de-molecularized and instantaneously turned into powder in mid-air. Why doesn't the steel hit the ground as in a normal demolition? Where are all the concrete and steel decking floors stacked up on the ground, as in a normal demolition? Where is the 70-story steel antenna spire and the football field of core elevator columns in the pile of debris for either tower? I challenge anyone to review the video footage while asking themselves these questions. Beyond obvious demolition techniques, what new technology is being used here? 90,000+ tons of concrete and 200,000+ tons of steel do not just disappear in midair, and float way as dust' yet that is what the video footage reveals. Matter doesn't just disintegrate. Why isn't the paper littering the streets of Manhattan burnt to a crisp?' how is it that organic matter of (paper) was not affected as the mountains of steel, concrete, office furniture, plumbing, electrical, mechanical units' all turned to dust? More questions remaining unanswered by the official story include: The non-resistance free-fall timing of the disintegrations, pictures of the diagonally molten cut base columns (used to 'walk' a building during demolition), unexplained basement explosions, the appearance of molten steel pouring out of the windows during the disintegrations, thermal evidence of molten steel in the rubble a weeks after the event, a pyroclastic cloud engulfing the island and leaving it 4inches deep in dust, the findings of an unknown substance of nano-thermite, and the collapse of Building Seven in a more traditional demolition-style freefall without significant fire or structural reason. These officially unexplained things are outside the natural laws of physics of a simple gas fire, especially for steel structures designed to withstand larger, multiple jetliner impact and structural fires. It would be interesting to follow the money-trail: were the buildings outdated, losing money, up to code, an environmental hazard costing more to fix than just tear down? Do we dare ask ourselves... Have we overlooked a profitable reason(s) for a secret demolition? To catalog the unfurling worldwide events since this day in 2001, I think a light must be held to the darkness and the question must be asked of those who have gained from this event, and what new technology coupled with nano-explosives can de-molecularize matter in mid-air? Why isn't the 70-story steel antenna spire and football field of elevator core steel columns of each tower in the piles on the ground? How has all this matter been turned to dust in midair? Literally.

I actually worked at the World Trade Center Tower 2 back in the '80's and when I turned on the TV that dreadful morning of Sept. 11th the first thing I thought of were all of the workers in the basement and sub-basement levels. I was an Executive Chef working for Inhilco back in the '80's and spent many hours below the street levels ordering foods and designing my menus based on what was in season. To date, I have heard nothing of the potentially 100's of people working there who were incinerated in these rarely spoken about Explosions in the sub-basement levels. After trying to avoid looking at the horrible truth, I now have to admit that I am NO LONGER asleep. Of course these buildings were BROUGHT DOWN by controlled demolitions. And the amount of sophistication to pull it off had to have taken A MINIMUM of 9 months to a year to put into place. Elevator upgrades?? I think not!! That (The elevator renovation) cover supplied the context for which the Super Nano Thermite Gels and dry explosives were slowly put in to place over the period of...many...we will never know for sure...months...so that once placed this False Flag Terriorist operation could just play out, giving the Bush dynasty it's Gulf of Tonkin to proceed into WAR.

What I saw on the evening news on 9/11/01 bothered the heck out of me, but I figured I lived in a surreal world and didn't begin to question it. The floor-by-floor explosive destruction just didn't jibe with what was supposed to have happened. The fall should have been irregular, ragged, uneven. At the job site that day everyone was talking about how well the buildings took the hits--and then suddenly they were gone. It seemed incredible. Two years later I heard a radio interview with Dave Von Kleist, who used the words controlled demolition. I started looking into it. As a newspaperman, I covered the courts and I knew something about evidence and investigation. All the fingers point in the same direction. It's called a corpus delicti.

It is an insult to my intelligence to be told that each 110 story building fell down because they suffered impact damage by 757's. My own eyes tell me a very different story. In regards to WTC7 I am even more insulted to be told NOTHING about this 47 story building falling by the 9/11 commisson. It came down in 6.5 seconds and only had minor fires on a few floors. Even if it was damaged by debris as has been stated by some the collapse would have been completely different if it was due to structural damage.

WTC 1, 2, and 7 did not collapse they were demolished, destroyed, taken down by explosives, exploded. The science proves that the buildings were demolished, but even if one were to disregard all the science and all the data and all the evidence which proves demolitions conclusively, I would still be just as sure because my own eyes saw it. I know it in my bones that those buildings exploded, it is obvious, it is clear, and it is horrible. I know it as surely as I know my own name. The WTC was demolished.

I've also created the website Theophysics http://geocities.com/theophysics/ , wherein I provide information on physicist and mathematician Prof. Frank J. Tipler's Omega Point Theory, which is on how the known laws of physics (i.e., general relativity and the Extended Standard Model of particle physics) force us to the conclusion that computational resources in the universe must diverge to infinity (i.e., in order for the known laws of physics to be mutually consistent at all times). The final infinite state (which is never reached in experiential time) is identified as being God. Prof. Tipler's doctorate degree is in the rarified field of global general relativity (the same field as Hawking and Penrose), and his physical conclusions are supported by physicist Prof. David Deutsch (the founder of the field of quantum computation).
The physical evidence which most clearly and irrefutably demonstrates that the World Trade Center buildings were brought down by controlled demolition on 9/11/2001 is the use of large amounts of thermite within the destroyed buildings on that day. There exists videos of 1000 + degree C molten metal streaming off the South Tower (Tower 2), which could only have been caused by large amounts of an exceedingly powerful incendiary (i.e., on the order of thermite). Then there are the extensive physical remains of thermite (both reacted and unreacted thermite) from the destroyed WTC (in samples collected both before and after clean-up operations began on the WTC site), which irrefutably demonstrates that large quantities of thermite were used on that day.

Wtc towers and building 7 were brought down by controlled demolition. on the scene, from eyewitness news reporters, first responder testimony, and audio-video footage from networks and cable coverage clearly reveals empirical evidence for secondary bombs and explosions in all three cases; thanks to www.youtube.com and 9/11 documentaries this can easily be verified, as well as through august 2005 release of 500 plus first responder testimonies collected by NYFD; my first suspicions were generated in late 2005 by my struggle to explain the photos capturing the massive explosions which precipitated the free fall collapse: where did all this new energy come from? Now I closely follow 9/11 researchers latest findings and analyze and am skeptical of the official story in general. There was a lack of respond from NORAD, and my knowledge of United States foreign policy and the neoconservative desires for permanent global wars since the 1980s made me deeply suspicious in light of new pearl harbor forecasting of neocons with PNAC document, etc.

I co-own and run a small newspaper in Davis, California, known as The Flatlander. This paper was started in 1996 dedicated to local land-use issues and has since, out of necessity, taken on the 9/11 truth issue as well. I have a MS in Community Development from Davis, a BA in Psychology from Santa Cruz, a defunct real estate brokers license, and a degree in computer programming from a business school.
The collapses appear bogus. They follow the same pattern seen when buildings are intentionally brought down through implosion. Eye witnesses report hearing explosions prior to the impacts from the planes. The amount of energy necessary to disperse the plumes would not have been available from simple collisions. There is much, much more. The government's story is bogus and they cannot prove otherwise; their refusal to do so implies some sort of complicity in the collapses.

Whenever there is an environment that allows for an open discussion on the building collapses, invariably there are many spokes on which the controlled demolition hypothesis is supported. At this late hour, the science really speaks consistently in this way - an independent investigation would, at the end of its task, simply have to acknowledge that the 3 WTC buildings were subject to controlled demolition. Then they would have to ask the considerable question, What does this mean?
