PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I graduated with a BSE in Electrical Engineering in 1974 and went to the USPTO and worked in Class 290 and Class 318 for 7 years. Then I transferred to Fort Monmouth, Patent Law Division of CECOM, and stayed there for 3 years. Then I transferred to the Underwater Sound Lab (NUSC) in New London where I stayed for 2 years and then left to pursue self employment as owner of a video store. I qualify as an 'expert' on the subject of perpetual motion devices especially when that kind of prime mover is attached to a dynamo (Class 290). As the law allows for a requirement for a working model for such, I viewed many attempts to secure a patent for one and never issued a one. Prior to all that, I was a Missile Technician in the USN for 7 years and was stationed first on the SSB(N) 632 Blue Crew for 5 patrols and then on the SSB(N) 659 Gold Crew for 4 before leaving to attend UCONN.

I was at the WTC in 2004 during cleanup operations. I was given access to the bottom level of the site and was present when debris from a huge pile was being sifted for remains. I took two large chunks of concrete (one had burn marks on it) and donated it to the Mississippi State University (MSU) library. When I returned to Mississippi, I related my visit to the WTC site to my students in a course I taught entitled Forensic Engineering at MSU.

Complete distrust of most American media, NPR is about all I can handle so I source foreign news networks for more accurate reporting on my country as sad as that is. My potential would have had me going much farther in school but I made poor decisions as a teen; up until then I had straight A's in high track courses. In the small town where I live I am often complimented on my intelligence and vocabulary. I repair laptops and stereo equipment as a side job because I was taught my way around a circuit board when I was eleven by my late father. He majored in botany and worked as a field inspector for the EPA and was the first to turn me on to the discrepancies in the 9/11 commission report, which to this day remains the only book I have ever burned.
Official report for Tower 7 is a joke. Of all the buildings surrounding the Twin Towers that were damaged severely, none except Tower 7 were completely obliterated including core structure. I am not an engineer and I can see that something is wrong there. Flames do not melt steel burning wildly without (I think) the concentration of a blast furnace and that even at an upper floor wouldn't bring the building all the way down to rubble. At best the the top of the building, from the where the plane hit going up, would have swayed, toppled and fallen off the rest of it but that would have taken a lot longer than the fuel had to burn. Again this is my best presumption based on the general knowledge I have on basic science.

I have repeatedly contacted every Senator concerning this, as I also contact Congress, and any and all elected officials in an effort to end this program that has led to the deaths of American civilians. Time for all Americans to speak out on all platforms available, if their friends are not yet aware of these crimes, they need to be told.
I do not understand why our elected officials are not speaking out about the targeting of American activist and whistleblowers by the FBI, NSA, Fusion Centers and other intelligence agencies. This program has become so well documented that it is no longer a secret to the populace. With NSA whistleblowers William Binney, Kirk Wiebe, Edward Snowden, Karen Stewart speaking out on social media platforms that have not yet censored and blocked their videos this is a crime that must be addressed and the people working in these programs arrested and prosecuted.

I was a founding member of 911truthLA (.org) - which started after I called for a protest at the Westwood Federal Building, on-air - during my radio show on KPFK Los Angeles - 'Another WorldView Is Possible'. It was obvious to me from the moment that Cheney/W. were handed the Presidency by a 5/4 vote - that we would be having some kind of catalyzing event - and significant curtailment of Constitutional rights - within a short window. Turns out that I was right. I knew that '9/11' was an elaborate PSYOP from the first reports. The collapses looked engineered to me. And sure enough - we were in an endless war fir Empire within weeks. The Anthrax letters - still unresolved - used a US Military weaponized-strain...
