PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

If you consider that all the floors below the plane strikes were untouched by fire or impact (the towers were built to withstand plane strikes)... their structural strength would be intact and therefore could NOT simply collapse.

I retired from the Air Force over thirty years ago after serving 20 years. I was trained as a B-52 mechanic. During my service as an airplane mechanic, one of our duties was to clean up after an airplane crash which I did after 3 B-52's crashed in Washington state. So, I am familiar with what a crash site looks like. Also I worked in the Pentagon for four years and am somewhat familiar with the security there.

Anyone can see that building 7 was a classic pull. The pentagon photos do not show where the wings along with the engines would have hit. The background of Robert Sogge is unique in that they include training, teaching, research and practical consulting in the specific area of soil-structure interaction. Specifically he has made significant contributions in the areas of anchored sheet piles, laterally loaded piles, reinforced mat foundations systems, and buried arch culverts. As to the 'conspiracy' theory, I don't get into it ' instead, I look at the failure of just Bldg #7 that came down at 5:23 pm after only being hit by a small 40 ft by 40 ft section of steel beam. The building constructed of steel came tumbling down. I, as a designing Civil Engineer, would not want to design with such a material if that were the case. So it is said to have failed by 'progressive failure'. Where is the research, conferences and study on this topic. Where is AISC in defending their product as they always used to do in comparisons to concrete structures? Where are our professional groups like ASCE on this topic? I notice that ASCE sponsored a 'paper' on the Pentagon Bldg failure ' but the study was a joke in that concrete walls were replaced by columns in the analysis. When the Teton Dam failed in the late 70's, the cause of the failure was investigated. The failure generated much research and subsequent conferences on Hydraulic Fracturing ' the culprit. Thank you for finally creating a voice for those of us who would like to correct the facts for the public and preserve the profession we work in and love.

The whole story is a complete farce. First time NORAD stood down in over 25 years on the day of 9/11. They were even doing a training exercise on the day which involved planes being used as missiles in a terrorist event. Of course when NORAD was called to the real event (9/11) they were 1 hour away from the incident, so they had no chance of intercepting the planes that were going towards the towers. Many things are off with the official story. This is the first time in history that towers have fallen due to jet fuel fires. the fires cannot burn at high enough temperature to melt steel. Even if you believe the steel melted it would have been at the top of the building and there is no way that the force from that top half of the building was enough to bring down the rest of the towers. There are multiple videos, audio files of people saying that explosions were heard at the bottom of the towers prior to them coming down. This is coming from firemen who risked their lives on the day to try to save people in the towers. This is not even thinking about the supposed 19 Saudi Arabs who managed to get through airport checking and then hi-jack two Boeing 767 planes successfully and then somehow fly those planes with hardly any experience of flying? It's like asking the first person on the street to go and fly a Boeing 767, they wouldn't have a clue how to fly it. The whole story is a complete farce and it needs to be investigated again.

On September 21 I woke up at 6:36. AM MDT with an irresistible urge to turn on the TV, in spite of the fact I had not been able to get to sleep until after 3 AM that morning. I turned on channel 9, our NBC affiliate, to the news that an airplane had been flown into one of the World Trade Center towers. As I was watching, a second plane flew into the other tower. The rest is history.
The visual evidence does not match the government's explanation, especially concerning WTC 7.

We've never had an investigation into the origins or aftermath of that day. An investigation would include investigators who could interview anyone they want about anything relevant with no time pressure, or no 'buddying-up'. There are a myriad of observable events from 9/11 footage that proves without a shadow of a doubt that the official narrative is untrue. The presence of nano-thermite is a massive indicator that the official story is a lie. The speed in which the buildings pancaked (from a FIRE) does not make sense unless it was a controlled demolition. Never in the history of the world has a plane crashed into a skyscraper and caused SEVERAL buildings to collapse in free-fall acceleration. The explosions that were heard by witnesses and captured in independent video throughout the lower levels and basement is also in direct contradiction to the official narrative. The fact that a massive insurance policy was taken out directly beforehand is extremely suspicious. The fact that many prominent individuals who were known to never miss a day of work were absent on 9/11 or encouraged their employees not to come in is also HIGHLY suspicious.This was a false-flag attack that served to ignite hatred against the middle east so that we could implement a regime change and steal more natural resources/wreak more havoc on third world people. Everyone involved in this should be held accountable to the highest degree possible. There are no words to describe the disgust, pain, and unimaginable loss of life that occurred on that fateful day. Justice absolutely must prevail regardless of how long it takes or how difficult the path may seem.

I have friends in FDNY and NYPD who have off-the-record told me that they heard explosions below the building before the Towers came down. They said the explosions were so strong that it lifted up people and emergency personnel into the air so high that when they fell, they broke their legs and were injured. Others on-site said they saw the high-speed plumes of exploding dust coming out of the buildings as the buildings collapsed. Many of them have passed away from cancer due to exposure to the toxic dust. An Army friend, then stationed at the Pentagon as a nurse, indicated that there was a weird meeting being held with a few random officers in the wing that was closed due to construction. The meeting was over but the officers were not allowed to leave for a while. Then there was a huge explosion. The nurse and other enlisted staff ran to the outside of the building and asked what was going on. Some said a missile strike, some said a plane but when she saw the side of the building, there was just a burning hole, no fuselage, no tail, no wings. She has since retired from service.
